濃縮天然ゴムラテックスに25℃で水を加え、固形分(ゴム)濃度0.52質量%の希薄天然ゴムラテックスと、固形分(ゴム)濃度28質量%の天然ゴムラテックスとを得た。希薄天然ゴムラテックス954.8質量部に、50質量部のカーボンブラックを添加し、カーボンブラック添加後の希薄天然ゴムラテックスをPRIMIX社製ロボミックスで撹拌し、カーボンブラック・天然ゴムスラリーを得た。カーボンブラック・天然ゴムスラリーを、固形分(ゴム)濃度28質量%の天然ゴムラテックスに表1にしたがい加え、カーボンブラック・天然ゴムスラリー添加後の天然ゴムラテックスを、SANYO社製家庭用ミキサーで11300rpm、30分で撹拌し、凝固処理前ゴムラテックスを得た。凝固処理前ゴムラテックスに、凝固剤としてのギ酸をpH4になるまで添加し、フィルターで凝固物と廃液とに分離した。凝固物に化合物1を添加し、化合物1添加後の凝固物をスエヒロEPM社製スクリュープレスV−02型(スクイザー式1軸押出脱水機)で180℃で脱水・可塑化しながら、凝固物中に化合物1を分散した。以上の手順で、ウエットマスターバッチを得た。
配合剤を表1にしたがって配合し、混練りし、ドライマスターバッチを得た。
凝固物に化合物1を添加する前に、凝固物を実質的に完全に脱水したこと以外は実施例1と同じ手順で、比較例4のウエットマスターバッチを作製した。
凝固物に化合物1を添加しなかったこと以外は実施例1と同じ手順で、比較例5のウエットマスターバッチを得た。
硫黄と加硫促進剤とを除く配合剤を表1にしたがって添加し、神戸製鋼社製のB型バンバリーミキサーで混練りし、ゴム混合物を排出した。ゴム混合物と硫黄と加硫促進剤とをB型バンバリーミキサーで混練りし、未加硫ゴムを得た。
未加硫ゴムを150℃、30分間で加硫し、JIS K6260に準拠し、き裂発生試験をした。比較例1の値を100とした指数で示した。値が大きいほど耐疲労性が高い。
Claims (7)
- マスターバッチをつくる工程と、
前記マスターバッチおよびハイシスポリブタジエンゴムを混合する工程とを含み、
前記マスターバッチをつくる工程は、
カーボンブラックを含む凝固処理前ゴムラテックスを凝固し、凝固物を得る工程と、
水を含む前記凝固物に、下記式(I)の化合物を添加する工程と、
前記化合物を前記凝固物中に分散する工程とを含む、
タイヤ部材の製造方法。
- 前記化合物を前記凝固物中に分散する工程は、前記凝固物を脱水しながら前記化合物を前記凝固物中に分散する工程である、請求項1に記載のタイヤ部材の製造方法。
- 前記凝固物に前記化合物を添加する工程において、前記凝固物中のゴム100質量部に対する、前記凝固物の水分量をWaとし、前記凝固物中のゴム100質量部に対する、前記化合物の添加量をWbとしたとき、WaのWbに対する比(Wa/Wb)が1〜8100である、請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ部材の製造方法。
- 前記タイヤ部材は、ゴム成分を含むゴム組成物からなり、
前記ゴム組成物における前記ハイシスポリブタジエンゴムの量は、前記ゴム成分100質量%において20質量%〜60質量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ部材の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のタイヤ部材の製造方法を含む、タイヤの製造方法。
- 請求項6に記載のタイヤ部材の製造方法を含む、タイヤの製造方法。
