Abstract
Description
a)スイッチオン電流を、所定の動作電圧(yボルト)において第1の値(xアンペア)で供給するステップと、それに続く、
b)スイッチオン電流が、少なくとも5秒、有利には少なくとも10秒の最小時間(z秒)にわたり第1の値(xアンペア)で供給されるか否かを監視するステップ。
第1の値x:10アンペア、特に5アンペアから15アンペアの間
動作電圧y:12ボルト、24ボルト又は48ボルト、特に12ボルトから48ボルトの間
最小時間z:5秒、特に10秒から30秒の間の値
c)ステップa)以降の検査時間の経過中に、継続的に電流が供給されるか否かを検査するステップと、それに続く、
d)ステップa)の後の検査時間(a秒)の経過後に、動作電流が少なくとも1つの第2の値(少なくともbアンペア)で供給されるか否かを検査するステップ。但し、検査時間(a)>最小時間(z)
−装置の少なくとも1つのPTC発熱体の欠陥のある熱伝導性接続
−装置の少なくとも1つの熱伝導構造体の欠陥のある熱伝導性接続
−熱伝導構造体又は装置のケーシングにおける亀裂。
検査時間a:100秒から480秒の間、特に300秒;
動作電流b:4アンペアから10アンペアの間、特に6アンペア。
・(凍結した)液体添加剤の温度;
・装置の周囲温度;
・少なくとも1つのPTC発熱体の温度;
・ポンプの開始電流(即ち、ポンプのスイッチオン後にポンプによって消費される電流。この電流によって、添加剤の凝集状態を、即ち例えば液体であるか、又は凍結しているか、を推論することができる);
・タンク内の液体添加剤の最後に求められた充填状態の値の使用と、スイッチオン後の少なくとも1つのPTC素子によって供給される加熱エネルギ(ジュール)の算出と、少なくとも1つのPTC素子の連続的な動作。

Claims (8)
- 液体添加剤(3)を供給するための装置(2)内に配置されており、且つ、電気伝導体(4)を介して電圧源(5)と接続されている少なくとも1つのPTC発熱体(1)の機能検査のための方法において、
少なくとも、
a)スイッチオン電流(6)を、所定の動作電圧(8)において第1の値(7)で供給するステップと、それに続く、
b)前記スイッチオン電流(6)が、少なくとも5秒の最小時間(9)にわたり前記第1の値(7)で供給されるか否かを監視するステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする、方法。 - ステップb)の後に、前記スイッチオン電流(6)が前記最小時間(9)中に前記第1の値(7)を下回ると、前記少なくとも1つのPTC発熱体(1)の誤動作を確認する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも、ステップb)に続く付加的な以下のステップ、即ち、
c)ステップa)以降の検査時間(11)の経過中に、継続的に電流(10)が供給されるか否かを検査するステップと、それに続く、
d)ステップa)の後の検査時間(11)の経過後に、動作電流(12)が少なくとも1つの第2の値(37)で供給されるか否かを検査するステップと、を備えており、
但し、検査時間(11)>最小時間(9)である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - ステップd)の後に、前記動作電流(12)が前記第2の値を下回ると、前記少なくとも1つのPTC発熱体(1)からの熱導出に欠陥があることを識別する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- ステップd)の後に、前記動作電流(12)が前記第2の値(37)を下回ると、前記装置(2)における以下の欠陥のうちの少なくとも1つ、即ち、
−前記装置(2)の前記少なくとも1つのPTC発熱体(1)の欠陥のある熱伝導性接続、
−前記装置(2)の少なくとも1つの熱伝導構造体(24)の欠陥のある熱伝導性接続、
−熱伝導構造体(24)又は前記装置(2)のケーシング(26)における亀裂、
を識別する、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも、前記ステップb)及び前記ステップd)に関して、前記装置(2)の少なくとも1つの動作パラメータ(14)を考慮し、
前記装置(2)は、以下の動作パラメータ(14)、即ち、
・前記液体添加剤(3)の温度(34);
・前記装置(2)の周囲温度(35);
・前記少なくとも1つのPTC発熱体(1)の温度(34)
を有している、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 液体添加剤(3)を供給するための装置(2)において、
前記装置(2)は、凍結した液体添加剤(3)を前記装置(2)内で融解させるように構成されている少なくとも1つのPTC発熱体(1)を有しており、且つ、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法の実施に適している監視ユニット(15)と接続されていることを特徴とする、装置(2)。 - 内燃機関(17)と、該内燃機関(17)の排ガス(19)を浄化するための排ガス処理装置(18)と、該排ガス処理装置(18)に対して液体添加剤(3)を供給するための請求項7に記載の装置(2)と、を備えていることを特徴とする、自動車(16)。
