〔関連出願との相互参照〕
本出願は、２０１４年８月２０日に出願された「仮想待ち行列システム及び方法（Ｖｉｒｔｕａｌ Ｑｕｅｕｉｎｇ Ｓｙｓｔｅｍ ａｎｄ Ｍｅｔｈｏｄ）」という名称の米国仮特許出願第６２／０３９，６０９号の利益を主張するものであり、この仮特許出願の開示は、全ての目的で引用により本明細書に組み入れられる。
本開示は、一般に遊園地の分野に関する。具体的には、本開示の実施形態は、アトラクションの行列待ちを含む遊園地体験を管理するために利用する方法及び設備に関する。
遊園地は、２０世紀の初頭からその人気が大幅に高まってきた。この需要の高まりに対処するために、遊園地は、アトラクション及び空間を増やすことによって拡大し続けてきた。一般に、アトラクション（例えば、乗り物、レストラン、ショップ及びショー）の追加は、さらに多くのゲストに対応する追加の収容能力を遊園地にもたらす。一方で、アトラクションの追加は、潜在的なゲストに遊園地を訪れたいという動機ももたらす。このように、特定の遊園地には追加の収容能力が加わるが、一方で収容能力が加わっても、必ずしも常にゲストが遊園地の娯楽（例えば、ショッピング、ショーの観覧、乗り物の乗車）に参加できるようになったり、或いはアトラクションの待ち時間が減ったりするとは限らない。この理由は、多くの場合、これに伴って入場者数が増えるからである。さらに、入場者数が少ない時間中は、しばしば運転効率を理由にアトラクションの稼働率を制限することが望ましい。従って、遊園地活動への参加を制限してしまうこともあるアトラクションの行列待ちは、遊園地にとって永遠の課題である。
ゲストは、より大型の優れた巧妙なアトラクションを求めるようになったと同時に、全体的な体験が楽しいものであることを求め、これを期待する。遊園地ゲストの全体的な体験を楽しいものにするには、アトラクションの行列待ちに関するいくつかの問題に対処することが必要である。実際に、現在では、行列の待ち時間に伴う楽しくない体験により、遊園地のゲストが再び特定の遊園地を訪れることを思いとどまる場合もあることが認識されている。さらに、待ち行列に並ぶ時間が長すぎることにより、ゲストが遊園地の商売（例えば、ショップ）を利用できないこともある。これまで実際に、ゲストは、遊園地の人気の高いいくつかのアトラクションを体験するために列を成して何時間も待たなければならなかった。また、現在では、個々のゲストが他のアトラクションよりも特定のアトラクションを優先することにより、遊園地の収容能力と、その収容能力のゲスト利用率とが常に等しいわけではないことも認識されている。従って、現在では、改善された遊園地行列待ちシステム及び方法が望ましいと認識されている。

