Claims (15)
- 上面および下面を有するシール層と;
該シール層の上面でシールされた下面を有する略平面の本体を含む形成部品であって、該略平面の本体は複数の貫通孔および該複数の貫通孔と流体連通する複数のウェルを有する、形成部品と
を含む流体チップであって、
ここで該複数の貫通孔および該複数のウェルはそれぞれ、該シール層の上面と共に、該流体チップ中で互いに流体接続する複数の流体入口および複数の流体チャンバーを画定する、流体チップ。 - 前記シール層の下面が、非導電性であり、さらに、前記シール層の下面上に配置された熱伝導性材料で製造された別個の加熱領域を有するdcヒーターと、dc電圧が供給され、該dc電圧が供給されると該別個の加熱領域を一定の温度に加熱するように構成された伝導性トレースとを備え、該伝導性トレースは、少なくとも一部が該別個の加熱領域の周りに波型の形状で前記シール層の下面上に配置されており、該別個の加熱領域は、前記複数の流体チャンバーの少なくとも1つに隣接するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の流体チップ。
- 前記別個の加熱領域に隣接する前記複数の流体チャンバーの少なくとも1つが、そこでPCRを実行できるように構成されている、請求項2に記載の流体チップ。
- 前記シール層の真下に設けた少なくとも1つの側方試験ストリップをさらに含み、該少なくとも1つの側方試験ストリップは、前記流体チップ中に含有される流体を受け取るように構成されたサンプルパッドを有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の流体チップ。
- 前記シール層が、柔軟性および耐流体性を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の流体チップ。
- 前記複数の貫通孔および前記複数のウェルが、前記略平面の本体と一体化されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の流体チップ。
- 前記略平面の本体が、前記略平面の本体の下面上に形成された複数の溝をさらに含み、ここで該複数の溝は、前記シール層の上面と共に、前記流体チップ中で前記複数の流体入口および前記複数の流体チャンバーと流体接続する複数のチャネルを画定する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の流体チップ。
- 請求項2に記載の流体チップまたは請求項2に従属する請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の流体チップと;
dcヒーターに供給されたdc電圧を提供し制御するように構成されたコントローラーカセットと
を含むPCRキットであって、該コントローラーカセットは、該dcヒーターの伝導性トレースの端部と電気的な接触を形成するように構成された伝導性の接触点を有し、該コントローラーカセットは、電池、パワーバンクおよび携帯可能なコンピューティングデバイスから引き込んだ電力の少なくとも1つで駆動するように構成されている、PCRキット。 - 前記コントローラーカセットが、前記携帯可能なコンピューティングデバイスに接続されるように構成されており、それにより、前記流体チップに所望の熱サイクル構造を提供するために、前記dc電圧の所望の電圧サイクルが生成するように前記コントローラーカセットをプログラム化することができる、請求項8に記載のPCRキット。
- 前記伝導性の接触点が前記dcヒーターの前記伝導性トレースの端部と接触するように、前記コントローラーカセットが、その上に前記流体チップを受け取るように構成されている、請求項8または9に記載のPCRキット。
- 流体チップを形成するための形成部品であって、該形成部品は、
複数の貫通孔および該複数の貫通孔と流体連通する複数のウェルを有する略平面の本体であって、該略平面の本体の下面は、該流体チップのシール層の上面でシールされるように構成されている、略平面の本体

ここで該平面の本体の下面が該シール層の上面でシールされているときに、該複数の貫通孔および該複数のウェルはそれぞれ、該シール層の上面と共に、該流体チップ中で互いに流体接続する複数の流体入口および複数の流体チャンバーを画定する、形成部品。 - 前記複数の貫通孔の少なくとも1つが、前記略平面の本体の上面から外側に突き出た入口の壁で包囲されている、請求項11に記載の形成部品。
- 前記複数の貫通孔の少なくとも1つが、前記略平面の本体の上面に形成された浅いくぼみによって取り囲まれている、請求項11に記載の形成部品。
- 前記複数の貫通孔および前記複数のウェルが、前記略平面の本体と一体化されている、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の形成部品。
- 前記略平面の本体の下面上に形成された複数の溝をさらに含み、ここで該平面の本体の下面が該シール層の上面でシールされているときに、該複数の溝は、前記シール層の上面と共に、該流体チップ中で該複数の流体入口および該複数の流体チャンバーと流体接続する複数のチャネルを画定する、請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載の形成部品。
