Abstract
【解決手段】減速装置3は、例えば、ウォームホイール29(従動ギヤ)と、減速部24と、第一当接部32aと、第二当接部40bと、を備えている。減速部24は、ウォームホイール29によって回転する外歯ギヤ31(第一ギヤ)と内歯ギヤ32(第二ギヤ)とを含む複数のギヤを有し、内歯ギヤ32をウォームホイール29に対して減速させて回転させる。第一当接部32aは、内歯ギヤ32に設けられている。第二当接部40bは、ウォームホイール29および複数のギヤ(外歯ギヤ31、内歯ギヤ32)とは別体に設けられ、第一当接部32aと当接することにより、内歯ギヤ32の回転を停止させる。

Description
図1は、本実施形態の駆動装置1の例示的かつ模式的な斜視図である。図2は、本実施形態の駆動装置1の例示的かつ模式的な正面図である。図1,2に示されるように、駆動装置1は、モータ2と、減速装置3と、を備えている。駆動装置1は、モータ2の回転を、減速装置3によって減速して、減速装置3に設けられたピニオン4を回転させる。駆動装置1は、例えば、車両のシートのリフタ装置(いずれも不図示)に設けられ、シートクッションの後端部を上下方向に移動させる。なお、駆動装置1は、他の装置に設けられてもよい。
図13は、本実施形態の駆動装置1Aの例示的かつ模式的な斜視図である。図14は、本実施形態の駆動装置1Aの例示的かつ模式的な正面図である。図15は、本実施形態の駆動装置1Aの例示的かつ模式的な分解斜視図である。図13〜15に示される本実施形態の駆動装置1Aは、第1実施形態の駆動装置1と同様に、モータ2と、減速装置3Aを備えている。よって、本実施形態によっても、上記第1実施形態と同様の構成に基づく同様の結果が得られる。
Claims (6)
- 駆動機構の駆動力によって回転中心軸周りに回転する従動ギヤと、
前記従動ギヤによって回転する第一ギヤと前記回転中心軸周りに回転する第二ギヤとを含む複数のギヤを有し、前記第二ギヤを前記従動ギヤに対して減速させて回転させる減速部と、
前記第二ギヤに設けられた第一当接部と、
前記従動ギヤおよび前記複数のギヤとは別体に設けられ、前記第一当接部と当接することによって前記第二ギヤの回転を停止させる第二当接部と、
を備えた減速装置。 - 前記従動ギヤを介して伝達される前記駆動力によって回転する第三ギヤと、
前記第三ギヤから前記駆動力が伝達され、前記回転中心軸周りに回転するストッパ部材と、
を備え、
前記第二当接部は、前記ストッパ部材に設けられた、請求項1に記載の減速装置。 - 前記ストッパ部材の回転方向と前記第二ギヤの回転方向とが、同じであり、
前記ストッパ部材の回転速度と前記第二ギヤの回転速度とが、異なる、請求項2に記載の減速装置。 - 前記ストッパ部材は、前記第三ギヤによって、前記従動ギヤに対して減速して回転される、請求項2または3に記載の減速装置。
- 前記第一ギヤと前記第三ギヤとを共に有した回転体を備えた、請求項2ないし4のうちいずれか一つに記載の減速装置。
- 前記第一ギヤの歯の前記回転中心軸の軸方向に沿った厚さが、前記第三ギヤの歯の前記軸方向に沿った厚さよりも厚い、請求項5に記載の減速装置。
