- ハイブリッド車両の駆動系のためのシステムであって、
1つ以上の車軸と、
前記ハイブリッド車両の前記1つ以上の車軸を駆動するための10キロワット〜200キロワットの間の出力を生み出すように構成されたフライホイールと、
10キロワット〜200キロワットの間の出力を生み出すように構成され、典型的な経路において前記ハイブリッド車両を走行させるための平均の動力を少なくとももたらすことができるがピークの動力はもたらすことができない燃料消費式エンジンと、
前記ハイブリッド車両を加速させるための所望の動力を達成するために、前記燃料消費式エンジンに追加の出力をもたらすように構成された出力増強の特徴と、
前記所望の動力を達成するように前記フライホイール、前記燃料消費式エンジン、および前記出力増強の特徴のうちの1つ以上から前記1つ以上の車軸への出力の流れを選択的に制御するように構成されたコントローラと
を備えるシステム。 - 前記フライホイールから電力を選択的に取り出すように構成され、前記ハイブリッド車両の推進のために前記1つ以上の車軸へと機械的な出力をもたらすように作用可能に接続されたけん引モータ
をさらに備える請求項7に記載のシステム。 - 前記コントローラが、摩擦制動または回生制動の動力の流れへの影響を監視するように構成された請求項7に記載のシステム。
- ハイブリッド車両を動作させる方法であって、
前記ハイブリッド車両の1つ以上の車軸に動力をもたらすように選択的に動作することができるエネルギ貯蔵装置を用意するステップと、
典型的な経路において前記ハイブリッド車両を走行させるための平均の動力を少なくとももたらすことができるがピークの動力はもたらすことができない燃料消費式エンジンを、前記エネルギ貯蔵装置および前記1つ以上の車軸の少なくとも一方に選択的に動力をもたらすように動作させるステップと、
動力の需要、ならびに前記エネルギ貯蔵装置、前記燃料消費式エンジン、および出力増強の特徴のうちの1つ以上から前記1つ以上の車軸への供給のために利用することができる出力を監視するステップと、
前記ピークの動力を達成するための追加の機械的な出力を前記燃料消費式エンジンにもたらすように構成された前記出力増強の特徴を係合させるステップと
を含む方法。
