Description
[車両の全体構成]
図1は、第1の実施の形態における車両1の全体構成の一例を模式的に示す図である。車両1は、駆動装置2と、駆動輪90と、制御装置100と、油圧回路500とを含むハイブリッド車両である。駆動装置2は、エンジン10と、第1MG(第1回転電機)20と、第2MG(第2回転電機)30と、遊星歯車装置40からなる変速部と、クラッチ(第1クラッチ)C1と、クラッチ(第2クラッチ)C2と、ブレーキB1(第1ブレーキ)とを含む。
図2は、図1に示す制御装置100の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。制御装置100は、HVECU(Electric Control Unit)150と、MGECU160と、エンジンECU170とを含む。HVECU150、MGECU160およびエンジンECU170の各々は、コンピュータを含んで構成される。
次に、車両1の走行モードについて詳細に説明する。車両1の走行モードには、モータ走行モード(以下「EV走行モード」という)と、ハイブリッド走行モード(以下「HV走行モード」という)とが含まれる。
制御装置100は、クラッチC1,C2およびブレーキB1の制御状態(係合/解放)と、エンジン10、第1MG20および第2MG30の動作を制御することによって、上記複数の走行モードのうちからいずれか1つを選択する。
図14〜図16を用いて、第2の実施の形態に係る駆動装置2について説明する。なお、図14〜図16に示される構成のうち、図1〜図11に示される構成と同一または実質的に同一の構成については同一の符号を付してある。そのため、その詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
図17〜図19を用いて、第3の実施の形態における駆動装置2について説明する。なお、図17〜図19に示される構成のうち、図14に示される構成と同一または実質的に同一の構成については同一の符号を付してある。そのため、その詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
図20および図21を用いて、第4の実施の形態における駆動装置2について説明する。なお、図20に示される構成のうち図1に示される構成と同一または実質的に同一の構成については同一の符号を付してある。そのため、その詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
図22を用いて、第5の実施の形態における駆動装置2について説明する。なお、図22に示される構成のうち、図20に示される構成と同一または実質的に同一の構成については同一の符号を付してある。そのため、その詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
図23を用いて、第6の実施の形態における駆動装置2について説明する。なお、図23に示される構成のうち、図22に示される構成と同一または実質的に同一の構成については同一の符号を付してある。そのため、その詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
Claims (6)
- 駆動装置であって、
駆動輪に接続された駆動軸と、
エンジンと、
第1回転電機と、
前記駆動軸に機械的に接続された第2回転電機と、
ラビニヨ型の遊星歯車装置とを備え、
前記遊星歯車装置は、
前記駆動軸と機械的に接続されるリングギヤと、ピニオンギヤと、前記ピニオンギヤに接続されたキャリアと、前記第1回転電機に接続される第1サンギヤと、前記第1サンギヤと回転中心が一致するように配置された第2サンギヤとを含み、
前記ピニオンギヤは、前記リングギヤと前記第1サンギヤとの各々に噛み合う第1歯部と、前記第1歯部から前記ピニオンギヤの軸方向についてオフセットした位置に設けられ、前記第2サンギヤと噛み合う第2歯部とを含み、
前記リングギヤ、前記キャリア、前記第1サンギヤおよび前記第2サンギヤは、共線図において前記第1サンギヤ、前記キャリア、前記リングギヤ、前記第2サンギヤの順に並ぶように接続されており、
前記駆動装置は、
前記第1サンギヤと前記エンジンとを接続した状態および接続していない状態を選択的に切り替える第1クラッチと、
前記キャリアと前記エンジンとを接続した状態および接続していない状態を選択的に切り替える第2クラッチと、
前記第2サンギヤを固定部材に固定した状態および固定していない状態を選択的に切り替える第1ブレーキとをさらに備える、駆動装置。 - 前記駆動装置は、
前記駆動軸に設けられたドリブンギヤと、
第3クラッチとをさらに備え、
前記リングギヤは、前記ドリブンギヤに噛合い、
前記第3クラッチは、前記ドリブンギヤと前記駆動軸とを接続した状態および接続していない状態を選択的に切り替える、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記駆動装置は、前記リングギヤを前記固定部材に固定した状態および固定していない状態を選択的に切り替える第2ブレーキをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記駆動装置は、
前記第1回転電機と前記第1サンギヤとを接続する中空状の中空軸と、
前記中空軸内を通されると共に、前記キャリアに接続された接続軸とをさらに備え、
前記第1クラッチは、前記中空軸を介して前記第1サンギヤと前記エンジンとを接続した状態および接続していない状態を選択的に切り替え、
前記第2クラッチは、前記接続軸を介して前記キャリアと前記エンジンとを接続した状態および接続していない状態を選択的に切り替え、
前記駆動軸と前記接続軸とが同一軸線上に配置される、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記駆動装置は、前記リングギヤと前記駆動軸とを接続した状態および接続していない状態を選択的に切り替える第3クラッチをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記駆動装置は、前記リングギヤを前記固定部材に固定した状態および固定していない状態を選択的に切り替える第2ブレーキをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の駆動装置。