方法１０のブロック１４に大まかに示すように、ゲストは、入場路１２６を通って遊園地又は遊園地エリア内に入場し、入場を許可される。具体的には、図１に示すように、入場路１２６は、入場路１２６を開こうとした時に入場路１２６の往来を妨げることができる物理的回転ゲート又は同様の物理的通過カウント機構又は制御機構を排除することができる。すなわち、営業中、入場路１２６を回転ゲート無しにすることができる。ゲスト１２０は、自身の入場証明書又は識別コード又は番号を既にアクティブウェアラブル（「ＡＷ」）１１０に転送している場合、基本的に遊園地又は遊園地エリアに直接入場することができる。例えば、正しく作動しているＡＷ１１０を有するゲスト１２０は、立ち止まらずに歩いて入場路１２６を通過することができる。ゲスト１２０が所持又は装着したＡＷ１１０に関連する証明書が検出され、遊園地従業員（例えば、セキュリティサービス会社）がモニタすることができるゲートモニタリング施設１２８に提供される。例えば、この入場は、入場路１２６を通過中のゲスト１２０の写真（例えば、ゲストの顔写真）を提供することを含むことができる。従って、入場特権の確認に写真を使用することができる。他の実施形態では、指紋又はその他の識別特徴（例えば、顔認識）などの他の特徴を使用することもできる。なお、本開示のいくつかの実施形態をＡＷ１１０に関連して示しているが、開示する技術は、ポケット内搬送装置、携帯装置又はモバイル装置などの、ゲスト情報を無線で通信するように構成されたゲスト関連装置を用いて実装することもできると理解されたい。特定の実施形態では、ゲスト関連装置が防水性である。
また、方法１０のブロック１４によって大まかに示すように、ゲスト１２０は、ＡＷ１１０を携帯していない場合、又はＡＷ１１０が正しく作動していない場合には、チケット媒体１３２をスキャナ１３４に挿入することにより、複数のゲートモニタリングシステムのうちのいずれかを含むことができるゲートモニタリング施設１２８に情報を転送することを促して、ゲスト１２０が遊園地又は遊園地エリアへの入場を許可されている旨を遊園地従業員に通知することができる。この方法で許可が認められた場合、ゲストにＡＷ１１０を配布して、ゲストの顔写真を自動的に撮影することができる。例えば、入場路１２６の近傍に配置されたカメラ１３６によって自動的に写真を撮影することができる。また、同じカメラ１３６をモニタリング目的で使用することもできる。他の実施形態では、ＡＷ１１０を身に付けているゲスト１２０の写真を異なる場所で撮影することもできる。さらに、いくつかの実施形態では、ゲスト１２０が、（図２に示す実施形態のように）入場路１２６を通過した後にＡＷ１１０を取得することも、又は入場路１２６を通過する前にＡＷ１１０を取得することもできる。
方法１０のブロック１６によって大まかに示すように、ゲストは、遊園地又は遊園地エリア全体を通じて多くの位置に設けられたディスプレイを見ることによって待ち時間を確認することができる。ディスプレイ１０８は、一部又は全部のアトラクションの入口において特定のアトラクションの待ち時間を示す。例えば、ウォータースライド１４２は、このアトラクションの待ち時間を明確に示すディスプレイ１４４を含む。各ディスプレイの情報は、ＡＷ１１０を追跡することによって取得される情報、又はモニタリングセンサ１０４を用いて遊園地エリア（例えば、乗り物の出口及び入口）を別様にモニタすることによって取得される情報に基づいて提供することができる。さらに、一部又は全部のアトラクションの出口に、全てのアトラクション（例えば、遊園地又は遊園地エリア内の全てのアトラクション）の待ち時間を示すディスプレイを設けることもできる。例えば、ウォータースライド１４２の出口エリアは、周囲の全てのアトラクション（例えば、乗り物１４８）の待ち時間を示すことができるディスプレイ１４６を含む。ディスプレイ１４６は、レストラン１５０の待ち時間などの、非乗り物アトラクションの待ち時間を示すこともできる。ディスプレイ１４６は、特定の遊園地エリア１５２（例えば、遊園地の「村」）内のアトラクションの待ち時間を表示するように限定することもできる。また、各遊園地エリア１５２内では、１又は２以上の待ち時間ボード１５４（例えば、中央に位置するディスプレイ１０８）によって全ての遊園地アトラクション又は遊園地エリア１５２内のアトラクションの待ち時間を示すこともできる。さらに、ゲスト１２０が自分の携帯装置（例えば、携帯電話機）をロッカー１６０に入れる前に、モバイル装置を介してモバイルアプリケーションを用いて待ち時間を確認することもできる。
