Claims (3)
- M個のCCDが一列配列されたラインセンサーと、スキャン方向に並列にN個の前記ラインセンサが配列されて、前記ラインセンサーのコラム別に蓄積された電荷を並行方向に移動させて蓄積する画素部;および
前記画素部に蓄積された前記電荷をコラム別に並列入力を受けてAD変換して保存した後順次出力する出力部を含むことを特徴とする、TDIラインイメージセンサ。 - 前記出力部は、
前記画素部に蓄積された前記電荷をコラム別に電荷保存ノードに並列入力を受けてそれぞれ増幅するためのM個の増幅器;
前記増幅器から出力される各信号をAD変換するM個のAD変換器;および
前記AD変換器の出力を保存して順次出力するメモリーバッファー;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のTDIラインイメージセンサ。 - 前記増幅器はソースフォロワ増幅器であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のTDIラインイメージセンサ。
