Abstract
Description

試験方法:
OH価:
報告されたOH価はDIN53240−2により決定された。
報告されたNCO値(イソシアネート含量)は、DIN EN ISO 11909により決定された。
オーバーヘッド温度は、4〜20mAの校正されたトランスミッタと、充填カラムより上の沸騰平衡状態で設置されたPT100熱電対を使用して、摂氏(℃)で測定した。
内部温度は、反応空間に設置された4−20mA校正トランスミッタおよびPT100熱電対を使用して、摂氏(℃)で測定した。
パルス露光における回折効率を決定するために、ミラーのDenisyukホログラムを、フォトポリマーフィルムを積層したガラス板からなるサンプルに記録した。フォトポリマーフィルムの基材およびガラス基材は、それぞれ、レーザー光源およびミラーに面していた。サンプルをレーザービームに対して垂直な平面をもって露光させた。サンプルとミラーとの間の距離は3cmであった。
使用した溶媒は商業的に入手した。
[実施例1]
2−エチルヘキシル4−[4,6−ビス(トリクロロメチル)−1,3,5−トリアジン−2−イル]ベンゾエート
本発明のワンポット法による、2−エチルへキシル4−シアノベンゾエートの調製:
ガラスヘッド、メカニカルスターラー、還流ディバイダーと計量および真空ユニットとを有する蒸留ヘッドを備えた25Lのジャケット付きエナメルタンクに、最初に、25℃において不活性雰囲気下で、10.91kgの2−エチルヘキサノール(1.5当量、[104−76−7]Aldrich Chemie、Steinheim、ドイツ)を装入し、9.00kgのメチル4−シアノベンゾエート(1.0当量、[1129−35−7]ABCR GmbH&CO.KG、Karlsruhe、ドイツ)を混合した。この混合物に、32gのチタン(IV)2−エチルヘキサオキシド(0.001当量、[1070−10−6]ABCR GmbH&CO.KG、Karlsruhe、ドイツ)を添加し、内部温度を130℃に上昇させて2時間維持した。この間、約1.2kgのメタノール(理論量の約2/3)を蒸留した。受器を空にし、圧力を500mbarに下げた。内部温度を135℃に上昇させ、さらに4時間維持した。この時点で、さらなるメタノールは回収されず、ガスクロマトグラフィーによる分析によれば、反応混合物はもはやメチル4−シアノベンゾエートを含まなかった。内部温度を100℃に下げ、受器を空にし、10mbarの圧力を印加した。圧力8.8〜9.6mbarおよびオーバーヘッド温度65.5〜68.5℃において3.14kgの量の2−エチルヘキサノールを回収した。受器を再び空にした後、内部温度を185〜190℃に上げ、0.25mbarの圧力を印加した。オーバーヘッド温度150.0〜155.0℃において、2−エチルヘキシル4−シアノベンゾエートを無色の油状物として14.04kg(理論値の96.9%)の量で得た。
1Lの3つ口フラスコに、150.2gの2−エチルヘキシル4−シアノベンゾエートおよび334.4gのトリクロロアセトニトリルを最初に装入し、この初期装入物を15.4gの臭化アルミニウムと0℃において混合した。この混合物に乾燥HCl(g)を飽和点まで添加し、次いで温度を4時間かけて50℃に上げ、2時間維持した。過剰のHCl(g)を窒素で追い出し、反応混合物を100mLのトルエンで希釈し、−20℃において24時間保持した。副産物として生成されたトリス(トリクロロメチル)−1,3,5−トリアジンをこの温度において定量的に分離し、上清溶液をデカントした。溶媒を減圧下で除去して、256gのわずかに淡黄色の油状物を得た。
ポリオール1の調製:
1リットルのフラスコに、最初に0.18gのオクタン酸錫、374.8gのε−カプロラクトンおよび374.8gの二官能性ポリテトラヒドロフランポリエーテルポリオール(当量500g/モルOH)を装入し、これを120℃に加熱し、この温度を、これを固形分(不揮発成分の割合)が99.5重量%以上になるまで保持した。その後、この混合物を冷却し、生成物をワックス状固体として得た。
500mLの丸底フラスコに、最初に0.1gの2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−メチルフェノール、0.05gのジブチル錫ジラウレート(Desmorapid(登録商標)Z、Bayer MaterialScience AG、Leverkusen、ドイツ)および213.07gのトリス(p−イソシアナトフェニル)チオホスフェートの酢酸エチル中27%溶液(Desmodur(登録商標)RFE、バイエルマテリアルサイエンスAG、レバークーゼン、ドイツからの製品)を装入し、これを60℃に加熱した。続いて、42.37gの2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートを滴下し、混合物を、イソシアネート含量が0.1%未満に低下するまで60℃に保持した。これを続いて冷却し、減圧下で酢酸エチルを完全に除去した。生成物を半結晶質固体として得た。
100mLの丸底フラスコに、最初に0.02gの2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−メチルフェノール、0.01gのDesmorapid(登録商標)Z、11.7gの3−(メチルチオ)フェニルイソシアネート[28479−1−8]を装入し、この混合物を60℃に加熱した。続いて、8.2gの2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートを滴下し、この混合物を、イソシアネート含量が0.1%未満に低下するまで60℃にさらに保持した。これを続いて冷却した。生成物を無色液体として得た。
50mLの丸底フラスコに、最初に0.02gのDesmorapid(登録商標)Zおよび3.6gの2,4,4−トリメチルヘキサン1,6−ジイソシアネート(TMDI)を装入し、この混合物を60℃に加熱した。続いて、11.9gの2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7−ドデカフルオロヘプタン−1−オールを滴下し、この混合物をイソシアネート含量が0.1%未満に低下するまで60℃にさらに保持した。これを続いて冷却した。生成物を無色の油状物として得た。
箔コーティング範囲でのホログラフィック媒体の製造
次に、本発明のフォトポリマー配合物および本発明ではないフォトポリマー配合物からのフィルム形態のホログラフィック媒体を製造するための連続法について記載する。

