Claims (9)
- 金属溶融浴中で被覆される金属ストリップ(4)を偏向又は案内するためのローラ(5,6)であって、
鋼ローラシェル(8)と、
該鋼ローラシェルに連結され、当該ローラ(5,6)の回転支持のために互いに同軸に配置された複数の鋼軸受ジャーナル(9)と、を具備し、
各鋼軸受ジャーナル(9)の上には、鋼製であって、前記鋼ローラシェル(8)の方向に放射状に延在する略円筒形又は円形のディスク状の連結部分(9.1)が設けられており、
複数の前記連結部分(9.1)のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記鋼ローラシェル(8)の端面に現れる少なくとも1つの貫通口(9.3)を有する、ローラ(5,6)において、
少なくとも1つの閉鎖された空洞を有する1又はそれ以上の充填要素(11)により形成された充填材が、前記鋼ローラシェル(8)の中に配置され、
前記充填材が、当該ローラの回転軸を中心として対称的である構造を有する、
ことを特徴とする、ローラ。 - 前記充填要素(11)が、両端で閉鎖された少なくとも1つの中空輪郭を含む1つ又はそれ以上の長手方向輪郭(10,10.1,10.2,10.3,10.4)からなる、請求項1に記載のローラ。
- 少なくとも1つの充填要素(11)が、複数の相互連結されたチューブ(10.1)により形成されたチューブ束として構成され、
前記チューブ(10.1)の少なくともいくつかが、両端で閉じている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のローラ。 - 前記長手方向輪郭又はチューブ(10,10.1,10.2,10.3,10.4)が、同一の又は異なる断面、及び、同一の又は異なる壁厚を有する、請求項2又は請求項3に記載のローラ。
- 当該ローラ(5,6)の全体の密度が、前記金属溶融の密度の0.8〜1.2倍の範囲にある、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のローラ。
- 少なくとも1つの閉鎖された空洞が、少なくとも部分的に充填材料(13)により充填されている、請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載のローラ。
- 前記充填材料(13)が、粉末、顆粒又はフリースの形態で使用される、請求項6に記載のローラ。
- 前記充填材が、前記鋼ローラシェル(8)及び/又は前記連結部分(9.1)の内部に取り外し可能に連結されている、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載のローラ。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つのローラを有する、熱浸漬被覆プラント。