ブロック１８は、仮想待ち行列内の位置を入力又は確立することを大まかに示す。１つの実施形態では、ゲスト１２０が、アトラクションの入口まで歩き、入口ポータルを歩いて通過することによって待ち行列に参加する。例えば、ゲスト１２０は、ウォータースライド１４２まで歩き、ウォータースライドの入口ポータル１６６を歩いて通過することができる。ゲスト１２０がポータル１６６を歩いて通過すると、ゲストのＡＷ１１０が、（音、振動、照明を介して）ゲストに仮想待ち行列に加わったことを知らせる。これは、入口ポータル１６６のモニタリングセンサ１０４を用いてＡＷ１１０を検出することによって、並びに以下でさらに説明するＡＷ１１０の特徴を通じて行うことができる。別の実施形態では、ゲスト１２０が、アトラクションの名称及び現在の待ち時間を示すことができる待ち行列入力ポスト１６８まで歩き、ポスト１６８にＡＷ１１０を関与させることによって仮想待ち行列に参加することができる。この関与は、ＡＷ１１０をポスト１６８に対してタップし、又はポスト１６８の近くに位置付けることを含むことができる。ポスト１６８は、各アトラクションの出口又は入口、及び各遊園地エリア１５２又は村内の中央位置に配置することができる。１つの実施形態では、ポスト１６８に関与すると、関連するアトラクションの仮想待ち行列に自動的にゲスト１２０が参加するように、個々のポスト１６８を１つのアトラクションのみに関連付けることができ、例えば、ゲストは、ポスト１６８において異なるアトラクションから選択を行うことなく仮想待ち行列に参加し、ポストにタップ又は関与することは、関連するアトラクションを選択するための選択ステップである。
ゲストが待ち行列参加ポスト１６８に関与すると、ゲストのＡＷ１１０が、（例えば、音、振動、照明を介して）ゲストに仮想待ち行列に加わった旨を通知する。例えば、ＡＷ１１０は、ＡＷ１１０上に表示された情報を変更する信号を受け取ることができる。さらに、これに加えて、又はこれとは別に、ポスト１６８は、待ち行列への追加が上手くいった旨を通知することもできる。この通知は、中央仮想待ち行列制御システムによって生成され、及び／又はＡＷ１１０に通信される。別の実施形態では、この通知が、待ち行列参加ポスト１６８によって生成及び／又は通信される。さらに別の実施形態では、ゲスト１２０が、待ち行列キオスク１７２（例えば、遊園地又は遊園地エリア内の全ての仮想行列待ちアトラクションの名称及び待ち時間を表示する単一の装置）まで歩くことによって仮想待ち行列に参加することができる。待ち行列キオスク１７２は、各アトラクションの入口又は出口、及び各遊園地エリア１５２内の中心位置に配置することができる。ゲスト１２０は、自分が参加したいと望む待ち行列を選択し、自分のＡＷ１１０をキオスクに関与させる（例えば、タップする）。ゲスト１２０が待ち行列キオスク１７２に関与すると、ゲストのＡＷ１１０が、（例えば、音、振動、照明を介して）ゲスト１２０に仮想待ち行列に加わった旨を通知する。例えば、ＡＷ１１０は、ＡＷ１１０上に表示された情報を変更する信号を受け取ることができる。さらに、これに加えて、又はこれとは別に、キオスク１７２は、待ち行列への追加が上手くいった旨を通知することもできる。
別の実施形態では、ゲスト１２０が、特定のアトラクションのエリアまで物理的に進み、そのアトラクションの指定待ち行列参加ポスト１６８に関与して待ち行列に入らなければならない。すなわち、仮想待ち行列参加は、アトラクションと同じ場所に物理的に配置された指定待ち行列参加ポスト（又は複数のポスト）１６８のみを介して仲介される。このようにして、ゲストは、乗り物の仮想待ち行列に入る前に個々の乗り物１４８を確認し、その乗り物が面白そうかどうかを判断するように促される。中央待ち行列コントローラは、ポスト１６８又はキオスク１７２から通信を受け取り、ゲストを適切な仮想待ち行列に追加する。この追加は、タイムスタンプ又はカウンタに基づくことができる。例えば、複数のタップインポスト１６８を有するアトラクションでは、タップインイベントの個々のタイムスタンプに基づいて先入れ方式でゲストを追加することができる。
上述した各実施形態では、ゲストのＡＷ１１０が、推定帰還時刻を表示することができる。例えば、ＡＷ１１０のディスプレイは、ゲストが乗り込みグループ１２２に参加するために戻るべき時刻（例えば、午後５時２分）を示すことができる。この時刻は、（例えば、現在の乗り物収容能力、他のゲストが待ち行列から離れたこと、至急のゲスト（例えば、物理及び／又は仮想待ち行列の前方に自動的にジャンプする証明書）又は重要人物（ＶＩＰ）証明書が待ち行列に入ったこと、悪天候、及び／又は稼働停止時間などの）運転要因に依存して動的に変化することもある。いくつかの実施形態では、ゲスト１２０が、一旦仮想待ち行列（又は何らかの制限数の仮想待ち行列）に参加すると、乗り物に乗り込むことによって、又は異なる仮想待ち行列に参加することによって現在の仮想待ち行列から離れるまで他のいずれの仮想待ち行列にも参加することができなくなる。例えば、１つの実施形態では、乗り物又はアトラクションのポスト１６８に関与すると、それまでに存在するあらゆる仮想待ち行列内の位置が無効になる。このようにして、ゲスト１２０は、遊園地を横断してさらに面白い又は待ち時間の短い乗り物に気付いた時点で単純にＡＷ１１０をスワイプして新たな仮想待ち行列に参加することができ、１回の動作で以前の仮想待ち行列から自動的に除去されることにより、待ち行列装置との関与を最小限に抑えて遊園地体験を楽しむことができるようになる。
