Abstract
Description
−非イオン性界面活性剤の濃度が、0.001〜30%に、好ましくは5〜15%にある;
−陽イオン界面活性剤の濃度が、0.001〜15%に、好ましくは0.001〜5%にある;
−両性界面活性剤の濃度が、0.001〜15%に、好ましくは0.001〜5%にある;
−共生バクテリア胞子の濃度が、102〜109胞子/mlに、好ましくは106〜107胞子/mlにある;
−バクテリオファージ成分の濃度が、103〜109pfu/mlに、好ましくは106〜107pfu/mlにある;
−共生バクテリアが、バシラス属である;
−共生バクテリアが、枯草菌、バシラスメガテリウムおよびバシラスプミリス種である;
−バクテリオファージ成分が、カウドウイルス科ファミリー、および/またはミクロウイルス科ファミリー、および/またはレヴィウイルス科ファミリー、および/またはイノウイルス科ファミリー、および/またはテクティウイルス科ファミリー、および/またはコルチコウイルス科ファミリーの、バクテリオファージを備える;
−洗浄、浄化および衛生化のための製品が、表面および/または環境の処理に用いられる。
−非イオン性界面活性剤、陽イオン界面活性剤および両性界面活性剤の中から選択される界面活性剤を少なくとも含有する、浄化および/または衛生化作用を有する基礎液;
−このような基礎液に混合される共生バクテリア胞子;
−このような基礎液に混合され、かつ、所定の不要な細菌種に対する殺菌作用を有する、バクテリオファージ成分であって、このようなバクテリオファージ成分は、プロバイオティックバクテリア胞子と協力し、有害な微生物に対して複合および 相乗作用を遂行することが可能である、該バクテリオファージ成分。
プロバイオティックを有するPCHS界面活性剤の活性は、日常使用を約1ヵ月間延長することで、従来の界面活性剤に対して約90%以上、微生物数を減少することが可能であることが示された分野で、広く評価された。
以下の表では、汚染された表面上での具体的なターゲットバクテリアによる、バクテリオファージの抗菌作用が言及される。
以下の表では、示される特定微生物によって汚染される表面に対しての、共生バクテリアとバクテリオファージとの同時発現により得られる複合および共働の抗菌作用の影響を示す。
以下の表では、非多孔性および無菌の材料(単一焼成セラミック2、4cm2)の表面における実験モデル上で、生体外で計測した、黄色ブドウ球菌による汚染に関する3つの処理の抗菌作用の直接の比較を示す。
Claims (9)
- 洗浄、浄化および衛生化のための製品であって:
非イオン性界面活性剤と、陽イオン性界面活性剤と、両性界面活性剤とから選択される界面活性剤を少なくとも含有する、洗浄、浄化および衛生化作用を備える基礎液と;
この基礎液に混合される共生バクテリア胞子と;
を備え、
この基礎液に混合され、汚染表面で生じた所定の不要な細菌種に対しての殺菌作用を有する、バクテリオファージ成分、をさらに備え、前記バクテリオファージ成分は、共生バクテリア胞子と協同して、有害な微生物に対して複合および相乗作用を実施することが可能なことを特徴とする、洗浄、浄化および衛生化のための製品。 - 非イオン性界面活性剤の濃度が、0.001〜30%、好ましくは5〜15%であり、陽イオン性界面活性剤の濃度が、0.001〜15%、好ましくは0.001〜5%であり、両性界面活性剤の濃度が、0.001〜15%の間、好ましくは0.001〜5%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製品。
- 基礎液に混合される共生バクテリア胞子の濃度が、102〜109胞子/ml、好ましくは106〜107胞子/mlであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の製品。
- 基礎液に混合されるバクテリオファージ成分の濃度が、103〜109pfu/ml、好ましくは106〜107pfu/mlであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 共生バクテリアが、バシラス属であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 共生バクテリアが、枯草菌、バシラス‐メガテリウムおよびバシラスプミリス種であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の製品。
- バクテリオファージ成分が、カウドウイルス科ファミリー、および/またはミクロウイルス科ファミリー、および/またはレヴィウイルス科ファミリー、および/またはイノウイルス科ファミリー、および/またはテクティウイルス科ファミリー、および/またはコルチコウイルス科ファミリーの、バクテリオファージを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製品。
- 表面の処理のための、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の洗浄、浄化および衛生化のための製品の使用。
- 境界および/または付属品表面の処理のための、請求項9に記載された使用。
