Claims (6)
- 非導電性の表面上に配置された、熱伝導性材料で製造された別個の加熱領域であって、その中にDNAサンプルを含有してそれを分配するように構成された複数の一体型ウェルを含む、別個の加熱領域と、
dc電圧源に接続されて、該dc電圧源に接続されると該複数の一体型ウェルを一定の温度に加熱するように構成された少なくとも1つの伝導性トレースであって、少なくとも一部が該別個の加熱領域の周りに波型の形状で該表面上に配置されている、少なくとも1つの伝導性トレースと
を含む、デジタルPCRデバイス。 - 前記複数の一体型ウェルのそれぞれが、前記別個の加熱領域の厚さを構成するウェルの壁によって画定される、請求項1に記載のデジタルPCRデバイス。
- 前記複数の一体型ウェルが、前記別個の加熱領域中で規則的なアレイとして提供され、ここで該アレイの同じ列中のウェルは、該ウェルの壁の開口部を介して互いに流体連通する、請求項2に記載のデジタルPCRデバイス。
- 前記開口部が、ウェルの各列に沿って同一線上である、請求項3に記載のデジタルPCRデバイス。
- 前記表面の上、前記複数の一体型ウェルを含む前記別個の加熱領域の上、および前記少なくとも1つの伝導性トレースの上に設けられたトップ層をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のデジタルPCRデバイス。
- 前記表面および前記トップ層が、少なくとも1つのフレキシブルなシート材料から形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のデジタルPCRデバイス。
