前記配線材の幅が450μm〜500μmであるとき、前記エッジ距離が5.94mm〜21.94mmである、請求項9に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記複数の配線材の幅をW、前記バスバーラインの一端部と、これに隣接する前記太陽電池の縁部との間、または、前記バスバーラインの他端部と、これに隣接する前記太陽電池の縁部との間のエッジ距離をDとするとき、前記W及び前記Dが、次の数式2を満足する、請求項8に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記各太陽電池において、前記複数の配線材の一端部は、前記バスバーラインの一端部と、これに隣接する前記太陽電池の縁部との間に位置し、前記配線材の他端部は、前記各太陽電池に隣接する太陽電池の前記バスバーラインに接続される、請求項8に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記複数の配線材のそれぞれがコア層を含み、
前記コア層の断面が円形又は楕円形の形状、またはラウンド形状を有する、請求項8に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記複数の太陽電池のそれぞれは、前記フィンガーラインが均一なピッチで配置される複数の電極領域を含み、
前記複数の電極領域は、前記複数の配線材のうち隣接する2つの配線材の間に位置する第1電極領域、及び前記太陽電池の端と前記太陽電池の縁部に近接する前記複数の配線材の対応する一つとの間に位置する第2電極領域をさらに含み、
前記第2電極領域の幅が前記第1電極領域の幅よりも大きい、請求項13に記載の太陽電池パネル。 - 前記複数の配線材のそれぞれが、前記複数のパッド部に接触し、前記バスバーラインの一つに対応して前記複数のパッド部に接続される、請求項13に記載の太陽電池パネル。
- 前記バスバーラインの一端部と、これに隣接する前記太陽電池の縁部との間、または、前記バスバーラインの他端部と、これに隣接する前記太陽電池の縁部との間をエッジ領域とするとき、
前記太陽電池の縁部に隣接する前記エッジ領域の幅をL、前記エッジ領域の長さであるエッジ距離をDとするとき、前記L及び前記Dが次の数式3を満足するか、または前記太陽電池の縁部に隣接する前記エッジ領域の幅が0.73mm〜3mmである、請求項13に記載の太陽電池パネル。
