Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- イオンを伝導することができる基板、及び
イオンを伝導することができる少なくとも1つの誘電体層を含むセパレータであって、
前記少なくとも1つの誘電体層は前記基板を少なくとも部分的に覆い、
前記誘電体層は結合剤なしの誘電体層であり、
前記誘電体層は1ナノメートルから2,000ナノメートルの厚みを有する、セパレータ。 - 前記基板は複数の孔を有し、前記少なくとも1つの誘電体層は前記孔の60%又はそれ以上を遮断しない、請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの誘電体層は複数の誘電体柱状突起を含む、請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記複数の誘電体柱状突起は、約10ナノメートルから約500ナノメートルの範囲内の平均直径を有する、請求項3に記載のセパレータ。
- ナノ多孔質構造が誘電体柱状突起間に形成される、請求項3に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記ナノ多孔質構造は、約1ナノメートルから約10ナノメートルの範囲内の平均孔直径を有する、請求項5に記載のセパレータ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記誘電体柱状突起は、カリフラワー形状を有する、請求項3に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記誘電体層は、多孔質窒化ホウ素、酸化アルミニウム、多孔質−ZrO2、多孔質−SiO2、多孔質−MgO、多孔質−TiO2、多孔質−Ta2O5、多孔質−Nb2O5、多孔質−LiAlO2、多孔質−BaTiO3、イオン伝導性ガーネット、イオン伝導性ペロブスカイト、イオン伝導性逆ペロブスカイト、多孔質ガラス誘電体、又はこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された材料である、請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記誘電体層は多孔質酸化アルミニウム層である、請求項1に記載のセパレータ。

- 前記基板は多孔質イオン伝導性ポリマー材料層である、請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記多孔質イオン伝導性ポリマー材料層はポリエチレン膜である、請求項11に記載のセパレータ。
- リチウム金属、リチウム合金、リチウム金属とリチウム合金と他の材料の混合物、スズ、又はシリコンのうちの少なくとも1つを含有するアノードと、
カソードと、
前記アノードと前記カソードとの間に配置された、請求項1に記載のセパレータと
を備えるバッテリ。 - 前記セパレータを介して、前記アノード及び前記カソードとイオンをやりとりする電解質を更に含む、請求項13に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記カソードに接触する正の電流コレクタと、
前記アノードに接触する負の電流コレクタとを更に備え、前記正の電流コレクタと前記負の電流コレクタは、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、亜鉛(Zn)、ニッケル(Ni)、コバルト(Co)、スズ(Sn)、シリコン(Si)、マンガン(Mn)、マグネシウム(Mg)、これらの合金、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された材料をそれぞれ独立に含む、請求項13に記載のバッテリ。
