目前,对于多抗微生物种类(所谓的“超级细菌”)的产生以及避免使用具有高度环境影响的化学抗菌消毒物质而使用的常规清洁和消毒的产品和方法并不是更令人满意的。
这关系到常规(化学配制)洗涤剂和卫生手段无法防止被处理表面的再污染。
这种再污染最终是与污染微生物(细菌和真菌)相关感染的主要原因,其可以通过与受污染的表面接触而传播。
传统洗涤剂/卫生手段的另一个缺点是涉及无法控制抗生素多抗细菌种群的产生。相反,使用特定的物质(和施加在污染物微生物上的选择压力)有时与抗性微生物种类的选择直接相关,这是非常不受欢迎的,因为其与感染的发展潜在相关,且对人类健康而言更为危险难以通过药物治疗根除。

另外,从安全的观点来看,发生在用于PCHS应用中的产品中的芽孢杆菌种的致病风险被认为是低/无(非病原)。
申请人已经表明,用于PCHS系统应用类型的清洁和消毒的产品一方面与基础混合去垢/消毒/卫生手段有关,其根据欧盟法规在可持续的浓度中含有非离子表面活性剂(5至15%)、阳离子表面活性剂(<5%)、两性表面活性剂(<5%),并具有即时的清洁作用。

下图所示为金黄色葡萄球菌污染物的三种处理方法的抑菌作用比较,在无孔和无菌材料表面的实验模型上进行试管测量(单烧陶瓷24cm2)。这些表面已经被已知量的金黄色葡萄球菌(103CFU/24cm2)污染,并且在下面通过施加仅含有益生菌的溶液103PFU/ml)、仅含有特定噬菌体(104PFU/ml)或者所示浓度的益生菌和噬菌体的混合物来进行处理。
在1天、2天、3天和7天后,通过Rodac法来检测培养基中的金黄色葡萄球菌残留污染物
结果表示为在三个独立实验中重复的样品的平均值±S.D.。
从所进行的实验测试中可以清楚地看出,由于其对各种有害的微生物所进行的增效作用,芽孢杆菌益生菌和抗病原噬菌体的同期发生是如何显着增加产品清洁、消毒和卫生的功效。
一方面,噬菌体急速地减少污染物数量,但其具有时间限制的作用,并且不能避免再污染。
另一方面,由于竞争机制,益生菌不断减少污染物数量,从而抑制再污染。
益生菌和噬菌体的同时发生保证了抑菌作用的快速发展,同时抑制了再污染,从而保证了病原体快速、稳定的减少。
相对于常规产品而言,同时包含芽孢杆菌益生菌和抗病原噬菌体的用于清洁、消毒和卫生的产品显然是有利的,因为它保证了污染细菌数量的快速和即时的减少。
这是由于由噬菌体元素所进行的能在数小时内杀死目标细菌以及由益生菌所进行的能通过快速取代病原体而能移生持续处理的物体的的联合和增效作用。
因此,噬菌体的发生代表了基于芽孢杆菌益生菌相对于病原体的常规产品的抗菌作用的强化,从而缓解并增加益生菌的作用,其对真菌也有活性。
这确保了在清洁、消毒和卫生处理的初始步骤中立即产生影响,从而允许益生菌在比常规产品在更短的时间内稳定和持续存在,并锁定在待消杀环境和物体上的潜在致病细菌。
将特定的噬菌体元素添加到混合益生菌芽孢杆菌孢子的基液中,其优点是可以有针对性的使用该产品,解决特别需求或特别特殊情况,例如减少一种或多种特有的和/或有害的特定细菌种群。
特定噬菌体元素的出现代表另一种关于使用芽孢杆菌益生菌的安全方式,因为所有都发生在初始的吞噬步骤中,这些微生物被杀死,通过基因交换赋予芽孢杆菌一些不良特性。
更多数量的噬菌体元素科(有尾噬菌体目、微小噬菌体科、光滑病毒科、丝状噬菌体科、复层病毒科以及覆盖噬菌体科)在本发明产品中的存在,使得相同的产品对更大可处理细菌种群具有杀菌作用。
预定的噬菌体元素科可以单独地和组合地存在于本发明的产品对象中,从而考虑到根据具体需要进行多种处理的可能性。
从上述可以清楚地看出,所述的清洁、消毒和卫生产品是如何能够以特别快速和有效的方式相对于前言中所示的常规产品来针对多抗类型的任何微生物种类(“超级细菌”)起作用。
所述用于清洁、消毒和卫生的产品,益生菌和噬菌体通过与具有清洁和/或卫生作用的基液混合,显著减少对于环境的影响。
所述产品特别适于处理表面和/或外部,包括处理食品用流体(例如水)管道的内表面。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于清洁、消毒和卫生的产品,包括:具有清洁、消毒和卫生作用的基液,所述基液包含至少一种选自非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的表面活性剂;混合至基液的益生菌孢子;其特征在于,还包括与这种基液混合的噬菌体元素,并且对污染物上存在的待消杀的细菌种群具有杀菌作用,这种噬菌体元素与所述益生菌的组合能够对有害微生物进行联合和增效作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的产品,其特征在于,非离子表面活性剂的浓度在0.001至30%之间,较佳地在5至15%之间,其特征在于,阳离子表面活性剂的浓度在0.001至15%之间,较佳地在0.001至5%之间,其特征在于,两性表面活性剂的浓度在0.001至15%之间,较佳地在0.001至5%之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的产品,其特征在于,混合到所述基液中的益生菌孢子的浓度在102至109孢子/ml之间,较佳地在106至107孢子/ml之间。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的产品,其特征在于,混合到所述基液中的噬菌体元素的浓度在103至109PFU/ml之间,较佳地在106至107PFU/ml之间。
5.根据权利要求1或4中任一项所述的产品,其特征在于,所述益生菌是芽孢杆菌属。
6.根据权利要求5所述的产品,其特征在于,所述益生菌是枯草杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌以及短小芽孢杆菌种。
7.根据权利要求1或6中任一项所述的产品,其特征在于,所述噬菌体元素包括有尾噬菌体目科和/或微小噬菌体科和/或光滑病毒科和/或丝状噬菌体科和/或复层病毒科/或覆盖噬菌体科的噬菌体。
8.使用根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的用于清洁、消毒和卫生的产品对表面进行处理。
9.根据权利要求8所述的产品用于处理隔断和/或家具表面。
