Claims (13)
- ろう付消耗品であって、
フラックスコア(203;303;403;503)と、
金属製シース(201;301;401;501)であって、前記金属製シースが、前記ろう付消耗品が加熱される場合に、前記フラックスコアのうちの少なくともいくつかが通過するシーム(207;307;407;507)を有するように、前記フラックスコアを取り囲む、金属製シースと、を備え、
前記シースは、前記消耗品が、断面形状の周囲の一部に対して略円形である前記断面形状を有するような外面を有し、
前記外面は、前記外面から外側に延在する少なくとも1つの突出部(205;305;405;505)を有し、前記突出部は、前記シームから離間されて前記シースの前記外面に沿って位置決めされ、
前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記外面から離間して延在する末端縁部を有する、
ろう付消耗品。 - 前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記末端縁部が三角形の先端点である前記三角形を有する、請求項1に記載のろう付消耗品。
- ろう付消耗品であって、
フラックスコア(203;303;403;503)と、
金属製シース(201;301;401;501)であって、前記金属製シースが、前記ろう付消耗品が加熱される場合に、前記フラックスコアのうちの少なくともいくつかが通過するシーム(207;307;407;507)を有するように、前記フラックスコアを取り囲む、金属製シースと、を備え、
前記シースは、前記消耗品が、断面形状の周囲の一部に対して略円形である前記断面形状を有するような外面を有し、
前記外面は、前記外面から外側に延在する少なくとも1つの三角形突出部(205;305;405;505)を有し、前記三角形突出部は、前記シースの前記略円形部分の最大半径及び中心点と同じ半径及び中心点を有する虚円の外側に位置する末端縁部を有する、
ろう付消耗品。 - 前記外面の前記周囲のうちの少なくとも50%は略円形である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記少なくとも1つの三角形突出部は、前記消耗品の断面寸法形状中心を通過しない前記先端点から延在する中心線を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記少なくとも1つの三角形突出部は、前記少なくとも1つの突出部から離間した点において測定されるような前記シースの厚さの25〜125%の範囲にある高さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記シースの前記外面から延在する追加突出部を更に備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記追加突出部は、前記少なくとも1つの突出部とは異なる断面形状を有する、請求項7に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記追加突出部は、前記少なくとも1つの三角形突出部と対向する前記外面上に位置決めされる、請求項7又は8に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記外面は、前記少なくとも1つの三角形突出部と前記追加突出部との間で略平坦である、請求項7又は9のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- 前記少なくとも1つの三角形突出部は、前記シースの前記外面に沿って前記シームから離間されて位置決めされる、請求項3〜10のいずれか一項に記載のろう付消耗品。
- ろう付プリホームアセンブリであって、
外側断面形状を有するろう付される母材と、
ろう付プリホーム(200;300;400;500)と、を備え、前記ろう付プリホームは、
フラックスコア(203;303;403;503)と、
金属製シース(201;301;401;501)であって、前記金属製シースが、前記ろう付消耗品が加熱される場合に、前記フラックスコアのうちの少なくともいくつかが通過するシーム(207;307;407;507)を有するように、前記フラックスコアを取り囲む、金属製シースと、を備え、
前記シースは、前記消耗品が、断面形状の周囲の一部に対して略円形である前記断面形状を有するような外面を有し、
前記外面は、前記外面から外側に延在する少なくとも1つの三角形突出部を有し、前記三角形突出部(205;305;405;505)は、前記シースの前記略円形部分の最大半径及び中心点と同じ半径及び中心点を有する虚円の外側に位置する末端縁部を有し、
前記ろう付プリホームは、前記ろう付プリホームを前記母材の前記外側断面形状に結合し、前記ろう付プリホームを前記母材に固定するように形状をなしている、
ろう付プリホームアセンブリ。 - 前記ろう付プリホームは、前記シームが前記母材の表面に面して位置決めされるように形状をなしている、請求項12に記載のろう付プリホームアセンブリ。
