- 前記第2のコイルが前記第1のステントワイヤと前記第2のステントワイヤの周りに配置されている、請求項11に記載のステント。
- 前記第2のコイルが前記第1のステントワイヤの周りのみに配置されている、請求項11に記載のステント。
- 前記複数の機械的結束のそれぞれが、前記第1の内径と等しい第3の内径を有する第3のコイルをさらに備え、前記第3のコイルが前記第1のステントワイヤの周りのみに配置されている、請求項11に記載のステント。
- 前記複数の機械的結束のそれぞれが、前記第1の内径と等しい第3の内径を有する第3のコイルをさらに備え、前記第3のコイルが前記第2のステントワイヤの周りのみに配置されている、請求項11に記載のステント。
- 前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域が別々に編まれた後、長手方向に連結されて前記管形状を形成しており、前記第1の領域のステントワイヤがコイルによって前記第2の領域のステントワイヤに接続されている、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記第1の領域および前記第2の領域の前記ステントワイヤの自由端が拡大部分で終わり、前記拡大部分の直径が前記コイルの直径より大きい、請求項16に記載のステント。
- 前記少なくとも1本の編まれたワイヤが複数のワイヤであり、前記複数のワイヤのそれぞれが隣接するワイヤの目穴に接続された目穴で終端している、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 第1のステントのうち、低空隙率の第1の領域が動脈瘤を部分的に横切って位置するように、前記第1のステントを前記動脈瘤の近くに送達させる工程と、
前記第1のステントのうち、前記第1の領域より高い空隙率を有する第2の領域の空隙を抜けてガイドワイヤを前進させる工程と、
前記ガイドワイヤに沿って、かつ前記第1のステントの前記第2の領域の前記空隙を抜けてマイクロカテーテルを前進させる工程と、
前記動脈瘤を部分的に横切って位置するように、前記マイクロカテーテルから第2のステントを送達させる工程と、
を備えた、ステントを送達させる方法。
