Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型透液性纤维布，包括层叠设置的上层纤维层和下层纤维层，所述上层纤维层和所述下层纤维层之间还设有一无纺布层，所述无纺布层具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面，所述第二表面上覆盖有一第一透明防水层，所述第一表面上连续设置有多个深度范围为1～2mm的凹槽结构，所述凹槽结构中填充有吸水性材料，所述无纺布层与所述上层纤维层、所述下层纤维层压塑成一个整体，且，所述无纺布层的厚度大于所述上层纤维层和所述下层纤维层的厚度之和。本发明中的新型透液性纤维布中，通过设置凹槽结构且在所述凹槽结构中填充吸水性材料，使得该纤维布具有较佳的吸水性能，而且采用无纺布层使得该纤维布具有良好的透气性。

Description

一种新型透液性纤维布
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维制品技术领域，更具体地说，涉及一种新型透液性纤维布。
背景技术
现有技术中，众所周知的透液性纤维无纺布由单种纤维或者双种纤维通过单梳理或者双梳理梳理成网，无纺布的纤维层最多由2层无纺布构成。现有技术中的一次性卫生巾、纸尿裤均由面层和导流层构成，由于面层和导流层贴合需要胶水(不亲水)，会影响到产品的下渗(通透性)，使得卫生巾、纸尿裤的干爽度、手感柔软度都不尽人意，需要加以改善。
为此，有必要针对上述问题，提出一种新型透液性纤维布。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型透液性纤维布。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种新型透液性纤维布，包括层叠设置的上层纤维层和下层纤维层，所述上层纤维层和所述下层纤维层之间还设有一无纺布层，所述无纺布层具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面，所述第二表面上覆盖有一第一透明防水层，所述第一表面上连续设置有多个深度范围为1～2mm的凹槽结构，所述凹槽结构中填充有吸水性材料，所述无纺布层与所述上层纤维层、所述下层纤维层压塑成一个整体，且，所述无纺布层的厚度大于所述上层纤维层和所述下层纤维层的厚度之和。
优选的，所述无纺布层的厚度范围为2～5mm。
优选的，所述凹槽结构设于靠近所述上层纤维层一侧的表面，所述第一透明防水层设于靠近所述下层纤维层一侧的表面。
优选的，所述上层纤维层采用天然彩棉纤维制成，所述下层纤维层采用植物性纤维材料绒毛浆制成。
优选的，所述凹槽结构选自半圆形凹槽结构或半椭圆凹槽形结构中的一种。
优选的，所述吸水性材料为高吸水性树脂材料。
优选的，所述下层纤维层远离所述无纺布层一侧的表面还设有一第二透明防水层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：本发明中的新型透液性纤维布中，通过设置凹槽结构且在所述凹槽结构中填充吸水性材料，使得该纤维布具有较佳的吸水性能，而且采用无纺布层使得该纤维布具有良好的透气性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细的描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
为了进一步理解本发明，下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
现有技术中，纤维无纺布的吸水性能和透气性能不够理想，当应用在纸尿裤上时会影响其干爽度。为解决现有技术的问题，本发明提出一种新型透液性纤维布，包括层叠设置的上层纤维层和下层纤维层，所述上层纤维层和所述下层纤维层之间还设有一无纺布层，所述无纺布层具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面，所述第二表面上覆盖有一第一透明防水层，所述第一表面上连续设置有多个深度范围为1～2mm的凹槽结构，所述凹槽结构中填充有吸水性材料，所述无纺布层与所述上层纤维层、所述下层纤维层压塑成一个整体，且，所述无纺布层的厚度大于所述上层纤维层和所述下层纤维层的厚度之和。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：本发明中的新型透液性纤维布中，通过设置凹槽结构且在所述凹槽结构中填充吸水性材料，使得该纤维布具有较佳的吸水性能，而且采用无纺布层使得该纤维布具有良好的透气性。
请参阅图1，图1为本发明所提供的一种新型透液性纤维布的结构示意图。本发明提供了一种新型透液性纤维布，包括层叠设置的上层纤维层1和下层纤维层2，其中，所述上层纤维层1采用天然彩棉纤维制成，所述下层纤维层2采用植物性纤维材料绒毛浆制成。本发明中，所述下层纤维层2靠近所述上层纤维层1的表面涂覆有高亲水、高扩散的亲水油剂。采用天然彩棉纤维制成上层纤维层1，使得本发明中的纤维布不仅具有较好的吸水性能，而且具有无毒无害、亲肤的优点。
所述上层纤维层1和所述下层纤维层2之间还设有一无纺布层3，所述无纺布层3的厚度范围为2～5mm，优选的，所述无纺布层3的厚度范围为3mm。这里，所述无纺布层3与所述上层纤维层1、所述下层纤维层2压塑成一个整体，且，所述无纺布层3的厚度大于所述上层纤维层1和所述下层纤维层2的厚度之和。
所述无纺布层3具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面，其中，所述第二表面上覆盖有一第一透明防水层31，具体地，所述第一透明防水层31设于靠近所述下层纤维层2一侧的表面；所述第一表面上连续设置有多个深度范围为1～2mm的凹槽结构32，优选的，所述凹槽结构32的深度为1.5mm。所述凹槽结构32具体地设于靠近所述上层纤维层1一侧的表面。本发明中，所述凹槽结构32选自半圆形凹槽结构或半椭圆凹槽形结构中的一种。
其中，所述凹槽结构32中填充有吸水性材料，这里所述的吸水性材料为高吸水性树脂材料。通过设置凹槽结构32且在所述凹槽结构32中填充吸水性材料，使得该纤维布具有较佳的吸水性能，而且采用无纺布层使得该纤维布具有良好的透气性，从而能够提高该纤维布的干爽度。
进一步地，所述下层纤维层2远离所述无纺布层3一侧的表面还设有一第二透明防水层(图中未示出)，其可以提高该该纤维布的防水功能。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型透液性纤维布，包括层叠设置的上层纤维层和下层纤维层，其特征在于，所述上层纤维层和所述下层纤维层之间还设有一无纺布层，所述无纺布层具有相对设置的第一表面和第二表面，所述第二表面上覆盖有一第一透明防水层，所述第一表面上连续设置有多个深度范围为1～2mm的凹槽结构，所述凹槽结构中填充有吸水性材料，所述无纺布层与所述上层纤维层、所述下层纤维层压塑成一个整体，且，所述无纺布层的厚度大于所述上层纤维层和所述下层纤维层的厚度之和。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型透液性纤维布，其特征在于，所述无纺布层的厚度范围为2～5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型透液性纤维布，其特征在于，所述凹槽结构设于靠近所述上层纤维层一侧的表面，所述第一透明防水层设于靠近所述下层纤维层一侧的表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型透液性纤维布，其特征在于，所述上层纤维层采用天然彩棉纤维制成，所述下层纤维层采用植物性纤维材料绒毛浆制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型透液性纤维布，其特征在于，所述凹槽结构选自半圆形凹槽结构或半椭圆凹槽形结构中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型透液性纤维布，其特征在于，所述吸水性材料为高吸水性树脂材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型透液性纤维布，其特征在于，所述下层纤维层远离所述无纺布层一侧的表面还设有一第二透明防水层。