さらに、複数の仮想待ち行列に参加することができる場合には、利用可能な仮想待ち行列同士の待ち時間の差分を、移動時間などの変数を考慮して両方の仮想待ち行列に参加するのに十分な時間に設定することができる。システムは、得意客の一日及び移動時間を最適化するように複数の仮想待ち行列の間隔を人為的に空けることもできる。１つの実施形態では、さらなる待ち行列に参加できないことを除き、待ち行列に参加したアトラクションに到着できなかったことに対するペナルティがない場合、システムは、接近時間を認めることもできるが、一定の予測されるすっぽかしの割合を考慮することもできる。別の実施形態では、現在のアトラクションの待ち時間が１０分を超えている場合にのみ仮想行列待ちシステムを有効にすることができる。別の実施形態では、ゲスト１２０が、同時に２つの仮想待ち行列に参加することもできるが、収容能力の低い乗り物として指定されている乗り物に関連する時には、１つの仮想待ち行列にしか参加することができない。例えば、遊園地乗り物の中には比較的収容能力が低いものもあり、従って所与の時間内に多くのゲストを動かすことができる収容能力の高い乗り物よりも長い仮想待ち行列が形成されることがある。いくつかの実施形態では、本明細書に示す仮想待ち行列システムが、収容能力の低い乗り物の仮想待ち行列の長さを制御するために、ゲスト１２０が２つの収容能力の低い乗り物の仮想待ち行列に同時に参加するのを防ぐことができる。例えば、既にゲスト１２０が収容能力の低い待ち行列に入っている時に第２の収容能力の低い乗り物の指定ポスト１６８に関与すると、ポスト１６８のディスプレイ上に、「恐竜アドベンチャーの列にお並びのお客様は火山ラッシュの列に参加することができません。恐竜アドベンチャーの列から出て火山ラッシュの列に加わりますか？」などの警告メッセージを表示することができる。ポスト１６８は、「はい」又は「いいえ」のゲスト選択を受け取ることができる。ゲスト１２０が「いいえ」を選択した場合、第２の収容能力の低い乗り物のポスト１６８との関与が終了する。ゲスト１２０が「はい」を選択した場合、ゲスト１２０は、第２の収容能力の低い乗り物の仮想待ち行列に追加され、第１の収容能力の低い乗り物の仮想待ち行列から自動的に削除される。
方法１０のブロック２０によって大まかに示すように、本実施形態は、仮想待ち行列におけるモニタリング又は待機を容易にする。ゲスト１２０は、即時収容アトラクション（例えば、波プール、スイミングプール、スプラッシュパッド、レイジーリバー、待ち時間なしの乗り物）を体験し、飲食又は商品区域を訪問し、又は単純にリラックスする（例えば、ラウンジチェアで休憩する）ことによって仮想待ち行列内で待機することができる。仮想待ち行列のアトラクション待ち時間に変更があった場合には、通信システム１０６を介してこの情報をＡＷ１１０に提供することにより、装着しているゲスト１２０に通知して最新の待ち時間を表示することができる。ゲスト１２０は、現在の仮想待ち行列から離れて別の仮想待ち行列に参加したいと望む場合、上記の様々な実施形態の説明で示したように新たな仮想待ち行列に加わることによってこれを行うことができる。ゲストは、仮想待ち行列内で待機したまま遊園地（又は、場合によっては遊園地エリア）から離れた場合、現在並んでいるあらゆる仮想待ち行列から自動的に削除される。本実施形態は、仮想待ち行列内で待っている間に遊園地内に地理的制限を設けず、ゲスト１２０は、遊園地内のあらゆる場所に自由に行ってあらゆることを行うことができる。
方法１０のブロック２２によって大まかに示すように、本実施形態は、アトラクション体験の開始及び参加を促す。いくつかの実施形態では、仮想行列待ちシステム１００が、ゲストの乗車時間の前にゲスト１２０に通知する。システム１００は、事前通知時間を決定するために、アトラクションの現在の待ち時間、アトラクションからゲスト１２０までの現在の距離、ゲストの現在の活動、及びこれまでの仮想待ち行列から判断されるゲストの到着速度履歴といった複数の係数を利用して収容能力を最適化することができる。ゲスト１２０は、通知を受けると、アトラクションの入口に移動し、制限された待機グループ１２２を収容する乗り込みプラットフォームまで歩く。これらの係数又は変数は、少なくとも１つのプロセッサ３０４と少なくとも１つのメモリ３０６とを含むコンピュータシステム１０２（例えば、コンピュータ３０２のネットワーク）により、モニタリングセンサ１０４との通信を介してモニタされる。アトラクションの処理量が不足しないように、各アトラクションの乗り込みプラットフォームの前には、（１０分未満の）小待機グループ１２２が形成される。ゲストは、乗り込みプラットフォームに到達して乗り物に乗り込むと、現在の仮想待ち行列から削除される。ゲスト１２０は、アトラクションの体験後、上述したように別の仮想待ち行列（例えば、アトラクションの出口経路内に配置されたポスト、キオスク又は同様のもの）に加わることができる。
方法１００のブロック２４によって大まかに示すように、本実施形態は、遊園地管理に関する追加データの通信及び管理を容易にする。例えば、ＡＷ１１０は、待ち行列へのアクセスを容易にすること以外の機能を実行することもできる。具体的に言えば、ＡＷ１１０は、キャッシュレス購入及び管理区域へのアクセス検証に使用される識別装置として動作することができる。いくつかの実施形態では、各アトラクションにおいて、ＡＷ１１０によってゲストの写真が自動的に撮影される。ゲスト１２０は、インターネットポータル（例えば、ウェブサイト、アプリ、キオスク）を介してこのような写真を購入することができる。さらに、仮想行列待ちシステム１００は、データ分析のための情報を自動的にログ記録することができる。この情報は、（訪れた回数及び順序を含む）体験したアトラクション、各アトラクションの待ち時間、ゲストが通知を受けてからアトラクションに戻るまでにかかった時間、遊園地への入場時刻、遊園地からの退出時刻、キャッシュレスシステムを通じて使った金額を含むことができる。

