Abstract
【解決手段】缶(11)と、蓋(12)と、シール(13)と、を備える電池(1)であって、閉じられた内部容積でハウジングを組み立てるために缶(11)に適合する前記蓋(12)と、相互に関連する蓋(12)及び缶(11)を密封する前記シール(13)と、を有する。多孔質膜(14)は缶(11)及び蓋(12)の主表面に平行に配置され、前記内部容積を2つのサブセル(15、16)に分割するが、それぞれのサブセル(15、16)は1つ又は複数の電解質層と1つ又は複数の層構造体とを含む。少なくとも部分的に活物質で覆われ、1つ又は複数の貫通孔を含む導電膜を、後者は備える。更に、層構造体は前記多孔質膜(14)に平行に配置され、導電膜は缶(11)又は蓋(12)の何れかに接続される。この構造は、活物質と電解質との間、並びに電解質と多孔質膜との間の大きな接触面積を可能にする。

Claims (15)
- 缶(11)と、蓋(12)と、シール(13)と、を備える電池(1)であって、
a)閉じられた内部容積を伴うハウジングを組み立てるために前記缶(11)に適合する前記蓋(12)と、
b)相互に関連する前記蓋(12)及び前記缶(11)を密封する前記シール(13)と、
c)前記缶(11)及び前記蓋(12)の主表面に平行であり、前記内部容積を2つのサブセル(15、16)に分割する多孔質膜(14)と、
d)1つ又は複数の電解質層(24、34)と、少なくとも部分的に活物質(22、32)で覆われた導電膜(21、31)を備える1つ又は複数の層構造体(20、30)と、を含むそれぞれのサブセル(15、16)と、
を有し、
e)前記1つ又は複数の層構造体(20、30)は前記多孔質膜(14)に平行に配置され、一方、前記導電膜(21、31)はそれぞれ前記蓋(12)又は前記缶(11)に接続され、
f)前記1つ又は複数の層構造体(20、30)の少なくとも1つは、1つ又は複数の共通の貫通孔(23、33)を含む、
ことを特徴とする、缶(11)と、蓋(12)と、シール(13)と、を備える電池(1)。 - 前記サブセル(15、16)の少なくとも1つで使用される前記層構造体(20)はリンクによって接続された多数のディスク状であり、活物質(22)で覆われた多数のディスク側面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記層構造体(20)の終端の前記ディスクの1つは片面のみ活物質(22)で覆われる一方、他の前記ディスクの全ては両面を活物質(22)で覆われることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記サブセル(15、16)の少なくとも1つの内容物は、間に電解質(24)を伴いながら前記層構造体(20)の前記ディスクを重ね合わせて積層することで生成されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3の何れか1項に記載の電池(1)。
- 覆われていない面を伴う前記ディスクは、前記サブセルとは反対側に前記覆われていない面を伴って前記サブセルの上部又は底部の何れかにあることを特徴とする、請求項3及び4に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記リンクは前記缶(11)又は前記蓋(12)の何れかの内壁に導電的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5の何れか1項に記載の電池(1)。
- 片面のみ活物質(22)で覆われた前記ディスクは、前記蓋(12)の内部主表面又は前記缶(11)の内部主表面の何れかに導電的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6の何れか1項に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記サブセル(15、16)の少なくとも1つで使用される前記層構造体(30)は、実質的に前記缶(11)及び前記蓋(12)の主表面の形状であり、少なくとも片面が活物質(32)で覆われた多数の導電膜(31)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記導電膜(31)は、前記膜ディスクの縁に隣接する領域に活物質(32)が存在しないように、部分的にのみ活物質(32)で覆われることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記サブセル(15、16)の少なくとも1つの内容物は、間に電解質層(34)を伴いながら複数の層構造体(30)を重ね合わせて積層することによって生成されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9の何れか1項に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記導電膜(31)の外縁は、前記缶(11)又は前記蓋(12)の何れかの内壁に導電的に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記貫通孔(23、33)は円形であり、それらの軸は前記ディスクの表面に垂直であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11の何れか1項に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記貫通孔(23、33)の数は5であり、それらは正方形、菱形、又は偏菱形の中心及び角に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から12の何れか1項に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記電解質(24、34)はキャリアに吸収された溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項1から13の何れか1項に記載の電池(1)。
- 前記缶(11)及び前記蓋(12)はともに円筒形構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1から14の何れか1項に記載の電池(1)。
