Claims (8)
- 電池パックのICB組立体における印刷回路基板の下方に位置するバスバー構造物において、
一方向に順次位置し、互いに対向するバスバーと、
前記バスバー同士の間に位置するヒューズケースと、を含み、
前記バスバーは、前記ヒューズケースの少なくとも1つの端部を通じて前記ヒューズケースと接触し、
前記ヒューズケースは、内部にヒューズ線を有し、前記少なくとも1つの端部を通じて前記ヒューズ線を前記バスバーに接触させることを特徴とするバスバー構造物。 - 前記バスバーは、いずれか1つを通じて前記印刷回路基板に接触し、他の1つを通じて電池セルの電極リードに接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー構造物。
- 前記バスバーは、対向する端部の周辺で同一レベルに位置して偏平になり、
前記ヒューズケースは、両端部にそれぞれ位置して端面から内部に延びる溝同士の間に前記ヒューズ線を有し、前記溝に前記ヒューズ線を露出させ、前記溝を通じて前記バスバーを収容して前記バスバーと前記ヒューズ線とを接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー構造物。 - 前記バスバーは、対向する端部の周辺で同一レベルに位置して偏平になり、
前記ヒューズケースは、内周面に露出する前記ヒューズ線を有し、前記内周面で定義される湾曲部を通じて前記バスバーを収容して前記バスバーと前記ヒューズ線とを接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー構造物。 - 前記バスバーは、対向する端部の周辺で同一レベルに位置して偏平になり、
前記ヒューズケースは、内周面に露出する前記ヒューズ線を有し、前記内周面で定義される貫通孔を通じて前記バスバーを収容して前記バスバーと前記ヒューズ線とを接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー構造物。 - 前記バスバーは、同一レベルで互いに向かって延び、対向する端部で一面から内部に向かってそれぞれ延びる溝を有し、
前記ヒューズケースは四角柱であって、外周面に露出する前記ヒューズ線を有し、前記バスバーの前記溝に収容されて前記ヒューズ線を前記バスバーに接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー構造物。 - 前記バスバーは、同一レベルで互いに向かって延び、対向する端部で対面するように折り曲げられる折曲端部を有し、
前記ヒューズケースは、一端部に位置する溝に露出するヒューズ線を有し、前記溝を通じて前記折曲端部を収容して前記折曲端部と前記ヒューズ線とを接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー構造物。 - 前記バスバーと前記ヒューズ線は金属からなり、
前記ヒューズケースは前記ヒューズ線を外部から透視できる透明な絶縁物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー構造物。
