Claims (7)
- 車両を駆動するためのバッテリ(150)用のバッテリモジュール(100)であって、
積み重ね可能な複数の個々のバッテリセル(110)と、
2つのモジュール端部プレート(106)と、
を有し、
前記バッテリセル(110)は積み重ねられ、前記2つのモジュール端部プレート(106)間に保持され、
前記バッテリセル(110)は互いに電気接続され、
前記2つのモジュール端部プレート(106)は、前記バッテリセル(110)に電気接続され、それぞれ前記バッテリモジュール(100)を接続するための電気接点(107)を有する、バッテリモジュール(100)において、
少なくとも1つの中間要素(108)を有することと、
各中間要素(108)は、2つの中間プレート(120)を有し、各中間プレート(120)は、隣接するバッテリセル(110)に接続され、前記2つの中間プレート(120)は、電気接続されることと、
各中間要素(108)は、両側に接続要素(116)を有し、各中間要素(108)は、前記接続要素(116)を用いて、隣接するバッテリセル(110)に電気接続され、前記2つの接続要素(116)は、互いに導電接続されることと、
各中間要素(108)は、前記2つの接続要素(116)を互いに電気接続する貫通接続体(118)を有することと、
各中間要素(108)は、前記バッテリモジュール(100)を複数のサブモジュール(102、104)に分割することと、
各中間要素(108)は、前記サブモジュール(102、104)を電気接続することと、
を特徴とするバッテリモジュール(100)。 - 前記モジュール端部プレート(106)および/または前記少なくとも1つの中間要素(108)は、バッテリ冷却システムの冷却要素として具現化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール(100)。
- 前記2つの中間プレート(120)は、差込連結を使用して互いに機械連結することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール(100)。
- 前記2つの中間プレート(120)は、プラグ(122)およびソケット(124)の対応する組み合わせによって具現化されることと、
前記2つの中間プレート(120)は、前記プラグ(122)および前記ソケット(124)によって電気接続することができることと、
を特徴とする、請求項1または3に記載のバッテリモジュール(100)。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の複数のバッテリモジュール(100)を有する、車両を駆動するためのバッテリ(150)。
- 前記バッテリモジュール(100)が配置されたバッテリハウジング(152)を有することと、
前記モジュール端部プレート(106)および/または前記少なくとも1つの中間要素(108)は、前記バッテリハウジング(152)に保持されることと、
を特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリ(150)。 - 電気駆動体と請求項5または6に記載のバッテリ(150)とを有する車両。
