前記二相ナノ構造化フェライト合金中のχ相またはσ相の濃度が、約5体積パーセント未
満である、物品(100)。

前記鉄含有合金マトリックス中の前記フェライト相が、前記マトリックスの約10体積
パーセント〜約50体積パーセントの範囲である、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。

前記鉄含有合金マトリックス中の前記オーステナイト相が、前記マトリックスの約50
体積パーセント〜約90体積パーセントの範囲である、請求項1に記載の物品(100)
。

前記χ相および前記σ相の総濃度が、約5体積パーセント未満である、請求項1に記載
の物品(100)。

前記二相ナノ構造化フェライト合金表面(110)中のチタン濃度が、約0.15重量
%〜約2重量%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。

前記マトリックス相が、約20重量パーセント〜約27重量パーセントの量でクロムを
含む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。

前記マトリックス相が、約5重量パーセント〜約8重量パーセントの量でニッケルを含
む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。

前記マトリックス相が、約1重量パーセント〜約5重量パーセントの量でモリブデンを
含む、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。

前記マトリックス相が、約0.2重量パーセント〜約0.3重量パーセントの量で窒素

前記マトリックス相が、約1重量パーセント未満の量でタングステンを含む、請求項1

二相ナノ構造化フェライト合金を有する、請求項1に記載の物品(100)。

前記マトリックスの結晶粒径が、約0.2マイクロメートル〜約1マイクロメートルの

酸化イットリウムの存在下で、前記酸化イットリウムが合金の中に実質的に固溶するま
で、鉄含有合金粉末をミリングすること、
前記粉末を熱機械的に圧密化して構成部品を形成すること、
前記圧密化された構成部品を焼きなましして、焼きなましされた構成部品を形成するこ
と、
前記焼きなましされた構成部品を冷却して、加工された構成部品を形成すること、
を含む方法であって、
前記加工された構成部品が、二相ナノ構造化フェライト合金を含む表面(110)を有
する構成部品であって、前記二相ナノ構造化フェライト合金が、
鉄含有合金マトリックス内に配置される複数のナノ形状体を含み、前記複数のナノ形状
体が複合酸化物粒子を含み、前記複合酸化物粒子がイットリウムおよびチタンを含み、か
つ
前記マトリックスが、フェライト相およびオーステナイト相の両方を含む、二相ナノ構
造化フェライト合金であって、
前記表面(110)における前記二相ナノ構造化フェライト合金中のχ相またはσ相の
濃度が、約5体積パーセント未満であり、ならびに
前記焼なまし工程が、χ相およびσ相のソルバス温度よりも上の温度で実施される、方
法。
-
前記熱機械的圧密化工程が、熱間等方圧加圧、押出、熱間鍛造、冷間鍛造、圧粉成形、
またはこれらのいずれかの組み合わせを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
-
クロム濃度が約20重量パーセント〜約27重量パーセントの範囲、ニッケル濃度が約
5重量パーセント〜約8重量パーセントの範囲、モリブデン濃度が約1重量パーセント〜
