Abstract

本发明公开了一种卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,该卫生巾包括由自上而下依次层叠的面料层、导流层、吸收层、防护底膜、背胶离型纸和包膜,上述相邻各层之间设置有结构胶层,面料层开创性的采用双层组合的方式,采用两层结构,即上层用全棉纤维、下层用混合纤维结构通过水刺工艺一次成型,既使消费者在使用时和天然棉纤维层接触,达到柔软和安全的体验,又通过下层的混合纤维层快速传导液体,降低闷湿感,增加舒适性,大大降低了棉纤维使用量,更体现经济和环保,此双层水刺无纺布可用于卫生巾、卫生护垫面层,替代传统的化学纤维类无纺布。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生用品,特别涉及一种用于卫生巾的双层水刺无纺布。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对一次性卫生用品的消费需求越来多。同时随着消费观念的日趋成熟和开放,消费者希望使用到更舒适、天然和安全的产品。
常见一次性卫生用品,如:卫生巾、护垫、尿裤一般使用热风和纺粘无纺布做面层,这些无纺布使用化学纤维作为原料制造而成,使用时天然质感较差。另外,在纤维生产时如控制不当会残留催化剂、反应单体等微量化学物质;化学纤维一般均带有一定含量化学油剂等等,这些均会给消费者带来潜在安全风险。
鉴于以上因素的考虑,一些一次性卫生用品开始使用全棉水刺无纺布作为替代面层。但是由于棉纤维的大官能团中含有亲水性羟基,使棉纤维具有一定的吸湿和保湿能力,因而作为面层使用时会有较大回渗,消费者会有较强的闷湿感,对消费者健康带来不利影响。另外通过水刺工艺生产无纺布时由于固有的工艺特性决定了不能生产低于30gsm的无纺布,而棉纤维是不可再生的纤维,如果用传统水刺工艺生产,全棉水刺布的克重要做到30gsm以上,这样就存在大量消耗天然资源的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种既柔软又透气、可用于卫生巾、护垫和纸尿裤面层,替代传统的化学纤维类无纺布的双层水刺无纺布。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,该卫生巾包括由自上而下依次层叠的面料层、导流层、吸收层、防护底膜、背胶离型纸和包膜,上述相邻各层之间设置有结构胶层,所述面料层由双层结构组成,上层为全棉纤维层,下层为混合纤维层。
所述全棉纤维层为100%棉纤维组成。
所述全棉纤维层的克重为15-20克/平方米。
所述面料层的混合纤维层由50%粘胶纤维和50%莱赛尔纤维混合梳理而成。
所述面料层的混合纤维层由50%粘胶纤维或莱赛尔和50%聚酯纤维混合梳理而成。
所述面料层的混合纤维层的克重为15-20克/平方米。
所述面料层由全棉纤维层和混合纤维层通过水刺工艺结合而成。
所述面料层的克重为30-40克/平方米。
所述面料层厚度为0.3-1.3毫米。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的面料层开创性的采用双层组合的方式,采用两层结构,即上层用全棉纤维、下层用混合纤维结构通过水刺工艺一次成型。既使消费者在使用时和天然全棉纤维层接触,达到柔软和安全的体验,又通过下层的混合纤维层快速传导液体,降低闷湿感,增加舒适性。同时由于采用双层组合的方式,大大降低了棉纤维使用量,更体现经济和环保,此材料可用于卫生巾、护垫和纸尿裤面层,替代传统的纯化学纤维类或纯棉无纺布。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,一种卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,该卫生巾包括由自上而下依次层叠的面料层1、导流层2、吸收层3、防护底膜4、背胶离型纸5和包膜6,上述相邻各层之间设置有结构胶层,所述面料层1由双层结构组成,上层为全棉纤维层21,下层为混合纤维层22,所述面料层的克重为30-40克/平方米,本发明的面料层1即本双层水刺无纺布开创性的采用双层组合的方式,采用两层结构,即上层用全棉纤维、下层用混合纤维结构通过水刺工艺一次成型。既使消费者在使用时和天然全棉纤维层接触,达到柔软和安全的体验,又通过下层的混合纤维层快速传导液体,降低闷湿感,增加舒适性。同时采用双层组合的方式,大大降低了棉纤维使用量,更体现经济和环保,此材料可用于卫生巾、护垫和纸尿裤面层,替代传统的纯化学纤维或纯棉类无纺布。
在本实施例中,所述面料层1即本双层水刺无纺布有多种方式构成,第一种方式为所述面料层1的上层由100%全棉纤维,下层由50%粘胶纤维和50% 莱赛尔纤维混合梳理而成;第二种方式为所述面料层1的上层由100%全棉纤维,下层由50%粘胶纤维和50%聚酯纤维混合梳理而成;第三种方式为所述面料层1的上层由100%全棉纤维,下层由50% 莱赛尔纤维和50%聚酯纤维混合梳理而成,在这三种方式中的莱赛尔纤维,英文名:Lyocell纤维,是德国Akzo-Nobel公司的发明,1989年由国际人造纤维和合成纤维委员会正式命名,干强略低于涤纶,但明显高于一般的粘胶纤维,湿强比粘胶纤维有明显的改善,其具有珍珠般关泽,良好的悬垂性、透气性和吸湿性,莱赛尔纤维生产过程无化学反应是绿色纤维。
另外本实施例中,所述面料层1即本双层水刺无纺布的厚度为0.3-1.3毫米,对面料层1的重量分别进行控制,所述全棉纤维层的克重为15-20克/平方米,所述混合纤维层的克重为15-20克/平方米,在此基础上整个双层水刺无纺布一面和消费者接触偏向舒适柔软亲肤,另一面偏向吸水传导。
在本实施例中,采用本领域常用技术相邻各层之间设置有结构胶层,所述面料层1和导流层2之间设置有第一结构胶8,所述导流层2和吸收层3之间设置有第二结构胶9,所述吸收层3和防护底膜4之间设置有第三结构胶10,所述防护底膜4和背胶离型纸5之间设置有第四结构胶11,所述背胶离型纸5和包膜6之间设置有背胶12。
所述导流层2为PE打孔膜,所述吸收层3采用穿孔无尘纸,配合本双层水刺无纺布使用,加大透水性和透气性。
根据国家标准《卫生巾(含卫生护垫)》(GB/T8939-2008)对含有本面料层的卫生巾进行测试,该卫生巾的吸水倍率在15-40倍之间。

Claims (9)

1.一种卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,该卫生巾包括由自上而下依次层叠的面料层(1)、导流层(2)、吸收层(3)、防护底膜(4)、背胶离型纸(5)和包膜(6),上述相邻各层之间设置有结构胶层,其特征在于所述面料层(1)由双层结构组成,上层为全棉纤维层(21),下层为混合纤维层(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,其特征在于所述全棉纤维层(21)为100%棉纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,其特征在于所述全棉纤维层(21)的克重为15-20克/平方米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,其特征在于所述面料层(1)的混合纤维层(22)由50%粘胶纤维和50%莱赛尔纤维混合梳理而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,其特征在于所述面料层(1)的混合纤维层(22)由50%粘胶纤维或莱赛尔和50%聚酯纤维混合梳理而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,其特征在于所述面料层(1)的混合纤维层(22)的克重为15-20克/平方米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,其特征在于所述面料层(1)由全棉纤维层(21)和混合纤维层(22)通过水刺工艺结合而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,其特征在于所述面料层(1)的克重为30-40克/平方米。
9.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用双层水刺无纺布,其特征在于所述面料层(1)的厚度为0.3-1.3毫米。
