Abstract
Description
a) (i)水溶性多糖類、

b) b1)混合物(I)を20〜100バールの範囲の圧力で、ゲル(A)を形成するのに十分な時間、二酸化炭素に曝露する工程、および
b2)ゲル(A)を減圧する工程
を含む、ゲル(A)を製造する工程と、
c) 工程b)において取得されたゲル(A)を、水混和性溶媒(L)に曝露して、ゲル(B)を取得する工程と、
d) 工程c)において取得されたゲル(B)の乾燥工程と
を少なくとも含む方法。
a) (i)水溶性多糖類、
(ii)多糖類のための架橋剤として反応するか、または多糖類のための架橋剤を放出するのに好適な少なくとも1種の化合物、
(iii)水
を含む混合物(I)を用意する工程と、
b) b1)混合物(I)を20〜100バールの範囲の圧力で、ゲル(A)を形成するのに十分な時間、二酸化炭素に曝露する工程、および
b2)ゲル(A)を減圧する工程
を含む、ゲル(A)を製造する工程と
を少なくとも含む方法。

Claims (15)
- 多孔質材料を製造する方法であって、
a) (i)水溶性多糖類、
(ii)前記多糖類のための架橋剤として反応するか、または前記多糖類のための架橋剤を放出するのに好適な少なくとも1種の化合物、
(iii)水
を含む混合物(I)を用意する工程と、
b) b1)混合物(I)を20〜100バールの範囲の圧力で、ゲル(A)を形成するのに十分な時間、二酸化炭素に曝露する工程、および
b2)前記ゲル(A)を減圧する工程
を含む、ゲル(A)を製造する工程と、
c) 工程b)において取得された前記ゲル(A)を、水混和性溶媒(L)に曝露して、ゲル(B)を取得する工程と、
d) 工程c)において取得された前記ゲル(B)を乾燥する工程と
を少なくとも含む方法。 - 前記水溶性多糖類が、アルギネートである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)が、10〜40℃の範囲の温度で実行される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 二酸化炭素が、工程b1)における反応条件の下でガス状である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記多糖類のための架橋剤として反応するか、または前記多糖類のための架橋剤を放出するのに好適な前記化合物が、炭酸塩およびヒドロキシ炭酸塩からなる群から選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 混合物(I)が、炭酸カルシウムを化合物(ii)として含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒(L)が、エーテル、エステル、アルコール、ケトン、アルデヒド、アルキルアルカノエート、アミド、スルホキシド、有機カーボネート、脂肪族および脂環式ハロゲン化炭化水素、ハロゲン化芳香族化合物、ならびに含フッ素エーテルからなる群から選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程c)において使用される前記溶媒(L)が、C1からC6アルコールおよびC1からC6ケトン、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 水不溶性固体(S)が、混合物(I)に添加される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ゲルを形成するのに好適な化合物(C)が、工程a)において混合物(I)に添加される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程c)が、10〜100バールの範囲の圧力で実行される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程d)による前記乾燥が、前記ゲル中に含まれる液体を、前記ゲル中に含まれる液体の臨界温度および臨界圧力より低い温度および圧力の気体状態へと変換させることによって実行される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程d)による前記乾燥が、超臨界条件の下で実行される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって取得されるか、または取得可能である多孔質材料。
- 断熱材料として、美容用途、生物医学用途または医薬用途向けに、請求項14に記載の多孔質材料、または請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって取得されるか、もしくは取得可能である多孔質材料を使用する方法。
