Abstract
Description
誘導電力移送(IPT)フィールドを生成するよう構成された少なくともひとつの電力送信コイルと、
生成された場合の前記IPTフィールドによって占められるスペース内のまたはそのスペースに隣接した物体を検出するよう構成された物体検出システム。
前記物体検出システムは、受信体に関連付けられたタグに基づいて該受信体を検出するよう構成される。
・永久磁石を含む受信器タグ、および該永久磁石に応答するよう構成され、かつ他の磁石には必ずしも応答しないよう構成された磁気センサを含むODシステム。
・電磁石などの非永久磁石を含む受信器タグ、および、受信器タグが送信器に近づいたときに該非永久磁石を活性化させるODシステムまたは送信器制御。この活性化は例えば送信器から受信器へ伝達されるある種の信号(例えば、変調IPT信号)を通じてなされ、または送信器のIPTコイルやODシステムの他の磁石からの磁束の受領を通じてなされる。これは、DC電圧でエネルギ付与される受信器コイルを用いて実装されてもよい。受信器がこれを用いていったん特定されると、受信器コイルからエネルギが取り去られ、その結果それは電力を受けることを開始できるようになり、ODシステム202は取り外しが決定されるまで受信器特定モードにある。受信器の取り外しは、電力移送、期間または他の通信チャネルを測定することにより決定されてもよい。
・受信器タグは符号化された反射性表面を含み、ODシステムは反射光パターンを測定するよう構成された光検出器を含む。
Claims (17)
- 誘導電力移送(IPT)フィールドを生成するよう構成された少なくともひとつの電力送信コイルと、
生成された場合の前記IPTフィールドによって占められるスペース内のまたはそのスペースに隣接した物体を検出するよう構成された物体検出システムと、を備え、
前記物体検出システムは、受信体に関連付けられたタグに基づいて該受信体を検出するよう構成される誘導電力送信器。 - 前記物体検出システムが受信体を検出すると前記コイルにエネルギを与えるよう構成される請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記タグは磁石である請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記磁石は前記受信体の受信コイルに対して配置された永久磁石である請求項3に記載の送信器。
- 前記磁石はDC電圧によりエネルギを与えられた前記受信体の受信コイルである請求項3に記載の送信器。
- 前記物体検出システムはひとつ以上の磁性スイッチを含む請求項3に記載の送信器。
- 前記ひとつ以上の磁性スイッチのうちの少なくともひとつは、ホール効果スイッチ、リード(Reed)スイッチまたは三次元ホール効果センサである請求項6に記載の送信器。
- 前記タグは符号化された反射性表面を有し、前記物体検出器は反射光パターンを測定するよう構成された光検出器を含む請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 複数の電力送信コイルを備え、
前記物体検出システムの少なくともひとつの物体検出器は各電力送信コイルの周りに配置され、
前記送信器は、前記受信体に関連付けられた前記タグとの相互作用を通じた前記対応する物体検出器の活性化に基づいて、前記対応するコイルにエネルギを与えるよう構成される請求項1に記載の送信器。 - 複数の物体検出器は対応する電力送信コイルの間に設けられ、
前記送信器は、前記受信体に関連付けられた前記タグとの相互作用を通じた前記対応する検出器の活性化に基づいて、前記コイルのうちのひとつ以上にエネルギを与えるよう構成される請求項9に記載の送信器。 - あるコイルに対応する全ての前記物体検出器は並列に接続される請求項10に記載の送信器。
- 前記送信器のコントローラの制御の下、受信体がそれに関連付けられた前記物体検出器によって検出されない限り、前記電力送信コイルにエネルギが与えられることはない請求項9に記載の送信器。
- 前記物体検出システムが受信体を検出し、通信が前記コイルのエネルギ簒奪に成功しない場合、前記受信器と通信するよう構成される請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記物体検出システムはさらに、さらなるOD検出戦略に基づいて非受信体を区別するよう構成される請求項1に記載の送信器。
- 前記さらなるOD検出戦略は、回路パラメータと、複数の所定の非受信体のそれぞれについての所定のプロファイルと、の間の相関のレベルを決定することを含む請求項14に記載の送信器。
- 前記さらなるOD検出戦略は、受信体と同時に、前記スペース内のまたは前記スペースに隣接した非受信体を検出するよう構成される請求項15に記載の送信器。
- 前記さらなる検出戦略は、物体の検出に対する前記物体検出システムの応答が参照応答と、しきい値よりも小さい相関を有するか否かを決定することを含む請求項15に記載の送信器。
