Claims (15)
- 過酸化水素溶液(11)が蒸発器(12)において蒸発され、
滅菌ゾーン(3a)において、蒸気状の過酸化水素が少なくとも1つの容器(2)に衝突させられ、
前記蒸気状の過酸化水素の未消費部分が少なくとも部分的に前記滅菌ゾーン(3a)から除去され、
前記除去された蒸気状の過酸化水素は、凝縮器(17)において少なくとも部分的に凝縮され、前記凝縮された過酸化水素は前記蒸発器(12)に再び供給される、
特に流動性の食品を収容するための容器(2)を充填装置(14)において滅菌するための方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの容器を特に予熱および/または乾燥させるために、滅菌済み空気が前記滅菌ゾーン(3a)に供給され、
前記滅菌済み空気(7a)が前記蒸気状の過酸化水素と共に前記滅菌ゾーン(3a)から少なくとも部分的に除去されて前記凝縮器(17)に供給される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 過酸化水素水溶液(11)が前記蒸発器(12)において蒸発され、
前記蒸気状の過酸化水素の前記未消費部分および水蒸気がそれぞれ少なくとも部分的に前記滅菌ゾーン(3a)から除去され、凝縮器(17)において少なくとも部分的に凝縮される、

- 前記凝縮器(17)内で生じる前記凝縮液(18)は、所定の過酸化水素濃度、好ましくは25重量%と50重量%の間、より好ましくは30重量%と40重量%の間、特に33重量%と37重量%の間、に調節され、好ましくは、前記濃縮液の前記過酸化水素濃度は、特に水による、希釈によって、および/または、特に分子篩を用いた、濃縮化によって、調節される、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記凝縮器(17)内で生じる前記凝縮液(18)は、特に前記調節の前に、異物を分離するために濾過され、および/または、イオン交換のためにイオン交換器、特にカチオン交換器、に供給される、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの容器(2)は、蒸気状の過酸化水素の前記衝突前に、前記滅菌ゾーン(3a)において高温の滅菌済み空気(7)によって予熱され、前記蒸気状の過酸化水素の前記衝突後に、滅菌済み空気(7)によって乾燥され、前記蒸気状の過酸化水素の前記衝突後に、特に流動性の製品が充填され、および/または前記充填後に閉口される、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 好ましくは個々の容器(2)を受け入れるためのセルを複数有する、搬送装置(4)、特に搬送チェーン(5)、の助けを借りて、前記滅菌ゾーン(3a)、特に無菌室(3)、を通過させて、いくつかの容器(2)が次々と搬送される、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法。

除去された蒸気状の過酸化水素を少なくとも部分的に凝縮するために凝縮器(17)が設けられ、凝縮された過酸化水素を前記蒸発器(12)に供給するために供給ユニットが設けられることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記凝縮器(17)の前記凝縮液(18)から異物を除去するために濾過装置(19)が設けられ、凝縮された過酸化水素の濃度を所定の濃度に希釈するために希釈装置(22)が設けられ、前記凝縮された過酸化水素の前記濃度を高めるために濃縮化装置(23)が設けられ、および/または凝縮されていない過酸化水素を取り替えるために供給装置(28)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの容器(2)を前記滅菌ゾーン(3a)において高温の滅菌済み空気(7a)によって予熱するために予熱装置(9)が設けられ、前記滅菌済み容器(2)を前記滅菌ゾーン(3a)において滅菌済み空気(7a)によって乾燥させるために乾燥装置(13)が設けられ、充填および封着ゾーン(3b)において食品を前記滅菌済み容器(2)に充填するために充填装置(14)が設けられ、および/または前記充填された容器(2)を前記充填および封着ゾーン(3b)において閉じるために閉口装置(15)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項11または12に記載の装置。
- 前記滅菌ゾーン(3a)および/または前記充填および封着ゾーン(3b)、特に無菌室(3)、を通過させて、いくつかの容器(2)を次々と搬送するために、好ましくは個々の容器(2)を受け入れるためのセル(6)を複数有する搬送装置(4)、特に搬送チェーン(5)、が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項11〜13の何れか一項に記載の装置。
