本発明に係る車両の制御装置の実施例を図1から図16に基づいて説明する。

Claims (9)
- 機関と、
該機関の出力トルクの反力を受け持つことが可能な第1回転機と、
第2回転機と、
前記機関の回転軸と前記第1回転機の回転軸と前記第2回転機の回転軸及び駆動輪とがそれぞれ個別に接続された回転要素を有する動力伝達装置と、
前記第1回転機及び前記第2回転機との間で電力の授受が可能な二次電池と、
前記第2回転機と前記駆動輪側の動力伝達軸との間に並列に配置した動力断接装置及び一方向クラッチと、
車両の走行モードを車速と前記駆動輪の要求駆動力とに基づいて決める走行制御部と、
を備え、
前記動力断接装置は、前記第2回転機側の係合要素と前記動力伝達軸側の係合要素との間の断接を動力断接制御部によって制御可能なものであり、
前記一方向クラッチは、前記第2回転機側の係合要素における車両の前進方向の回転と前記動力伝達軸側の係合要素の回転とが同期したときにのみ当該係合要素同士が係合するものであり、
前記走行制御部は、前記動力断接装置における係合要素間の切断状態で前記第2回転機が前記動力伝達軸から切り離されているMG2切り離し走行モードを選択する際に、車速が低車速域であれば、前記第1回転機の回生駆動による電力の前記二次電池への充電を行いつつ前記第2回転機を休止させるMG2休止時の充電走行モードを選択し、車速が高車速域であれば、前記第1回転機の力行駆動による前記二次電池の放電を行いつつ前記第2回転機を前記動力伝達軸の回転数よりも低回転で回転させるMG2アイドリング時の放電走行モードを選択し、車速が前記低車速域と前記高車速域との間の車速域であれば、前記第1回転機の力行駆動による前記二次電池の放電を行いつつ前記第2回転機を休止させるMG2休止時の放電走行モードを選択することを特徴とした車両の制御装置。 - 前記動力伝達軸に前記第2回転機を接続しているMG2接続走行モードとして、前記機関の動力のみ又は当該機関及び前記第2回転機の動力で走行するハイブリッド走行モードと当該第2回転機の動力で走行するEV走行モードを備える場合、前記走行制御部は、車速と前記要求駆動力とに基づいた走行モードの選択領域が前記MG2接続走行モードと前記MG2切り離し走行モードの双方の選択が可能な領域であるならば、前記二次電池のSOCに基づいて、その選択が可能な前記MG2接続走行モードと前記MG2切り離し走行モードの中から適用対象となる走行モードを決めることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記SOCの増加と共に前記MG2切り離し走行モードから前記MG2接続走行モードへの切り替えが行われ、かつ、前記SOCの減少と共に前記MG2接続走行モードから前記MG2切り離し走行モードへの切り替えが行われる場合には、前記MG2切り離し走行モードへの切り替えを判定する閾値よりも、前記MG2接続走行モードへの切り替えを判定する閾値を大きくすることを特徴とした請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記SOCの増加と共に前記MG2接続走行モードから前記MG2切り離し走行モードへの切り替えが行われ、かつ、前記SOCの減少と共に前記MG2切り離し走行モードから前記MG2接続走行モードへの切り替えが行われる場合には、前記MG2切り離し走行モードへの切り替えを判定する閾値よりも、前記MG2接続走行モードへの切り替えを判定する閾値を小さくすることを特徴とした請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記動力伝達軸に前記第2回転機を接続しているMG2接続走行モードとして、前記機関の動力のみ又は当該機関及び前記第2回転機の動力で走行するハイブリッド走行モードを備える場合、前記走行制御部は、運転者のブレーキオン操作に伴って走行モードの選択領域が前記ハイブリッド走行モードから前記MG2切り離し走行モードの選択が可能な領域に移行し、該ブレーキオン操作が継続している場合、所定時間が経過するまでは現在のハイブリッド走行モードを維持し、その後、前記MG2切り離し走行モードの選択が可能な領域の走行モードの中から適用対象となる走行モードの選択を新たに行うことを特徴とした請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記走行制御部は、運転者のブレーキオン操作に伴って走行モードの選択領域が前記ハイブリッド走行モードから前記MG2切り離し走行モードの選択が可能な領域に移行し、該ブレーキオン操作が継続している場合、所定時間が経過するまでは現在のハイブリッド走行モードを維持し、その後、前記MG2切り離し走行モードの選択が可能な領域の走行モードの中から適用対象となる走行モードを前記SOCに基づいて決める又は適用対象となる走行モードの選択を新たに行うことを特徴とした請求項2,3又は4に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記走行制御部は、前記要求駆動力の減少に伴って走行モードの選択領域が前記ハイブリッド走行モードから前記MG2切り離し走行モードの選択が可能な領域に移行した場合、前記SOCに基づいて前記MG2切り離し走行モードの適用が可能であれば、この可能との判定の後、直ちに当該MG2切り離し走行モードへの切り替えを行うことを特徴とした請求項2,3又は4に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記動力伝達軸に前記第2回転機を接続しているMG2接続走行モードとして、前記機関の動力のみ又は当該機関及び前記第2回転機の動力で走行するハイブリッド走行モードを備える場合、前記走行制御部は、前記MG2切り離し走行モードから前記ハイブリッド走行モードへの切り替えを前記要求駆動力の増大に伴って行った場合、該切り替えが行われてから所定時間が経過するまでの間に走行モードの選択領域が前記ハイブリッド走行モードから前記MG2切り離し走行モードに変化したとしても、前記所定時間が経過するまでは当該ハイブリッド走行モードを維持することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記走行制御部は、前記MG2切り離し走行モードから前記ハイブリッド走行モードへの切り替えを前記要求駆動力の増大に伴って行った場合、該切り替えが行われてから所定時間が経過するまでの間に走行モードの選択領域が前記ハイブリッド走行モードから前記MG2切り離し走行モードに変化したとしても、前記所定時間が経過するまでは当該ハイブリッド走行モードを維持することを特徴とした請求項2,3又は4に記載の車両の制御装置。