図４は、テーマパークにおける待ち行列を管理するように実装することができる仮想待ち行列システム５００のブロック図である。システム５００は、１又は２以上の仮想行列待ちステーション５３０と通信する仮想待ち行列制御システム５０２を含む。仮想行列待ちステーション５３０は、ポータル又はポスト（例えば、ポータル１６６又はポスト１６８、図２を参照）、或いはキオスクなどとして実装することができる。各遊園地乗り物又はアトラクションは、ゲストからの待ち行列入力を受け取る１又は２以上の専用の仮想行列待ちステーション５３０に関連することができる。すなわち、いくつかの実施形態では、各仮想行列待ちステーション５３０が、１つのみのアトラクションの仮想待ち行列への参加を容易にすることができる。仮想待ち行列制御システム５０２及び個々の仮想行列待ちステーション５３０の一方又は両方は、アンテナ、無線トランシーバ回路、並びに信号処理ハードウェア及び／又はソフトウェア（例えば、ハードウェア又はソフトウェアフィルタ、Ａ／Ｄコンバータ、マルチプレクサ増幅器）、又はこれらの組み合わせなどの通信回路（例えば、通信回路５０４又は５０６）を含むことができ、ＩＲ無線通信、衛星通信、放送無線、マイクロ波無線、Ｂｌｕｅｔｏｏｔｈ（登録商標）、Ｚｉｇｂｅｅ、Ｗｉｆｉ、ＵＨＦ、ＮＦＣなどを介した有線又は無線通信経路を介して通信するように構成することができる。このような通信は、無線タワーなどの中間通信装置を含むこともできる。１つの実施形態では、仮想行列待ちステーション５３０と仮想待ち行列制御システム５０２との間の通信が有線である。
また、仮想待ち行列制御システム５０２及び個々の仮想行列待ちステーション５３０の一方又は両方は、本明細書で説明した方法及び制御動作を実行するためにプロセッサ（例えば、プロセッサ５１２又は５１４）が実行できる命令を記憶する記憶装置（例えば、記憶装置５０８又は５１０）を含むこともできる。例えば、プロセッサ５１２は、仮想行列待ちステーション５３０からの入力、並びに乗り物へのゲスト入場及び遊園地からのゲスト退出に関するデータに基づいて、動的仮想待ち行列管理のための命令を実行することができる。動的待ち行列管理へのさらなる入力は、遊園地内におけるゲストの位置を含むことができる。例えば、アトラクションに戻るためのリマインダは、ゲストのアクティブウェアラブルからの無線信号又は全地球測位システム（ＧＰＳ）情報を介して、又はゲストが仮想行列待ちステーション又は他のタップイン装置と最後にタップインした位置によって特定される、アトラクションに対するゲストの位置に少なくとも部分的に基づくことができる。システム５００は、遊園地を訪問中のゲストの位置を記憶して、遊園地内におけるゲスト位置のアクセス可能ログを作成し、ゲストの現在及び将来の位置を予測する際に使用することができる。ゲストがアトラクションに対して第１の距離内又は第１のゾーン内に存在すると推定される場合、アトラクションまでの移動時間が短いことを考慮した第１の時間（例えば、「火山ラッシュまで２０分」）内に戻るように帰還リマインダ又はメッセージが送信される。これとは別に、ゲストがさらに遠い第２のゾーン又はさらに遠い第２の推定距離に存在する場合、帰還リマインダ又はメッセージは、アトラクションまでの徒歩時間が長いことを考慮した早めの帰還時間（例えば、「火山ラッシュまで５分」）を提供することにより、移動時間が長いことを考慮する。このようにして、仮想待ち行列内の位置は類似するが遊園地内の位置が異なるゲストが、同じ概算時間ウィンドウ内にアトラクションに戻ってくると推定される。
プロセッサは、１又は２以上の処理装置を含むことができ、メモリは、１又は２以上の有形の非一時的機械可読媒体を含むことができる。一例として、このような機械可読媒体は、所望のプログラムコードを機械実行可能命令又はデータ構造の形で保持又は記憶するために使用できるとともに、プロセッサ又は他のプロセッサベースの装置（例えば、モバイル装置）がアクセスできる、ＲＡＭ、ＲＯＭ、ＥＰＲＯＭ、ＥＥＰＲＯＭ、若しくは光ディスクストレージ、磁気ディスクストレージ又はその他の磁気記憶装置、或いは他のいずれかの媒体を含むことができる。例えば、仮想待ち行列制御システム５０２又は個々の仮想行列待ちステーション５３０は、コンピュータベースのワークステーション又はモバイル装置などのオペレータインターフェイス５２０によるアクセスを受けることができ、及び／又は入力／出力インターフェイス５１０及びディスプレイ（例えば、ディスプレイ５３２）を含むことができる。

