Claims (11)
- 鋸引き過程の間に長手異形材(2)の材料寸法を決定するための方法であって、
鋸刃ブレード(3)を押し出し、
その間に前記長手異形材(2)を鋸刃ブレード(3)によって鋸溝に沿って切断し、
押し出し経路(s)に沿った鋸刃ブレード(3)の押し出し位置データ(s1,s2,s3,s4)を求め、
鋸引きの間にさらなる測定データを、鋸引き力(Fs)または該鋸引き力(Fs)に対応する他のパラメータ(Ms)の群から求めることによって、鋸引き過程の間に長手異形材の材料寸法を決定するための方法において、
前記押し出し位置データ(s1,s2,s3,s4)および前記さらなる測定データ(Fs,Ms)から実際プロフィールを求める、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記実際プロフィールから長手異形材(2)の材料寸法を求める、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 鋸刃ブレード(3)が回転され、押し出し経路(s)に沿って鋸刃ブレード軸(4)の押し出し位置データが測定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 実際プロフィールから極値が決定され、該極値の押し出し位置データ(s1,s2,s3,s4)から材料寸法が求められる、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 隣接する2つの極値の押し出し位置データ(s1,s2,s3,s4)の差から長手異形材部分の材料寸法が求められる、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 長手異形材(2)の壁厚(t)は、切断の開始時の押し出し位置データ(s1)と、第1の最大値の押し出し位置データ(s2)との差から決定される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 切断の終了時の押し出し位置データ(s4)と切断の開始時の押し出し位置データ(s1)との差から長手異形材(2)の直径(d)が決定される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 円形の内径および円形の外径を有するパイプ状の長手異形材部分が選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 実際プロフィールが目標プロフィールと比較され、2つのプロフィールが所定の公差を超えて偏差する場合、警報通報が出力される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から8おnいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 切断の開始時の押し出し位置データ(s1)を求め、そこから鋸刃ブレード直径を求める、ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- Ms−特性曲線における跳躍的変化から長手異形材(2)の材料の引張強さ(σ)の変化を求める、ことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
