Claims (14)
- 전원 공급에 따라 열을 발생시키는 물질을 절연기판의 일측면상에 코팅시켜 박판을 형성하는 박판형성공정; 회로패턴이 형성되어 있는 면과 상기 면과 다른 면에 상기 형성된 회로 패턴과는 다른 회로패턴이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 회로패턴이 일정한 저항값을 갖도록 설계된 발열저항체, 상기 발열저항체에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급단자, 상기 발열저항체의 소정 영역에 대해 발열온도를 측정하기 위한 센서가 장착되는 센서 마운트의 결합단자 및 상기 센서에 의해 측정된 온도를 외부에서 읽어 들이기 위한 센서 연결단자를 갖도록 설계된 회로 패턴을 상기 절연기판 상부에 형성시키기 위한 마스킹 패턴을 형성시키는 회로패턴형성공정; 상기 마스킹 패턴이 형성된 절연기판을 부식 시켜 상기 회로 패턴을 갖는 히터가 생성되도록 하는 에칭공정; 및 상기 절연기판 상부에 형성된 패턴을 보호하기 위한 절연보호막을 형성시키는 보호막형성공정으로 이루어진 PCB 기판을 이용한 히터 제조방법에 있어서,상기 회로패턴 형성공정은,상기 발열저항체의 넓이와 길이를 변화시켜 히터의 특성이 결정되도록 하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB방식을 이용한 히터 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연기판에 코팅되는 물질은,동, 철, 니켈, 크롬 및 상기 순금속에 하나의 물질이 합쳐져서 생성된 합금 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB방식을 이용한 히터 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 절연기판상에 열기전력이 서로 다른 물질을 코팅하여 발열저항체를 형성시키고, 전원공급여부에 따라 발열되거나 또는 열전대가 형성되도록 하며, 상기 서로 다른 물질을 연결시키기 위한 비아홀을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB방식을 이용한 히터 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 절연기판 상하부에 열기전력이 서로 다른 물질을 각각 코팅하여 발열저항체를 형성시키고, 전원공급여부에 따라 발열되거나 또는 열전대가 형성되도록 하며, 상기 서로 다른 물질을 연결시키기 위한 비아홀을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB방식을 이용한 히터 제조방법.
- 절연기판;상기 절연기판의 일측면에 일정한 저항값을 갖도록 설계된 회로패턴이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 절연기판의 타측면에 상기 회로패턴과는 다른 회로패턴이 형성되어 전원공급에 따라 미리 설계된 열량만큼 열을 발생시키는 발열저항체;상기 발열저항체에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급단자;상기 발열저항체의 소정 영역에 대해 발열온도를 측정하는 센서가 장착되는 센서마운트;상기 센서 마운트와 연결되어 측정된 온도를 외부에서 읽어들 일 수 있도록 하기 위한 센서 연결단자; 및상기 발열저항체를 외부로부터 보호하기 위한 보호막, 을 포함하여 구성되되,상기 발열저항체 패턴, 센서마운트 결합패턴 및 센서 연결단자패턴은, 마스킹공정 및 에칭공정에 의해 상기 절연기판 상부에 형성되며,상기 발열저항체의 넓이와 길이를 변화시켜 히터의 특성이 결정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB방식으로 제작된 히터.
