Abstract
Description
少なくとも織られたテキスタイル材料の画像を印捺しようとする区域に対応する部分へ、水性アクリル系ラテックス材料と、当該ラテックス材料とは別体の1つ又はそれ以上のアクリル系樹脂と、1つ又はそれ以上の融合助剤と、を含んでいる下地塗装を塗布するステップと、
少なくともテキスタイル材料の下地塗装を含んでいる部分の上へ、1つ又はそれ以上のデジタルインクで、インクジェット捺染機を使用して、インク画像を捺染するステップと、
インク画像をテキスタイル材料の上に硬化させ、それにより印捺されたテキスタイル物品を形成するステップと、
を含んでいる。
約30重量%から約70重量%の間の水性アクリル系ラテックス材料と、
約2.5重量%から約20重量%の間の1つ又はそれ以上のアクリル系樹脂分散体と、
約5重量%から約20重量%の間の1つ又はそれ以上の融合助剤と、
約0重量%から約40重量%の間の顔料分散体と、
を含んでいる。

Claims (25)
- 織られたテキスタイル材料上にインク画像を捺染する方法であって、
少なくとも前記織られたテキスタイル材料の前記画像を印捺しようとする区域に対応する部分へ、水性アクリル系ラテックス材料と、前記ラテックス材料とは別体の1つ又はそれ以上のアクリル系樹脂と、1つ又はそれ以上の融合助剤と、を備えている下地塗装を塗布するステップと、
少なくとも前記テキスタイル材料の前記下地塗装を含んでいる部分の上へ、1つ又はそれ以上のデジタルインクで、インクジェット捺染機を使用して、前記画像を捺染するステップと、
前記画像を前記テキスタイル材料の上に硬化させ、それにより印捺されたテキスタイル物品を形成するステップと、
を備えている方法。 - 前記下地塗装はインクジェット捺染ヘッドを使用して塗布される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は、当該下地塗装の微細液滴の噴霧を生成するように構成されている1つ又はそれ以上のノズルを使用して前記テキスタイル材料へ塗布される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は、粘度制御剤、顔料、及び結着剤、のうちの少なくとも1つを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装を塗布する前記ステップと前記捺染するステップは、前記下地塗工の乾燥を生じさせるための120°F(48.8889℃)を超える温度に前記テキスタイル材料を曝すという介在ステップ無しに連続して起こる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記画像を前記テキスタイル材料の上に硬化させる前記ステップは、前記テキスタイル材料を150°F(65.5556℃)を超える温度で作動している乾燥装置に通して少なくとも30秒の期間に亘って導くステップを備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記織られたテキスタイル材料は衣料品である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記下地塗装が前記織られたテキスタイル材料へ塗布される下地塗装ステーション及び前記画像が前記テキスタイル材料上へ捺染される捺染ステーションを通過してゆくコンベヤを備えるインライン捺染装置を使用して遂行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記織られたテキスタイル材料の前記1つ又はそれ以上のデジタルインクを受け入れない何れか区域へは前記下地塗工も塗布されない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記織られたテキスタイル材料は合成樹脂材料を備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記合成樹脂材料は、ポリエステル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ナイロン、及びそれらの配合物、から成る群より選択されている、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は1つ又はそれ以上のアジリジン化合物を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は、前記水性アクリル系ラテックス材料を含む第1の部と、前記1つ又はそれ以上のアジリジン化合物を含む第2の部と、を備えている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は酵素を備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は、
約30重量%から約70重量%の間の水性アクリル系ラテックス材料と、
約2.5重量%から約20重量%の間の1つ又はそれ以上のアクリル系樹脂分散体と、
約5重量%から約20重量%の間の1つ又はそれ以上の融合助剤と、
約0重量%から約40重量%の間の顔料分散体と、
を備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記下地塗装は約15重量%から約75重量%の間の総水分を有している、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は約0.01重量%から約5重量%の間の結着剤を更に備えており、前記結着剤はトリエタノールアミンを備えている、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は、インクジェット可能であり、約8cpから約60cpの間の粘度を有している、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記融合助剤はポリエチレングリコールを備えている、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は、前記画像を形成するステップのインクとして使用するために調合されていない、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は、その上に1つ又はそれ以上のデジタルインクを受けるステップに先立つ乾燥ステップを要しない、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は、1つ又はそれ以上のアジリジン化合物を更に備えている、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記下地塗装は、前記水性アクリル系ラテックス材料を含む第1の部と、前記1つ又はそれ以上のアジリジン化合物を含む第2の部と、を備えている、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 請求項1の前記方法によって形成された捺染物品。
- 前記織られたテキスタイル材料から形成された衣料品を備えている、請求項24に記載の捺染物品。