いくつかの実施形態では、仮想待ち行列システム５００が、個々のゲストが１日に最低数の乗り物又は体験を体験できるように、全体的なゲスト体験を管理することができる。例えば、仮想待ち行列システム５００は、様々なアトラクションの仮想待ち行列の負荷に基づいて、１日の始めに所定数の待ち行列への参加を可能にすることができる。或いは、仮想待ち行列システム５００は、中央キオスク（例えば、待ち行列キオスク１７２、図２を参照）において各ゲストに乗り物の選択肢を動的に提示することもできる。すなわち、いくつかの実施形態では、仮想待ち行列制御システムが、単一の装置において１回のやりとりで異なるアトラクションの複数の待ち行列の選択及び仮想待ち行列への参加を可能にする中央待ち行列キオスクを伴わずに実装され、他の実施形態では、１又は２以上の中央キオスクが、一度に複数の仮想待ち行列への参加を仲介することができる。

  1. 仮想待ち行列システムであって、
    テーマパーク内の個々のアトラクションに関連する少なくとも１つの仮想行列待ちステーションと、
    ゲスト装置に関連するゲストの識別情報を含む無線信号をゲスト関連装置から受け取るように構成された、前記少なくとも１つの仮想行列待ちステーションのトランシーバと、
    前記少なくとも１つの仮想行列待ちステーション及び前記アクティブウェアラブルと通信する仮想待ち行列制御システムと、

