(B1)1分子当たり平均で少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するジオルガノポリシロキサンガム、及び
(B2)所望により、ジオルガノポリシロキサンガム(B1)を基準にして1〜50重量%の補強充填剤
を含む、シリコーンベースと、
(C)1分子当たり平均で少なくとも2個のケイ素結合水素基を含有するオルガノヒドリドシリコーン化合物と、
(D)触媒と、
(E)カップリング剤と、
のブレンドを含む、熱可塑性エラストマー組成物
が、上記組成物から製造された着用可能品並びに自動車、家電、電子機器、携帯電子、電気、通信、及び医療用途の部品又は構成要素の製造への上記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の使用と共に、本明細書で提供される。熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を調製するプロセスも提供される。

−本発明の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物及び相溶性材料を用いたオーバーモールド、共押出、又はバックシート成形部品をベースとする2K部品
−本発明の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物及び非相溶性材料+これらを接合するための適切な接着促進剤又は技法の使用による、オーバーモールド、共押出、又はバックシート押出部品をベースとする2K部品。
・Siゴム1:ビニル末端ジオルガノポリシロキサンガムを含む無触媒シリコーンゴムベース。ショアA硬度70、シリカ含有量35%。
・触媒:ダウ・コーニング「Syl−Off 4000」白金触媒。Pt含有量0.40%。
・XL:ジメチル/メチルハイドロジェンシロキサンコポリマー、トリメチルシロキシ末端。Si結合水素含有量1.6%
・PPH:ポリプロピレンホモポリマー、Total PPH 7060

比較例1(シリコーンを含まない熱可塑性エラストマー)、比較例2(カップリング剤を含まないシリコーンベースの熱可塑性エラストマー)、及び実施例1(本発明による、カップリング剤を含むシリコーンベースの熱可塑性エラストマー)を、表1に示すように調製し、表2に示すように標準的特性及び耐引っかき性について比較した。
実施例2〜4は、本発明によるカップリング剤を含むシリコーンベースの熱可塑性エラストマーを示し、そのカップリング剤の濃度は表3に示すように変動させた。
実施例5及び6は、表5に示すように、それぞれが異なる本発明によるカップリング剤を含むシリコーンベースの熱可塑性エラストマーを表す。実施例5及び6は、ショアD40〜45の、より高い硬度で始まる。
Claims (18)
- (A)
(A1)ブロックコポリマーエラストマー、及び
(A2)ポリオレフィンエラストマー
を含む、熱可塑性有機ポリマーと、
(B)
(B1)1分子当たり平均で少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するジオルガノポリシロキサンガム、及び
(B2)所望により、前記ジオルガノポリシロキサンガム(B1)を基準にして1〜50重量%の補強充填剤
を含む、シリコーンベースと、
(C)1分子当たり平均で少なくとも2個のケイ素結合水素基を含有するオルガノヒドリドシリコーン化合物と、
(D)触媒と、
(E)カップリング剤と、
のブレンドを含む、熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 - 前記カップリング剤(E)が、グリシジルエステル官能性ポリマー若しくは有機官能性グラフトポリオレフィン、ポリアセタール及びポリオレフィンから選択される熱可塑性ポリマーと、ポリシロキサン及びオレフィンポリマーの分岐状ブロックコポリマーとを含むポリマー組成物、又はこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記補強充填剤(B1)が、シリカである、請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 比(A1)対(A2)が、10:90〜90:10の範囲である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 比(A)+(E)対(B)+(C)+(D)が、50:50〜85:15の範囲である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 前記カップリング剤(E)が、前記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物中に、前記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の0.01〜25重量%の濃度で存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- (A)が、ショアD45未満及び所望によりショアA85未満の硬度を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- ショアD45未満及び所望によりショアA85未満の硬度を特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物から製造される、自動車、家電、電子機器、携帯電子、電気、通信、及び医療用途の部品又は構成要素。
- ショアD45未満及び所望によりショアA85未満の硬度を有する、請求項9に記載の部品又は構成要素。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物から製造される、ブレスレット又はサングラス、老眼鏡若しくは着用可能な電子機器用のサポートパッドのような着用可能品。
- ショアD45未満及び所望によりショアA85未満の硬度を有する、請求項11に記載の着用可能品。
- (A)(A1)ブロックコポリマーエラストマー及び(A2)ポリオレフィンエラストマーを含む、熱可塑性有機ポリマーと、(B)(B1)平均で1分子当たり少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するジオルガノポリシロキサンガム及び所望により(B2)前記ジオルガノポリシロキサンガム(B1)を基準にして1〜50重量%の補強充填剤を含む、シリコーンベースと、(C)平均で1分子当たり少なくとも2個のケイ素結合水素基を含有するオルガノヒドリドシリコーン化合物と、(D)ヒドロシリル化触媒と、(E)カップリング剤と、を接触させることを含み、前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)+(E)の前記シリコーンベース(B)及び前記オルガノヒドリドシリコーン化合物(C)及びヒドロシリル化触媒(D)の総重量に対する重量比が、50:50〜85:15の範囲である、加硫熱可塑性エラストマーの製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)、前記シリコーンベース(B)、前記オルガノヒドリドシリコーン化合物(C)、前記ヒドロシリル化触媒(D)及び前記カップリング剤(E)が、100℃〜250℃の範囲の温度で接触される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性有機ポリマー(A)、前記シリコーンベース(B)、前記オルガノヒドリドシリコーン化合物(C)、前記ヒドロシリル化触媒(D)及び前記カップリング剤(E)が、押出機内でブレンドされる、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 使用時に着用者の皮膚と接触することを意図する着用可能品を製造するための、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の使用。
- 自動車、家電、電子機器、携帯電子、電気、通信、及び医療用途の部品又は構成要素を製造するための、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の使用。
- 自動車、家電、電子機器、携帯電子、電気、通信、及び医療用途の部品又は構成要素をオーバーモールドするための、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の使用。
