Abstract
Description
−表面を有している第1のガラス板、
−前記の表面の少なくとも一部に配置されており、少なくとも一つの未コーティングゾーンを含んでおり、且つ、導電性のコーティング部から成る、第1のガラス板を加熱するための少なくとも一つの電気加熱層、
−電圧源と接続される少なくとも二つのバスバーであって、それらのバスバー間に加熱電流のための電流経路が形成されるように電気加熱層に接続されているバスバー、
−電気加熱層を少なくとも二つのセグメントに電気的に分割する少なくとも1本の分離線、
ここで、少なくとも一つのセグメント、特に、未コーティングゾーンに直接的に隣接しているセグメントは、少なくとも部分的に、未コーティングゾーンを少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように帯状に配置されているので、加熱電流のための電流経路は未コーティングゾーンを少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように案内されている。
(a)未コーティングゾーンを備えている電気加熱層を、第1のガラス板の表面に被着させるステップ、
(b)電圧源と接続される少なくとも二つのバスバーを設け、それらのバスバーを電気加熱層に接続し、バスバー間に加熱電流のための電流経路を形成するステップ、
(c)電気加熱層を少なくとも二つのセグメントに電気的に分割する少なくとも1本の分離線を形成するステップ、
但し、少なくとも一つのセグメントは、未コーティングゾーンを少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように帯状に配置されているので、加熱電流のための電流経路は未コーティングゾーンを少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように案内される。
(d)熱可塑性の中間層を、第1のガラス板のコーティングされた表面に配置し、第2のガラス板を熱可塑性の中間層に配置するステップ、
(e)第1のガラス板を、熱可塑性の中間層を介して第2のガラス板に結合させるステップ。

Claims (15)
- 電気加熱層(3)を備えているガラス板(100)において、
該ガラス板(100)は、少なくとも、
−表面(III)を有している第1のガラス板(1)と、
−少なくとも前記表面(III)の一部に被着されており、且つ、未コーティングゾーン(8)を含んでいる、少なくとも一つの電気加熱層(3)と、
−電圧源(14)と接続される少なくとも二つのバスバー(5.1,5.2)であって、該二つのバスバー(5.1,5.2)間に加熱電流のための電流経路(11)が形成されるように前記電気加熱層(3)に接続されているバスバー(5.1,5.2)と、
−前記電気加熱層(3)を少なくとも二つのセグメント(10.n,10.n+1)に電気的に分割する少なくとも1本の分離線(9.n)、但しnは1以上の整数である、と、
を備えており、
少なくとも一つのセグメント(10.n)は、前記未コーティングゾーン(8)を取り囲むように帯状に配置されており、それにより、前記加熱電流のための前記電流経路(11)は前記未コーティングゾーン(8)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように案内されていることを特徴とする、ガラス板(100)。 - 前記電気加熱層(3)は少なくとも2本の分離線(9.1,9.2)、有利には4本から30本までの分離線を有しており、該分離線によって、前記未コーティングゾーン(8)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように帯状に配置されている複数のセグメント(10.n)が形成される、請求項1に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 前記分離線(9.1,9.2)は、30μmから200μmまで、有利には70μmから140μmまでの幅dを有している、請求項1又は2に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 前記未コーティングゾーン(8)と、前記未コーティングゾーン(8)の一番近くに位置する分離線(9.1)との間のセグメント(10.1)の幅b1、及び/又は、隣接する二つの分離線(9.1,9.n+1)間のセグメントの幅b2は、1cmから15cmまでである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 前記未コーティングゾーン(8)は、0.5dm2から15dm2まで、有利には2dm2から8dm2までの面積を有している、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 前記セグメント(10.n)の平均長さ(Ln)の、各平均長さの平均値Lmからの偏差は、25%未満、有利には0%から10%まで、特に有利には0%から5%までである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 第1のバスバー(5.1)又は第2のバスバー(5.2)と電気的に接続されている第3のバスバー(5.3)が配置されており、該第3のバスバー(5.3)は、少なくとも一つのセグメント(10.n)の平均長さLn、有利には全てのセグメント(10.n)の平均長さLnを短縮する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 少なくとも一つのセグメント(10.n)には、前記電流経路に沿って電気抵抗を低減させる低抵抗ブリッジ(15.n)が配置されている、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 前記バスバー(5)及び/又は前記低抵抗ブリッジ(15.n)は、焼き付けられた印刷ペーストとして形成されており、該印刷ペーストは、有利には、金属製の粒子、金属粒子及び/又は炭素粒子、特に銀粒子を含有しており、有利には、0.8μΩ・cmから7.0μΩ・cmまで、特に1.0μΩ・cmから2.5μΩ・cmまでの比抵抗ρaを有している、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 前記第1のガラス板(1)の前記表面(III)は、熱可塑性の中間層(4)を介して、第2のガラス板(2)と面状に結合されている、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 前記第1のガラス板(1)及び/又は前記第2のガラス板(2)は、ガラス、有利には、平板ガラス、フロートガラス、石英ガラス、ホウケイ酸ガラス、ソーダ石灰ガラスを含むか、若しくは、ポリマー、有利には、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレート及び/又はそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 前記電気加熱層(3)は、透明な導電性のコーティング部である、及び/又は、0.4Ω毎スクエアから10Ω毎スクエアまで、有利には0.5Ω毎スクエアから1Ω毎スクエアまでのシート抵抗を有している、及び/又は、銀(Ag)、酸化インジウムスズ(ITO)、フッ素がドープされた酸化スズ(SnO2:F)若しくはアルミニウムがドープされた酸化亜鉛(ZnO:Al)を含有している、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板(100)。
- 電気加熱層を備えているガラス板(100)を製造するための方法において、
少なくとも、
(a)未コーティングゾーン(8)を備えている電気加熱層(3)を、ガラス板(1)の表面(III)に被着させるステップと、
(b)電圧源(14)と接続される少なくとも二つのバスバー(5.1,5.2)を設け、該二つのバスバー(5.1,5.2)を前記電気加熱層(3)に接続し、該二つのバスバー(5.1,5.2)間に加熱電流のための電流経路(11)を形成するステップと、
(c)前記電気加熱層(3)を少なくとも二つのセグメント(10.n,10.n+1)に電気的に分割する少なくとも1本の分離線(9.n)を形成するステップであって、但しnは1以上の整数であり、少なくとも一つのセグメント(10.n)を、前記未コーティングゾーン(8)を取り囲むように帯状に配置し、それにより、前記加熱電流のための前記電流経路(11)を、前記未コーティングゾーン(8)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように案内するステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記分離線(9)をレーザパターニングによって形成する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 地上、空中又は水中における交通のための移動手段、特に自動車における例えばフロントガラス、リアガラス、サイドガラス及び/又はガラスルーフとしての、並びに、機能的な単一部品としての、また、家具、器具及び建物における取り付け部材としての、特に電気ヒータとしての、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板(100)の使用及びデータ伝送用の通信窓としての未コーティングゾーン(8)の使用。