  3. 前記仮想待ち行列制御システムは、前記少なくとも１つの仮想行列待ちステーションからの前記通信に基づいて、前記装着者を前記個々のアトラクションの前記仮想待ち行列のみに追加することができる、

  4. 前記個々のアトラクションは、物理的待ち行列を有していない、
    請求項１に記載の仮想待ち行列システム。
  5. 前記個々のアトラクションは、物理的待機待ち行列を有する、

  6. 前記通信は、タイムスタンプ又はカウンタを含み、前記装着者は、前記タイムスタンプ又は前記カウンタに少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記仮想待ち行列に追加される、
    請求項１に記載の仮想待ち行列システム。
  7. 前記ゲストは、前記仮想待ち行列の付番位置に追加される、
    請求項１に記載の仮想待ち行列システム。
  8. 前記装着者が前記個々のアトラクションに入場した時に前記ゲスト装置から乗り物入場信号を受け取るように構成された、前記個々のアトラクションに関連する乗り物入場ステーションを備える、

  9. 前記乗り物入場ステーションは、前記乗り物入場信号を前記仮想待ち行列制御システムに通信するように構成される、

  11. 前記個々のアトラクションに関連する乗り物入場ステーションを備え、該乗り物入場ステーションは、前記仮想待ち行列内の第１の位置のゲストが不在の時に、第２の位置のゲストが前記個々のアトラクションに入場するのを許可するように構成される、

  12. 前記少なくとも１つの仮想行列待ちステーションのディスプレイを備え、該ディスプレイは、前記確認メッセージを表示するように構成される、

  13. 前記仮想待ち行列制御システムは、前記仮想待ち行列における位置の変更に基づいて、前記ゲスト装置に１又は２以上の待ち行列状態メッセージを提供するように構成される、

  14. 前記仮想待ち行列制御システムは、前記仮想待ち行列における位置に基づいて、前記ゲスト装置に前記個々のアトラクションに戻るためのメッセージを提供するように構成される、

  15. 前記仮想待ち行列制御システムは、前記仮想待ち行列における位置と、前記テーマパーク内における前記ゲスト装置の位置とに基づいて、前記ゲストに前記個々のアトラクションに戻るためのメッセージを提供するように構成される、

  16. 前記仮想待ち行列制御システムは、前記アクティブウェアラブルからの１又は２以上の無線周波数信号、又はＧＰＳ情報に基づいて、前記テーマパーク内における前記ゲスト装置の位置を推定するように構成される、
    請求項１に記載の仮想待ち行列システム。
  17. 前記仮想待ち行列制御システムは、前記少なくとも１つの仮想行列待ちステーション及び前記テーマパーク内のさらなるステーションとの前記ゲスト装置のやりとりをログ記録するように構成される、
    請求項１に記載の仮想待ち行列システム。
  18. 仮想待ち行列システムであって、
    テーマパーク内のそれぞれのアトラクションに関連する複数の仮想行列待ちステーションと、
    前記それぞれのアトラクションのそれぞれの仮想待ち行列を維持するように構成された、前記複数の仮想行列待ちステーションと通信する仮想待ち行列制御システムと、
    を備え、前記仮想待ち行列制御システムは、前記複数の仮想行列待ちステーションからの通信を受け取り、該通信に基づいて前記それぞれの仮想待ち行列にゲストを追加するように構成される、
    ことを特徴とする仮想待ち行列システム。
  19. 個々の仮想行列待ちステーションからの前記通信は、１つの仮想待ち行列のみにゲストを追加するために使用される、
    請求項１に記載の仮想待ち行列システム。
  20. 前記通信は、前記ゲストのアクティブウェアラブルからの信号に基づく、
    請求項１８に記載の仮想待ち行列システム。
  21. 前記仮想待ち行列制御システムは、個々のゲストをたった２つの仮想待ち行列内にしか配置できないように構成される、
    請求項１８に記載の仮想待ち行列システム。
  22. 前記仮想待ち行列制御システムは、個々のゲストを３又は４以上の仮想待ち行列内に配置できるように構成される、
    請求項１８に記載の仮想待ち行列システム。
  23. 前記仮想待ち行列制御システムは、第１の仮想待ち行列又は第２の仮想待ち行列の一方のみが収容能力の低い乗り物として指定される場合、個々のゲストを前記第１の仮想待ち行列及び前記第２の仮想待ち行列内に配置できるように構成される、
    請求項１８に記載の仮想待ち行列システム。
  24. アクティブウェアラブルの通信回路を用いて、テーマパーク内の個々のアトラクションに関連する仮想行列待ちステーションに、ゲスト装置に関連するゲストの識別情報を含む無線信号を提供するステップと、
    前記通信回路を介して、前記個々のアトラクションの仮想待ち行列に追加されたことを確認する確認メッセージを受け取るステップと、
    前記通信回路を介して、前記仮想待ち行列における位置に関する状態メッセージを受け取るステップと、
    を含むことを特徴とする方法。
  25. 前記状態メッセージは、前記個々のアトラクションに戻るためのリマインダを含む、
    請求項２４に記載の方法。
  26. 前記ゲスト装置は、前記ゲストによって装着されたアクティブウェアラブルである、
