Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の電池ケーシングは、第1接触面(7)を有する第1ケーシング素子(1)と、第2接触面(8)を有する第2ケーシング素子(2)と、を備える。組立位置において前記第1及び第2接触面(7,8)が互いに接触し、前記第1及び第2ケーシング素子(1,2)が内部空間に電池の活物質(9,10)を包み込む。前記内部空間を密閉するために少なくとも1つの密閉層が前記第1及び第2接触面(7,8)間に配置され、前記第1及び第2接触面の一方(7;8)が空隙容量層を備え、前記第1及び第2接触面の他方(7;8)が、前記組立位置において前記空隙容量層表面の空隙を密閉状態で満たして前記密閉層を形成する成形可能材料層を備える。

Claims (13)
- 第1接触面(7)を有する第1ケーシング素子(1)と、第2接触面(8)を有する第2ケーシング素子(2)と、を備え、
組立位置において前記第1及び第2接触面(7,8)が互いに接触し、前記第1及び第2ケーシング素子(1,2)が、内部空間に電池の活物質(9,10)を包み込み、
前記内部空間を密閉するために少なくとも1つの気密性の密閉層が前記第1及び第2接触面(7,8)間に配置された、電池ケーシングであって、
前記第1及び第2接触面の一方(7;8)が、電気的に絶縁された空隙容量層を備え、
前記第1及び第2接触面の他方(7;8)が、前記密閉層を形成するために前記組立位置において前記空隙容量層表面の空隙を密閉状態で満たす成形可能材料層を備えることを特徴とする電池ケーシング。 - 前記空隙容量層が陽極酸化層である、請求項1に記載の電池ケーシング。
- 前記空隙容量層がセラミック酸化層である、請求項1又は2に記載の電池ケーシング。
- 前記成形可能材料層が金属層、特に金又はインジウム層である、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の電池ケーシング。
- 前記空隙容量層が第2成形可能材料層で覆われた、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の電池ケーシング。
- 前記空隙容量層上の前記第2成形可能材料層が約100から400nm、特に約150から200nmの厚さである、請求項5に記載の電池ケーシング。
- 前記第1及び第2ケーシング素子(1,2)が各々底壁(4)及び上壁(6)並びに周囲壁(3,5)を有する円形であり、前記接触面(7,8)が前記周囲壁(3,5)間に配置されるように前記第1及び第2ケーシング素子の一方(1;2)が僅かに小さい直径を有する、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の電池ケーシング。
- 前記第1及び第2ケーシング素子(1,2)の前記壁(3,4,5,6)が0.08から0.12mm、好ましくは約0.10mmの厚さを有する、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の電池ケーシング。
- 前記ケーシングの外径が3mm以下、特に2.5mm以下である、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の電池ケーシング。
- 前記活物質が、外側ケーシング素子(1)に収容される電極材料(9)と内側ケーシング素子(2)に収容される補助電極材料(10)とを備え、
前記組立位置において前記内側ケーシング素子(2)が前記外側ケーシング素子(1)に導入され、
前記補助電極材料(10)が前記電極材料(9)上に配置され、分離層(11)で分離される、請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の電池ケーシング。 - 前記外側ケーシング素子内の前記分離層(11)が前記内壁表面(7)の接触面を終わらせる、請求項10に記載の電池ケーシング。
- 前記第1及び第2ケーシング素子(1,2)の一方が金又は金めっきされた銅で作られる、請求項1から11の何れか1項に記載の電池ケーシング。
- 請求項1から12の何れか1項に記載の電池ケーシングを備える電池。
