Abstract
Description
第1基板に実装され前記第1基板の厚さ方向に突出する突出端子を有する第1コネクタと、第2基板に実装され前記第2基板の厚さ方向に直交する直交方向において対向する第1接点部および第2接点部を有する第2コネクタと、を備え、前記第2コネクタを前記第1コネクタに嵌合させると、前記第1コネクタの前記突出端子が前記第2コネクタの前記第1接点部と前記第2接点部の間に挿入される基板対基板コネクタであって、
前記第2コネクタは、
前記第2基板の厚さ方向に沿って筒状に配置された壁面からなる筒状部と、
前記直交方向に延在した第1端部および前記第1端部に連接され、前記第1端部によって前記壁面に向けて付勢された第2端部を有する、前記筒状部内に配置されるバネ部と、を有し、
前記第1接点部は、前記筒状部の前記壁面に設けられ、
前記第2接点部は、前記バネ部の前記第2端部に、前記第1接点部に対向して設けられており、前記第2コネクタが前記第1コネクタに嵌合された状態において前記バネ部の復元力により前記第1接点部と共に前記突出端子を挟持する。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は前述の実施形態の構成に限定されるものではない。例えば、図8に示すように、補助バネ部2326が、筒状部2231の筒軸J1方向に直交する直交方向の面内においてV字に屈曲した形状を有するものであってもよい。なお、図8において、実施形態と同様の構成については、図4(A)、(B)および図5(B)と同一の符号を付している。バネ部2325は、長手方向の一端部2325aが支持片2324と一体に形成される形で支持片2324に固定されている。そして、補助バネ部2326は、長手方向の一端部2326aがバネ部2325の長手方向の他端部(第1端部)2325bに接続され、長手方向の他端部2326bが支持片2324に弾接または近接している。
Claims (8)
- 第1基板に実装され前記第1基板の厚さ方向に突出する突出端子を有する第1コネクタと、第2基板に実装され前記第2基板の厚さ方向に直交する直交方向において対向する第1接点部および第2接点部を有する第2コネクタと、を備え、前記第2コネクタを前記第1コネクタに嵌合させると、前記第1コネクタの前記突出端子が前記第2コネクタの前記第1接点部と前記第2接点部の間に挿入される基板対基板コネクタであって、
前記第2コネクタは、
前記第2基板の厚さ方向に沿って筒状に配置された壁面からなる筒状部と、
前記直交方向に延在した第1端部および前記第1端部に連接され、前記第1端部によって前記壁面に向けて付勢された第2端部を有する、前記筒状部内に配置されるバネ部と、を有し、
前記第1接点部は、前記筒状部の前記壁面に設けられ、
前記第2接点部は、前記バネ部の前記第2端部に、前記第1接点部に対向して設けられており、前記第2コネクタが前記第1コネクタに嵌合された状態において前記バネ部の復元力により前記第1接点部と共に前記突出端子を挟持する、
基板対基板コネクタ。 - 前記第2コネクタは、
前記筒状部内に配置され、前記第2接点部を前記第1接点部に向けて付勢する補助バネ部を更に有する、
請求項1に記載の基板対基板コネクタ。 - 前記補助バネ部は、
前記直交方向に延在し、前記第1端部に対向して配置された第3端部および前記第3端部に連接され、前記第2端部に向けて延在し、前記第2接点部を前記第1接点部に向けて付勢する、
請求項2に記載の基板対基板コネクタ。 - 前記補助バネ部は、前記直交方向の面内においてV字に屈曲した形状を有し、一方端が前記バネ部の前記第2端部に接続され、他方端が前記第1接点部が設けられた前記壁面に対向する壁面に向けて延在している、
請求項2に記載の基板対基板コネクタ。 - 前記第1接点部と前記第2接点部との少なくとも一方に設けられ、前記第1コネクタを前記第2コネクタに嵌合させる際に、前記突出端子を前記第1接点部と前記第2接点部との間に案内する案内部を更に有する、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の基板対基板コネクタ。 - 前記案内部は、前記第1接点部と前記第2接点部との少なくとも一方から前記第2基板側とは反対側の外方へ延在し前記第2基板の厚さ方向に対して傾斜した舌片部から構成されている、
請求項5に記載の基板対基板コネクタ。 - 前記筒状部は、有底筒状である、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の基板対基板コネクタ。 - 前記第1接点部と前記第2接点部とは、互いに向けて突出した形状を有する、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の基板対基板コネクタ。
