Claims (13)
- エンジンと、第1モータと、前記エンジンからトルクが伝達される第1回転要素と、駆動輪とトルク伝達可能に連結された第2回転要素と、前記第1モータからトルクが伝達される第3回転要素との少なくとも三つの回転要素を有する差動機構と、前記第2回転要素と前記駆動輪とのトルクの伝達経路内にトルクを伝達することができる第2モータとを備え、前記エンジンの出力トルクを前記差動機構を介して前記駆動輪に伝達して走行するHV走行モードと、前記エンジンを停止して前記第2モータの出力トルクを前記駆動輪に伝達して走行するEV走行モードとを切り替えることができるように構成されたハイブリッド車両において、
前記第1モータと前記第3回転要素とのトルクの伝達を遮断することができるクラッチ機構と、
前記差動機構における各回転要素のうちのいずれか一つの回転要素に連結された第1入力軸と、
前記第1モータに連結された第2入力軸と、
前記第1入力軸と前記第2入力軸とのうちの回転数が高い入力軸からトルクが伝達されて駆動する機械式オイルポンプと
を備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記機械式オイルポンプは、前記第1入力軸が一方に回転した場合にトルクが伝達される第1ワンウェイクラッチと、前記第2入力軸が一方に回転した場合にトルクが伝達される第2ワンウェイクラッチと、前記第1ワンウェイクラッチを介して前記第1入力軸に連結されるとともに、前記第2ワンウェイクラッチを介して前記第2入力軸に連結された駆動軸とを備えている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記第1ワンウェイクラッチがトルクを伝達する際の前記第1入力軸の回転方向と、前記第2ワンウェイクラッチがトルクを伝達する際の前記第2入力軸の回転方向とが同一方向に構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記クラッチ機構と前記第1モータとを制御するコントローラを備え、
前記第1入力軸は、前記第2回転要素に連結されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記コントローラは、
前記EV走行モード時に前記第1入力軸からトルクが伝達されて前記機械式オイルポンプが駆動した場合のオイルの吐出量が、要求されるオイルの吐出量よりも多いか否かを判断し、
前記EV走行モードで走行している時に前記第1入力軸からトルクが伝達されて前記機械式オイルポンプが駆動した場合のオイルの吐出量が、要求されるオイルの吐出量よりも多い場合に、前記クラッチ機構を解放するとともに、前記第1モータを停止させる
ように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項4または5に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記コントローラは、
前記EV走行モードで走行している時に前記機械式オイルポンプからオイルを吐出する必要があるか否かを判断し、
前記機械式オイルポンプからオイルを吐出する必要がない場合に、前記クラッチ機構を解放するとともに、前記第1モータを停止させる
ように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項4ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記コントローラは、
前記EV走行モードで走行している時に前記クラッチ機構を係合した場合の前記機械式オイルポンプからのオイルの吐出量が、要求されるオイルの吐出量よりも多いか否かを判断し、
前記クラッチ機構を係合した場合の前記機械式オイルポンプからのオイルの吐出量が、要求されるオイルの吐出量よりも少ない場合に、前記クラッチ機構を解放するとともに、前記第1モータを駆動する
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記コントローラは、
前記クラッチを係合した場合の前記第1モータの回転数が、前記第1モータが共振する所定の回転数であるか否かを判断し、
前記クラッチを係合した場合の前記第1モータの回転数が、前記第1モータが共振する所定の回転数である場合に、前記クラッチ機構を解放するとともに、前記第1モータを駆動する
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項4ないし8のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記クラッチ機構は、前記第1モータに連結された第1回転部材と、前記第3回転要素に連結された第2回転部材とを有し、前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との間の伝達トルク容量を制御することができるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項9に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とを係合させて前記第1モータと前記第3回転要素とを一体に回転させる係合状態と、前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との間のトルクの伝達を遮断する解放状態とを切り替えることができるとともに、前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とがスリップして相対回転する際の伝達トルク容量を制御することができるか否かを判断し、
前記係合状態と前記解放状態とを切り替えることができ、かつ前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とがスリップして相対回転する際の伝達トルク容量を制御することができない場合に、前記エンジンを始動する際に、前記第1モータの回転数を制御して前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との回転数を一致させた後に、前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とを係合させ、前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とが係合した状態で前記第1モータの回転数を制御して前記エンジンを予め定められた所定の回転数まで上昇させる
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項9または10に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との差回転数が、予め定められた所定の差以上か否かを判断し、
前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との差回転数が、予め定められた所定の差以上の場合に、前記エンジンを始動する際に、前記第1モータの回転数を制御して前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との回転数を一致させた後に、前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とを係合させ、前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材とが係合した状態で前記第1モータの回転数を制御して前記エンジンを予め定められた所定の回転数まで上昇させる
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項9ないし11のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンを迅速に始動させる必要があるか否かを判断し、
前記エンジンを迅速に始動させる必要がある場合に、前記第1モータの回転数を現状の回転数に維持したまま前記クラッチ機構を係合させ、前記クラッチ機構を係合した後に、前記エンジンの回転数が前記エンジンを始動する始動回転数となるように前記第1モータの回転数を変化させる
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。 - 請求項9ないし12のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両において、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンを迅速に始動させる必要があるか否かを判断し、
前記エンジンを迅速に始動させる必要がない場合に、前記クラッチ機構を係合するとともに前記エンジン回転数が前記エンジンを始動する回転数に至ったとした場合の前記第1モータの目標回転数となるように、前記クラッチ機構を解放したまま、前記第1モータの回転数を変化させ、前記第1モータの回転数を前記目標回転数に維持したまま、前記クラッチ機構を係合させる
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両。
