Claims (4)
- 樹脂製のインナパネルと樹脂製のアウタパネルとを接着して車体の樹脂パネル部品を製造するための方法であって、
前記インナパネル及び前記アウタパネルの少なくとも一方に接着剤を塗布する工程と、前記インナパネルと前記アウタパネルとを重ね合わせ、両パネルの接着領域を、前記インナパネル側から支持することなく、前記アウタパネル側のみから治具で押さえた状態で保持する工程と、両パネルの間に介在した接着剤を硬化させる工程とを有する車体の樹脂パネル部品の製造方法。 - 前記アウタパネルのうち、前記治具で押さえられた領域を、前記インナパネルと非接触の状態で保持する請求項1に記載の車体の樹脂パネル部品の製造方法。
- 前記アウタパネルに谷形状に屈曲したキャラクタラインが設けられ、前記アウタパネルの意匠面のうち、前記キャラクタラインの両側の領域を前記治具で押さえると共に、前記治具で押さえられた領域の間の領域を前記インナパネルに当接させる請求項1又は2に記載の車体の樹脂パネル部品の製造方法。
- 前記インナパネルのうち、他部材が取り付けられる取付面を支持する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の車体の樹脂パネル部品の製造方法。
