Abstract
Description
本明細書において、用語「ラベル付け」は、「装飾フィルム」または「ラベル」とも称されるフィルムのチューブへの取り付けを示している。
− 障害なく生産速度の増加を選ぶことができる、および
− 広範な樹脂をチューブの生産に使用することができる、
といういくつかの利点をもたらす。
− 第1の非装飾フィルムを展開する工程、
− 第1のフィルムのデジタル印刷工程、
− 印刷を含むように第1のフィルム上に第2のフィルムを積層する工程、− 装飾フィルムを得る工程、
− 装飾フィルムの縁の横断ちの工程、および
− 押出成形/装飾プロセス工程
を用いて達成することができる。
− 単一層または多層のフィルムから第1の管状本体を溶接する作業、
− 前記第1の管状本体に、溶融状態の第2の管状本体を押出成形する作業、および
− 本発明による方法を用いて第2の管状本体の外面にラベルを同時に付着させる作業
を含む。
− 溶融状態の第1の管状本体を押出成形する作業、
− 本発明による方法を用いて第1の管状本体の外面にラベルを同時に付着させる作業、および
− 第2の管状本体を押出成形し、ラベルの外面に溶融状態の前記第2の管状本体を付着させる作業
が行われる。
− 膨張剤を組み込んだ樹脂から溶融状態の管状本体を押出成形すること、
− グースネック形シェーパを用いて管状本体の周りにフィルムを付着させること、
− 膨張剤を用いて管状本体を膨張させることによって、管状本体の外面をフィルムの内面に接触させること、ならびに
− 管状本体の較正および冷却
が使用される。
− 膨張剤を組み込んだ樹脂から溶融状態の円柱形本体を押出成形すること、
− グースネック形シェーパを用いて円柱形本体の周りにフィルムを付着させること、
− 膨張剤を用いて円柱形本体を膨張させることによって、円柱形本体の外面をフィルムの内面に接触させること、ならびに
− 円柱形本体の較正および冷却
が使用される。
Claims (9)
- 包装チューブ(14)を押出成形しラベル付けする方法であって、押出成形/ラベル付けラインで実行される以下の連続的な工程、すなわち
a)フィルム(12)から部分的または完全に管状のラベル(17)を形成する工程と、
b)ラベル(17)を較正要素(22)内に配置する工程と、
c)管状本体(13)をラベル(17)の凹面の側に押出成形する工程と、
d)管状本体(13)の外面をラベル(17)の凹面に接触させる工程と、
を含み、
工程(c)は、較正要素(22)内で実行される、
前記方法。 - 工程(d)は、管状本体(13)の内部と外部との間に生み出される第1の差圧(ΔP1)を用いて実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の差圧(ΔP2)がチューブ(14)の内部と外部との間に生み出されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 第2の差圧(ΔP2)は、排他的に、チューブ(14)の較正に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 押出成形/ラベル付けデバイスであって:
a)フィルム(12)から部分的または完全に管状のラベル(17)を形成するためのデバイスと、
b)管状本体(13)をラベル(17)の凹面の側に形成するための押出ノズル(27)を含む、押出機と、
c)較正要素(22)と
を含み
押出ノズル(27)は、較正要素(22)の内部に配置される、
前記デバイス。 - 管状本体(13)の内部と外部との間に第1の差圧(ΔP1)を生み出すための手段を含む、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 第1の差圧(ΔP1)は、管状本体(13)内に配置される加圧ガス供給装置を用いて生み出されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- チューブ(14)の内部と外部との間に第2の差圧(ΔP2)を生み出すための手段を含む、請求項6または7に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項による方法に従って得られる押出成形されラベルが付けられる包装チューブであって、フィルム(12)は、管状本体(13)の壁部に溶接されるまたは埋め込まれることを特徴とする、前記押出成形されラベルが付けられる包装チューブ。
