Claims (11)
- 熱処理のための装置であって、
細長いハウジング(2)内に配置された少なくとも1つのプロセス室(3)を有しており、
該プロセス室は、加熱装置と、前記プロセス室(3)を通して処理素材(5)を連続搬送するための搬送システム(4)とを有しており、
該搬送システム(4)は、互いに間隔を置いて位置する2つの平行な無端搬送ベルト(4.1)を有しており、該無端搬送ベルトは、該搬送ベルト間の間隔を橋絡し該ベルト上に支持された、石英ガラス製の複数の円筒体を有しており、該円筒体上に前記処理素材(5)が熱処理のために置かれる、
熱処理のための装置において、
前記円筒体は、中間ウェブ(11)によって互いに分離され、それぞれ1つの長手方向軸線を有する2つの管状の隔室(10,10’)により形成されたツイン管体(4.2)として構成されており、該ツイン管体の端部は前記搬送ベルト(4.1)に相対回動不能に接続されていることを特徴とする、熱処理のための装置。 - 前記ツイン管体(4.2)は、前記長手方向軸線が1つの共通の水平面(H)に位置するように、前記搬送ベルト(4.1)に取り付けられている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ツイン管体(4.2)は、前記長手方向軸線が1つの共通の垂直面に位置するように、前記搬送ベルト(4.1)に取り付けられている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ツイン管体(4.2)は、1つの搬送ベルト(4.1)にそれぞれ接続されているクランプばね(6)において保持される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記ツイン管体(4.2)は、不透明の高反射性の石英ガラスから成るコーティングを少なくとも部分的に有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス室(3)は、ツイン管体として形成された石英ガラス製のカバー管を備えた赤外線熱放射器(8)から成るライニングを有しており、前記赤外線熱放射器は、前記プロセス室に面した側と、前記プロセス室とは反した側とを有しており、SiO2含有の結合材料を介して互いに結合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記SiO2含有の結合材料は同時に、反射体としておよび結合手段として機能する、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記SiO2含有の結合材料は、前記赤外線熱放射器(8)の、前記プロセス室(3)に面した側に塗布されている、請求項6または7記載の装置。
- 前記SiO2含有の結合材料は、前記赤外線熱放射器(8)の、前記プロセス室(3)とは反した側に塗布されている、請求項6または7記載の装置。
- 前記赤外線熱放射器(8)は加熱フィラメントを有しており、該加熱フィラメントにより、80kW/m2〜120kW/m2の範囲の前記加熱装置の単位面積当たりの総出力が得られる、請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 金層、特に金反射層を備えたガラス部品を製造するための請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の装置の使用。
