6〜15質量%、好ましくは9〜13質量%、さらに好ましくは11質量%の、前記第1のD50の0.414倍であるD50を有する粒子と、
を含む二峰性粒度分布を特徴とする複数の熱可塑性粒子を含むことを特徴とする粉末組成物。 - 粒子の合計質量に対して、
67〜77質量%、好ましくは70〜74質量%、さらに好ましくは72質量%の、1ミリメートル未満の第1のD50を有する粒子と、
23〜33質量%、好ましくは26〜30質量%、さらに好ましくは28質量%の、前記第1のD50の0.732倍である第2のD50を有する粒子と、
を含む二峰性粒度分布を特徴とする複数の熱可塑性粒子を含むことを特徴とする粉末組成物。 - 粒子の合計質量に対して、
66〜76質量%、好ましくは69〜73質量%、さらに好ましくは71質量%の、1ミリメートル未満の第1のD50を有する粒子と、
23〜33質量%、好ましくは26〜30質量%、さらに好ましくは28質量%の、前記第1のD50の0.732倍である第2のD50を有する粒子と、
0.5〜5質量%、好ましくは1〜3質量%、さらに好ましくは1質量%の、前記第1のD50の0.268倍である第3のD50を有する粒子と、
を含む三峰性粒度分布を特徴とする複数の熱可塑性粒子を含むことを特徴とする粉末組成物。 - 前記第1のD50は、1nmから500マイクロメートル、好ましくは15nmから100μm、より好ましくは25nmから50μmである請求項1乃至3のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物。
- 前記第1のD50は、100nmから50μm、好ましくは150nmから25μm、より好ましくは200nmから10μmである請求項1乃至3のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーは非晶質である請求項5に記載の粉末組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーは、ポリアセタール、ポリ(C1−6アルキル)アクリレート、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリアミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリ酸無水物、ポリアリレート、ポリアリーレンエーテル、ポリアリーレンスルフィド、ポリアリールスルホン、ポリベンゾチアゾール、ポリベンゾオキサゾール、ポリカーボネート、ポリエステル、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルケトンケトン、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリイミド、ポリ(C1−6アルキル)メタクリレート、ポリメタクリルアミド、ポリノルボルネン、ポリオレフィン、ポリオキサジアゾール、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリフタリド、ポリシラザン、ポリシロキサン、ポリスチレン、ポリスルフィド、ポリスルホンアミド、ポリスルホネート、ポリスルホン、ポリチオエステル、ポリトリアジン、ポリウレア、ポリウレタン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルエステル、ポリビニルエーテル、ポリビニルハライド、ポリビニルケトン、ポリビニルチオエーテル、フッ化ポリビニリデン、または前記熱可塑性ポリマーの少なくとも1つを含む組合せである請求項1乃至6のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーは、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリイミド、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンスルホン、ポリアリーレンエーテル、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリアミドまたはこれらの少なくとも1つを含む組合せ、好ましくはポリカーボネート、ポリエーテルイミド、またはこれらの少なくとも1つを含む組合せである請求項1乃至7のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーは、非晶質である請求項1乃至8のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物。
- 粒状充填剤、酸化防止剤、熱安定剤、光安定剤、紫外線光安定剤、紫外線光吸収添加剤、近赤外光吸収添加剤、赤外光吸収添加剤、可塑剤、滑剤、離型剤、帯電防止剤、防曇剤、抗菌剤、着色剤、レーザーマーキング添加剤、表面効果添加剤、放射線安定剤、難燃剤、滴下防止剤、フレグランス、繊維、またはこれらの少なくとも1つを含む組み合わせ、好ましくは、着色剤または金属微粒子をさらに含む請求項1乃至9のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマー粒子の質量に対して、0.005〜1質量%の量で流動促進剤をさらに含み、4以上、より好ましくは10以上の流動性を有する粒子を提供する請求項1乃至10のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物。
- 前記流動促進剤は、非修飾ヒュームド金属酸化物、疎水性ヒュームド金属酸化物、親水性ヒュームド金属酸化物、またはこれらの少なくとも1つを含む組合せ、好ましくは、ヒュームドシリカ、ヒュームド酸化アルミニウム、水和シリカ、非晶質アルミナ、ガラス状シリカ、ガラス状リン酸塩、ガラス状ホウ酸塩、ガラス状酸化物、チタニア、タルク、マイカ、ヒュームドシリカ、カオリン、アタパルジャイト、ケイ酸カルシウム、アルミナ、ケイ酸マグネシウム、またはこれらの少なくとも1つを含む組合せ、より好ましくは、ヒュームドシリカを含む請求項11に記載の粉末組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性粒子は、0.9〜1の球形度を有するか、または、前記熱可塑性粒子はそれぞれ、10%以内、好ましくは5%以内の最小および最大半径を有する請求項1乃至12のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物を粉末床溶融結合して3次元物品を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする3次元物品の調製方法。
- 前記粉末床溶融結合するステップは、選択的レーザー焼結を含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 請求項15に記載の方法により作製されることを特徴とする3次元物品。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物を含む粉末コーティング層を基材に塗布するステップと、
粉末コーティング層を固めて粉末コーティングを形成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする粉末コーティングの調製方法。 - 請求項17に記載の方法によって作製されることを特徴とする粉末コーティングされた物品。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれかまたは複数に記載の粉末組成物を圧縮成形して3次元物品を形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする3次元物品の調製方法。
- 請求項19に記載の方法により作製されることを特徴とする3次元物品。
