Claims (28)
- 第1のマイクロ繊維基材に超微細繊維状被膜を含む防護マスクであって、前記超微細繊維状被膜が、
ナノ繊維と共に織り込まれた部分ゲル化サブミクロン繊維と、
前記サブミクロン繊維およびナノ繊維に、密封、表面付着、混合、物理的捕捉および/または化学的結合から選択された少なくとも1つである殺生物剤と
を含む防護マスク。 - 前記部分ゲル化サブミクロン繊維が100〜1000nmの直径を有する、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記部分ゲル化サブミクロン繊維の各ゲル化部分が0.2〜1μm2の面積を有する、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記部分ゲル化サブミクロン繊維の2つのゲル化部分間が1〜10μmの間隔を有する、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記ナノ繊維が10〜99nmの直径を有する、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記ナノ繊維が前記サブミクロン繊維に対して30〜50%の重量比率である、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記超微細繊維状被膜が0.008〜0.05g/m2の表面密度を有する、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記超微細繊維状被膜が20〜60μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記超微細繊維状被膜が20〜60Vの表面電位を有する、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記部分ゲル化サブミクロン繊維およびナノ繊維が、酢酸セルロース(CA)、ポリアミド6(PA 6)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリ(乳酸)(PLA)、ポリ(乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体)(PLGA)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリウレタン(PU)、ゼラチン、キトサンまたはポリヒドロキシ酪酸−ヒドロキシ吉草酸共重合体(PHBV)から選択された少なくとも1種類のポリマーから製造される、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記殺生物剤が、銀、銅、酸化銅(CuO)、酸化チタン(TiO)、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)、ヨウ素、トリクロサンおよび/またはクロルヘキシジンから選択された少なくとも1種類を含む、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 超音波溶接によって前記第1のマイクロ繊維基材に取り付けられたマイクロ繊維基材の1つまたは1つ以上の後続層をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の防護マスク。 - 気流速度が約85L/分であると同時に課題粒子の質量中央径が約260nmである場合、前記防護マスクが95〜99.999%の濾過効率を有する、請求項12に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記防護マスクが約85L/分の気流速度で5〜10mm H2Oの吸気抵抗を有する、請求項12に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記防護マスクが約85L/分の気流速度で5〜10mm H2Oの呼気抵抗を有する、請求項12に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記防護マスクが99%を超える黄色ブドウ球菌を含むグラム陽性菌の細菌減少を5分以内に示す、請求項12に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記防護マスクが99%を超える緑膿菌を含むグラム陰性菌の細菌減少を5分以内に示す、請求項12に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記部分ゲル化サブミクロン繊維および前記ナノ繊維の少なくとも一方が、ポリウレタンまたはポリヒドロキシ酪酸−ヒドロキシ吉草酸共重合体からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種のポリマーから製造され、さらに前記殺生物剤が酸化銅である、請求項1に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記防護マスクの本体を形成するために、着用者の顔面に対して遠位の前記第1のマイクロ繊維基材および前記着用者の顔面に対して近位の前記マイクロ繊維基材の後続層の1つは帯電防止スパンボンドマイクロ繊維から製造され、一方で前記マイクロ繊維基材の後続層の2つはメルトブローマイクロ繊維から製造され、前記着用者の顔面に対して遠位の前記第1のマイクロ繊維基材と前記着用者の顔面に対して近位の前記後続層の1つとの間に挟まれる、請求項12に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記本体の周辺部分が接合され、その結果、前記マイクロ繊維基材の異なる層が互いに取り付けられて1つになり、一方で前記本体の中央で4つの直線も接合され、その結果、前記着用者の顔面に対して近位の前記マイクロ繊維基材の前記1つが吸気中に前記着用者の顔面に吸着されない、請求項19に記載の防護マスク。
- 前記第1のマイクロ繊維基材に前記被膜を形成するための配合物を提供する工程と、
前記ポリマー溶液に殺生物剤を投入する工程と、
前記防護マスクの外層を形成するために前記第1のマイクロ繊維基材に前記部分ゲル化サブミクロン繊維を前記ナノ繊維と織り込むことからなる前記被膜中に前記配合物を自由表面エレクトロスパンする工程とを含む、
請求項1に記載の防護マスクの製造方法。 - 自由表面エレクトロスパン中の相対湿度を30〜60%に調整し、その結果、前記マイクロ繊維基材が前記被膜の形成に至る前に前記ポリマー溶液の前記自由表面エレクトロスパンから生成されるポリマージェットが完全に固体化しない、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 防護マスクの外層に使用する超微細繊維状被膜を形成するための配合物であって、前記配合物がポリマー溶液を形成するために溶媒中に溶解させたポリマーと、殺生物剤であって、前記ポリマー溶液と混合され、その結果、前記ポリマー溶液中に溶解または懸濁される前記殺生物剤とを含む配合物。
- 前記ポリマーが合成ポリマーまたは天然ポリマーのいずれかであって、
前記合成ポリマーが、酢酸セルロース(CA)、ポリアミド6(PA 6)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリ(乳酸)(PLA)、ポリ(乳酸−グリコール酸共重合体)(PLGA)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)およびポリウレタン(PU)を含み、前記天然ポリマーがゼラチン、キトサンおよびポリヒドロキシ酪酸−ヒドロキシ吉草酸共重合体(PHBV)からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種を含む、
請求項23に記載の配合物。 - 前記溶媒がジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)、酢酸(AA)、ギ酸(FA)、ジクロロメタン(DCM)、クロロホルム、アセトン、1,1,1,3,3,3−ヘキサフルオロ−2−プロパノール(HF2P)、トリフルオロ酢酸(TFA)、2,2,2−トリフルオロエタノール(TFE)、シクロヘキサノン、水およびこれらの組み合わせのいずれか1種を含む、請求項23に記載の配合物。
- 前記殺生物剤が、銀、銅、酸化銅(CuO)、酸化チタン(TiO)、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)、ヨウ素、トリクロサンおよびクロルヘキシジンからなる群から選択された少なくとも1種を含む、請求項23に記載の配合物。
- 前記ポリマーがポリウレタンまたはポリヒドロキシ酪酸−ヒドロキシ吉草酸共重合体であり、一方で前記殺生物剤が酸化銅である、請求項23に記載の配合物。
- 請求項23に記載の配合物によって形成される、防護マスクの外層に使用する超微細繊維状被膜。
