Abstract
Description
− 端子スタッドに対する外力の付与に対して長期間の機械的安定性、
− −40℃〜+100℃の範囲内の熱安定性、
− 周期的温度ストレスに対する耐性、
− 様々な電解質システムに対する化学耐性。
− 周囲外部縁と、周囲開放縁を有する貫通穴とを持つハウジングパネル、
− 貫通穴を通って与えられる軸と、軸に着座し、貫通穴を覆い、かつハウジングパネルと組み合わせて環状間隙を形成する少なくとも一つのクランプ要素とを有する電気伝導性端子スタッド、
− スリーブ状に端子スタッドの軸を包囲し、かつ外側に面する周囲接触面を有し、周囲接触面に対して貫通穴の開放縁が直接接触する電気絶縁性支持要素。
− 上述のハウジングパネル、電気伝導性の端子スタッド、及び電気絶縁性の支持要素を含む端子フィードスルーを与えること、
− 封止要素の形成のために、ハウジングパネルとクランプ要素の間の間隙中に液体ポリマー化合物を注入すること、
− さらに可能な工程では、開放縁によって規定される貫通穴を有するハウジング外部壁、例えばカバーを与えること、
− さらに可能な工程では、端子フィードスルーをハウジング外部壁における貫通穴に挿入し、ハウジングパネルをハウジング壁に結合すること。
Claims (11)
- 以下の特徴を有する電池(313):
− 電池が金属ハウジングを含み、金属ハウジングが、周囲開放縁(108a)によって規定される貫通穴を有するハウジング外部壁(314)を有する、
− 電池が、ハウジングの内部に配置された、少なくとも一つの正極及び少なくとも一つの負極を有する少なくとも一つの個別のセルを含む、
− 電池が、電気伝導性の端子スタッド(101;201)を含み、端子スタッドが、少なくとも一つの正極又は少なくとも一つの負極に接続され、端子スタッドが、貫通穴を通って与えられる軸(103;203)、及び軸に着座し、貫通穴を覆い、かつハウジング外部壁とともに環状間隙(111,112;211,212)を形成する、少なくとも一つのクランプ要素(104,105;204,205)を含む、
− 電池が、電気的に絶縁された環状の支持要素(106;206)を含み、支持要素が、スリーブ状に端子スタッドの軸を包囲し、かつ外側に面する周囲接触面を有し、周囲接触面に対して貫通穴の開放縁(108a)が接触する、
− 電池が封止要素(209;210)を含み、封止要素が、クランプ要素(104,105;204,205)とハウジング外部壁(314)の間の間隙(111,112;211,212)において支持要素(106;206)のまわりで同心円で配置される。 - 封止要素(209;210)が、間隙(111,112;211,212)中に、及び/又は射出成形によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 支持要素が環状溝(107)を含み、環状溝中に貫通穴の開放縁(108a)が収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 支持要素(106;206)が、二つの環状半分区域(106a,106b;206a,206b)から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電池。
- 支持要素(106;206)が、ガラスもしくはセラミックから、又はガラスもしくはセラミックベースの複合材料から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電池。
- 封止要素(209,210)がプラスチックから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電池。
- 端子スタッド(101;201)が金属から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電池。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電池(313)を製造するための端子フィードスルー(100;200)であって、以下のものを含む端子フィードスルー:
− 周囲外部縁と、周囲開放縁(108a)を有する貫通穴とを持つハウジングパネル(108;208)、
− 貫通穴を通って与えられる軸(103;203)と、軸に着座し、貫通穴を覆い、かつハウジングパネルと組み合わせて環状間隙(111,112;211,212)を形成する少なくとも一つのクランプ要素(104,105;204,205)とを有する電気伝導性端子スタッド(101;201)、
− スリーブ状に端子スタッドの軸(103;203)を包囲し、かつ外側に面する周囲接触面を有し、周囲接触面に対して貫通穴の開放縁(108a)が直接接触する電気絶縁性の環状支持要素(106;206)。 - 端子フィードスルーが封止要素(209;210)を含み、封止要素が、クランプ要素(104,105;204,205)とハウジングパネル(208)の間の間隙(111,112;211,212)において支持要素(106;206)のまわりで同心円で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の端子フィードスルー。
- 以下の工程を含む、電池、特に請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電池の製造方法:
− 請求項8に記載の端子フィードスルー(100;200)を与えること、及び
− 間隙(111,112;211,212)中に封止要素を形成するために、ハウジングパネル(108;208)とクランプ要素の間の間隙(111,112;211,212)中に液体ポリマー化合物を注入すること。 - 以下の工程をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の製造方法:
− 貫通穴(314a,314b)を有するハウジング壁を与えること、及び
− 貫通穴に端子フィードスルー(100;200)を挿入し、ハウジングパネル(108;208)とハウジング壁を結合することによって、貫通穴(314a,314b)を閉鎖すること。