実施例媒体1
フォトポリマー配合物を調製するために、39.42gのポリオール1を、15.00gのウレタンアクリレート1および15.00gのウレタンアクリレート2、11.25gの添加剤1、0.075gの実施例1、0.75gのCGI909、0.68gのBYK(登録商標)310界面活性剤、0.038gのFomrez UL−28および23.65gの酢酸エチルの混合物と混合し、均質化した。次いで、この混合物を暗所で1.50gの色素1の酢酸エチル中10%溶液と混合し、透明な溶液が得られるように均質化した。必要であれば、配合物を60℃で短時間加熱して、使用した材料の溶解を速めた。この混合物を、コーティング範囲の2つのストック貯留容器1のうちの1つに入れた。第2のストック貯留容器1’に、ポリイソシアネート成分(Desmodur(登録商標)N3900、Bayer MaterialScience AG、Leverkusen、ドイツの製品、ヘキサンジイソシアネートに基づくポリイソシアネート、イミノオキサジアジンジオンの少なくとも30%、NCO含量:23.5%)を充填した。次いで、2つの成分を計量装置2を介して、942.2(成分混合物)対57.8(イソシアネート)の比で真空脱気装置3にそれぞれ供給し、脱気した。そこから、それらはそれぞれフィルタ4を通過してスタティックミキサー5に送られ、そこで成分が混合されてフォトポリマー配合物が形成された。得られた液状物がコーティング装置6に送液された。
比較媒体Iは、上記の実施例1を用いなかった。
上述のようにして得られた媒体を、上記の様式(パルス露光における回折効率の測定)で図2のような測定装置を使用することによって、それらのホログラフィック特性について試験した。DEについて100mJ/cm2の固定線量で以下の測定値が得られた:

- Xがハロゲンであり、R1、R2、R3およびR4がそれぞれ独立して水素、ハロゲン、アルキル、アルコキシ、アルケニル、アルキニル、アルキルチオ、アルキルセレノであり、R1とR2と、および/またはR3とR4とが結合して、2個までのヘテロ原子で置換されていてもよい3〜5員の飽和または不飽和のブリッジを形成してもよく、R5が直鎖C5〜C20アルキルであり、ハロゲンおよび/またはC1〜C10アルキルおよび/またはC1〜C10アルコキシにより任意の様式で置換されていてもよく、6個までの炭素原子が酸素で置き換えられていてもよく、この場合、少なくとも2個の炭素原子が2個の酸素原子の間に存在し、前記R5部分が少なくとも2個の炭素原子で始まり、前記直鎖C5〜C20アルキル部分の末端メチル基が非置換であることを特徴とする、式(I)
- R5が、本発明の一実施形態において、直鎖C6〜C20アルキルであってよく、ハロゲンおよび/またはC1〜C4アルキルおよび/またはC1〜C4アルコキシにより任意の様式で置換されていてもよく、6個までの炭素原子が酸素で置き換えられていてもよく、この場合、少なくとも2個の炭素原子が2個の酸素原子の間に存在し、前記R5部分が少なくとも2個の炭素原子で始まり、前記直鎖C6〜C20アルキル部分の末端メチル基が非置換であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- Xが塩素であり、R1、R2、R3およびR4がそれぞれHであることを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれかまたは両方に記載の化合物。
