Claims (1)
- 正負の電極板を平積みに積層してなる積層型電極体の製造装置であって,
第1極板反物の片面上に,第2極板短冊を,前記第1極板反物の長手方向に対して間隔を置いて配置したものであるペア電極板反物を,前記長手方向に搬送しつつ供給する電極板供給部と,
供給された前記ペア電極板反物を,前記第2極板短冊のない位置で幅方向に切断してペア電極板短冊とする切断部と,
前記切断部から見て前記ペア電極板反物の搬送方向の下流側に位置し,複数枚の前記ペア電極板短冊を積層して前記積層型電極体とする積層部とを有し,
前記積層部には,
回転台と,
前記回転台を回転させる駆動源と,
前記回転台の回転軸と同軸上に設けられているが自身は回転しない固定円形部材と, 前記回転台における回転軸から外れた位置に配置され,前記回転台の回転軸と平行な回転軸に対して回転可能な,前記固定円形部材と同一周長である複数の遊星円形部材と, 各前記遊星円形部材を前記固定円形部材と連結して回転を同期させる連結部材と,
前記複数の遊星円形部材に対してそれぞれ固定して設けられた,前記ペア電極板短冊の積層が行われる複数の積層台とが設けられていることを特徴とする積層型電極体の製造装置。
