Abstract
一种电池单元(1)与馈通组件(400),涉及电池技术领域。电池单元(1)包括壳组件(100)、电极组件(200)、导电片(300)和馈通组件(400)。馈通组件(400)包括第一垫圈(410)与铆钉(420)。第一垫圈(410)包括第一垫片部(411)、第二垫片部(412)与连接部(413)。第一垫片部(411)收容于壳组件(100),第二垫片部(412)设于壳组件(100)外表面,连接部(413)连接第一垫片部(411)与第二垫片部(412);壳体(110)设有供连接部(413)穿过的通口(102)。铆钉(420)穿过并抵压第一垫片部(411)、连接部(413)以及第二垫片部(412),以在通口(102)处形成密封。该电池单元(1)并非通过焊接等热加工工艺将馈通组件(400)固定在壳组件(100)上;而是通过铆钉(420)铆合形变后对第一、第二垫片部(411、412)的夹持力,以及壳组件(100)的反作用力,将第一垫圈(410)及铆钉(420)本身安装于壳组件(100),其可避免壳组件(100)对应馈通组件(400)处因热效应而局部应力发生明显变化的弊端。
