軌道(2)上を走行可能な機械フレーム(3)と、
種々異なる作業ユニット(4)と、
内燃機関(5)と、
を備え、前記内燃機関(5)は、クラッチ(6)を介して分配伝動機構(7)に接続可能であり、前記分配伝動機構(7)には、液圧系統(10)の様々な液圧式の駆動装置(9)に液圧を供給する液圧ポンプ(8)が接続されている、
軌道工事機械(1)において、
a)前記作業ユニット(4)および前記駆動装置(9)への持続的なエネルギ供給用に、前記分配伝動機構(7)の代替的な駆動装置として、電気モータ(13)が設けられており、
b)前記電気モータ(13)は、中間回路(12)に連結されており、前記中間回路(12)には、前記軌道(2)の架線(14)に当接可能な、高さ調節可能な集電装置(15)により、電気的なエネルギが供給可能であり、
c)前記中間回路(12)の代替的なエネルギ供給用に、発電機(16)または電気的なエネルギアキュムレータ(21)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする軌道工事機械(1)。 - 前記内燃機関(5)および前記電気モータ(13)は、運転パラメータを両動力発生装置(5,13)間で調整するように構成された制御装置(17)により制御されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の軌道工事機械(1)。
- 前記電気モータ(13)は、前記中間回路(12)の代替的なエネルギ供給用に発電機運転で前記内燃機関(5)により駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の軌道工事機械(1)。
- 前記中間回路に電圧制限器が接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の軌道工事機械(1)。
- 電気的な架線(14)を有する軌道(2)上を走行可能な軌道工事機械(1)の様々な作業ユニット(4)および駆動装置(9)を駆動するエネルギ供給系統(11)を運転する方法であって、
様々な前記作業ユニット(4)および前記駆動装置(9)に、内燃機関(5)により、または前記架線(14)により給電される電気モータ(13)により、エネルギが供給可能であり、かつ
制御装置(17)により、前記内燃機関(5)と前記電気モータ(13)との間の切り換えを、前記作業ユニット(4)および前記駆動装置(9)に持続的にエネルギを供給する負荷運転中に実施する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記電気モータ(13)から前記内燃機関(5)へエネルギ供給を切り換えるために、
a)分配伝動機構(7)との連結をクラッチ(6)により解いた状態で、前記内燃機関を、前記負荷運転に必要な回転数に上げ、
b)前記クラッチ(6)の閉鎖とともに、自動的に前記制御装置(17)により、エネルギ供給および動力発生装置運転に必要なすべての運転パラメータの、前記内燃機関(5)に合わせた調整を行い、
c)前記架線(14)から前記電気モータ(13)へのエネルギ供給を遮断する、
ことを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。 - 前記内燃機関(5)から前記電気モータ(13)へエネルギ供給を切り換えるために、
a)前記架線(14)に当接されている集電装置(15)を用いたエネルギ供給を作動させるべく、メインスイッチ(18)を閉じ、
b)前記メインスイッチの閉鎖とともに、自動的に前記制御装置(17)により、エネルギ供給および動力発生装置運転に必要なすべての運転パラメータの、前記電気モータ(13)に合わせた調整を行い、
c)前記内燃機関(5)をクラッチ(6)により分配伝動機構(7)から切り離す、

- 前記電気モータ(13)から前記内燃機関(5)への、エネルギ供給の切り換え後、自動的に、所定の期間が経った後または所定の道程を経た後、前記内燃機関(5)から前記電気モータ(13)への、エネルギ供給の切り換えを行うことを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
