Abstract
【解決手段】駆動トルクを出力して駆動軸に伝達するモータ駆動装置と共に車両に搭載され、ブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作におけるストロークおよび踏力に基づいて前記車両の制動力を制御する制動装置において、前記ストロークおよび前記踏力を検出するセンサ11,21、前記制動力を発生するための摩擦力を前記駆動軸に付与するブレーキ機構12,22、前記ストロークおよび前記踏力に基づいて前記ブレーキ機構を制御するコントローラ13,23、および、ブレーキ機構およびコントローラに電力を供給する電源14,24を有するブレーキシステム10,20を二系統独立に設け、二つのコントローラ13,23を互いに補完して機能するよう相互に通信可能に接続する。

Claims (6)
- 車両の駆動力を発生するための駆動トルクを出力する駆動用モータおよび前記駆動トルクを駆動軸に伝達する動力伝達機構を備えたモータ駆動装置と共に前記車両に搭載され、運転者によるブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作におけるストロークおよび踏力に基づいて前記車両の制動力を制御する制動装置において、
前記ストロークおよび前記踏力を検出する第1センサ、電気エネルギを利用して作動し、前記制動力を発生するための摩擦力を前記駆動軸に付与する第1ブレーキ機構、前記第1センサで検出した前記ストロークおよび前記踏力に基づいて前記第1ブレーキ機構を制御する第1コントローラ、ならびに、前記第1ブレーキ機構および前記第1コントローラに電力を供給する第1電源を有する第1ブレーキシステムと、
前記ストロークおよび前記踏力を検出する第2センサ、電気エネルギを利用して作動し、前記摩擦力を前記駆動軸に付与する第2ブレーキ機構、前記第2センサで検出した前記ストロークおよび前記踏力に基づいて前記第2ブレーキ機構を制御する第2コントローラ、ならびに、前記第2ブレーキ機構および前記第2コントローラに電力を供給する第2電源を有する第2ブレーキシステムとを備え、
前記第1コントローラは、他のコントローラに対して信号の授受が可能な第1通信部を有し、
前記第2コントローラは、他のコントローラに対して信号の授受が可能な第2通信部を有し、
前記第1通信部と前記第2通信部とが相互に通信可能に接続されており、
前記第1コントローラおよび前記第2コントローラは、それぞれ、互いに補完するように機能して前記制動力を制御する
ことを特徴とする制動装置。
- 請求項1に記載の制動装置において、
前記第1ブレーキ機構は、通電することにより電磁石が発生する磁気吸引力を利用して作動する電磁ブレーキによって構成され、
前記第2ブレーキ機構は、通電することにより制動用モータが出力するトルクを利用して作動する電動ブレーキによって構成されている
ことを特徴とする制動装置。
- 請求項2に記載の制動装置において、
前記第2ブレーキ機構は、回転運動を直線運動に変換して前記駆動軸を制動するための推力を発生するとともに、前記推力を発生して前記駆動軸を制動した状態を保持することが可能な推力発生機構を有し、前記制動用モータが出力するトルクで前記推力発生機構を駆動して前記推力を発生させることにより前記摩擦力を前記駆動軸に付与するように構成され、
前記第2ブレーキシステムは、前輪および後輪の少なくともいずれか一方の前記駆動軸を制動して回転を止めた制動状態で前記通電を停止した場合に、前記制動状態を維持するパーキングブレーキとして機能する
ことを特徴とする制動装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の制動装置において、
前記第1ブレーキ機構および前記第2ブレーキ機構は、それぞれ、前輪および後輪の少なくともいずれか一方の前記駆動軸を制動するとともに、インボードブレーキとして前記車両の車体に設置されている
ことを特徴とする制動装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の制動装置において、
前記ストロークに応じて前記踏力に対抗する反力を発生する反力付与機構と、前記ブレーキペダルと前記反力付与機構との間で力を伝達する伝動部材とを備え、
前記ブレーキペダルは、前記ブレーキペダルを回転可能に前記車両の車体に支持する支点部と、前記ブレーキペダルと前記伝動部材とを連結して前記踏力を前記伝動部材へ伝達する出力部とを有し、
前記反力付与機構は、前記踏力によって圧縮されて弾性変形する弾性部材と、前記伝動部材と前記弾性部材とを連結して前記踏力を前記弾性部材へ伝達する入力部と、前記弾性部材が圧縮される際の反力を受ける固定部とを有し、
前記第1センサは、前記支点部に設けられ、前記ストロークを検出する第1ストロークセンサと、前記出力部に設けられ、前記踏力を検出する第1踏力センサとを備え、
前記第2センサは、前記入力部に設けられ、前記ストロークを検出する第2ストロークセンサと、前記固定部に設けられ、前記踏力を検出する第2踏力センサとを備え、
前記第1ブレーキシステムは、前記第1ストロークセンサで検出した前記ストロークおよび前記第1踏力センサで検出した前記踏力に基づいて前記制動力を制御し、
前記第2ブレーキシステムは、前記第2ストロークセンサで検出した前記ストロークおよび前記第2踏力センサで検出した前記踏力に基づいて前記制動力を制御する
ことを特徴とする制動装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の制動装置において、
前記第1ブレーキシステムに故障が生じた場合に、前記第2ブレーキシステムで前記制動力を制御する、または、前記第2ブレーキシステムで前記第1ブレーキシステムの故障部位を補完して前記制動力を制御する
ことを特徴とする制動装置。
