Abstract
【解決手段】排液機構10は、所定経路に沿って移動するY軸スライダ54からオイル(液体)を排液する。排液機構10は、C軸の回転機構70に設けられてステータ72内のオイルを流動させる流出孔84及びノズル流動路86と、Y軸スライダ54と一体的に移動してオイルを吐出するノズル80と、Y軸スライダ54をガイドするY軸ガイド体52と、を含む。ノズル80は、Y軸ガイド体52の近傍且つ非接触の位置に配置されており、Y軸ガイド体52にオイルがかかるように吐出する。

Claims (8)
- 所定経路に沿って移動する移動体から液体を排液する排液機構であって、
前記移動体に設けられ、該移動体の液体を流動させる流動路と、
前記移動体と一体的に移動し、且つ前記流動路を流動した前記液体を吐出する吐出部と、
前記移動体の周辺部に設けられ、前記所定経路に対して平行に延在する固定体と、を含み、
前記吐出部は、前記固定体の近傍且つ非接触の位置に配置されており、前記固定体に前記液体がかかるように吐出する
ことを特徴とする排液機構。 - 請求項1記載の排液機構において、
前記移動体は、前記所定経路として上下方向に往復移動し、
前記吐出部は、前記移動体の異なる高さ位置で前記固定体に対する間隙の間隔が一定である
ことを特徴とする排液機構。 - 請求項2記載の排液機構において、
前記移動体は、ロータと、前記ロータを回転可能に支持するステータとで構成される回転機構を有し、
前記液体は、静圧軸受を形成するために前記ロータと前記ステータの間に供給されるオイルである
ことを特徴とする排液機構。 - 請求項3記載の排液機構において、
前記流動路は、前記ロータが収容される前記ステータの収容空間の下部側に形成された凹部に連通して、前記吐出部に前記オイルを流動させる
ことを特徴とする排液機構。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の排液機構において、
前記固定体は、前記吐出部の前記液体を排出する口部に対向し、前記固定体の延在方向に沿って延びる溝部を有する
ことを特徴とする排液機構。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の排液機構において、
前記固定体は、前記移動体の移動を案内するガイド体である
ことを特徴とする排液機構。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の排液機構において、
前記固定体は、前記移動体の周辺部で、前記所定経路に平行に延在する排液ガイド体である
ことを特徴とする排液機構。 - 所定経路に沿って移動する移動体と、前記移動体から液体を排液する排液機構と、を備える工作機械であって、
前記排液機構は、
前記移動体に設けられ、該移動体の液体を流動させる流動路と、
前記移動体と一体的に移動し、且つ前記流動路を流動した前記液体を吐出する吐出部と、
前記移動体の周辺部に設けられ、前記所定経路に対して平行に延在する固定体と、を含み、
前記吐出部は、前記固定体の近傍且つ非接触の位置に配置されており、前記固定体に前記液体がかかるように吐出する
ことを特徴とする排液機構を備えた工作機械。
