Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1枚の軽量パネル(2)と、該軽量パネルに関連する断熱材層(4)とを備える軽量建築要素(1)であって、前記軽量パネル(2)が、少なくとも1つの主表面(8)に互いに平行な一群の溝(9)が付されたボード(6)を有し、該ボード(6)が少なくとも1つの層(5)として配置され、接着剤により互いに結合した軽量建築要素(1)において、前記断熱材層(4)が木材チップ(19)を含み、該木材チップ(19)は、軽量パネル(2)用の溝(9)を備えるボード(6)を製造する際にボード素材から取り除かれる木材チップであることを特徴とする、軽量建築要素(1)。
- 請求項1に記載の軽量建築要素(1)において、前記少なくとも1枚の軽量パネル(2)のボード(6)に付される前記溝(9)の少なくとも一部が、前記主表面(8)から前記ボード(6)の内部に向かって拡がる溝幅を有し、これらの溝間に形成される木材ウェブ(14)が、前記ボード(6)から前記主表面(8)に向かって拡がり、前記主表面(8)に幅広のウェブ表面(15)を有することを特徴とする、軽量建築要素(1)。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の軽量建築要素(1)において、前記少なくとも1枚の軽量パネル(2)が、少なくとも2つの層(5)を備え、各層(5)が前記溝(9)を有するボード(6)により形成され、各層のボードがその側縁部(7)にて結合し、直に隣接する前記層(5)が前記ボード(6)の前記主表面(8)にて接着剤によって結合し、異なる前記層(5)に付された前記溝(9)が互いに結合し、対向するそれらの溝が互いに直角に交差することを特徴とする、軽量建築要素(1)。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の軽量建築要素(1)において、前記層(5)の少なくとも一部において、前記ボード(6)が、その主表面(8)の両面に互いに平行な一群の溝(9)を有し、好適には主表面(8)の少なくとも一面にて平行溝(9)の第2群が、溝(9)の第1群に対して直角に形成されていることを特徴とする、軽量建築要素(1)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の軽量建築要素(1)において、前記断熱材層(4)の木材チップ(19)が実質的に短冊状、平面状、波形、ロール状、ばね状又はらせん状の形状を有し、前記断熱材層(4)の木材チップ(19)の少なくとも80重量%が、2 mm〜40 mmの長さの木材チップ(19)から構成されていることを特徴とする、軽量建築要素(1)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の軽量建築要素(1)において、結合剤(20)により結合された前記木材チップ(19)が、実質的に緊密な構造を有し、前記結合剤(20)が有機結合剤及び/又は無機結合剤の少なくとも一部を構成し、好適には、前記結合剤が、タンニンを含み、前記有機結合剤がポリマー結合剤、ポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)を含み、前記無機結合剤がアルカリ多ケイ酸塩系結合剤、ケイ酸ナトリウム及び/又はケイ酸リチウムを構成するケイ酸カリウムの混合物を含むことを特徴とする、軽量建築要素(1)。
- 少なくとも1枚の軽量パネル(2)と、該軽量パネルに関連する断熱材層(4)とを備え、前記軽量パネル(2)が、少なくとも1つの主表面(8)に互いに平行な一群の溝(9)を有するボード(6)を備え、そのボードが少なくとも1つの層(5)として配置され、接着剤で互いに結合している軽量建築要素(1)の製造方法において、出発ボードから木材チップ(19)を取り除き、その木材チップ(19)の少なくとも一部を、前記断熱材層(4)を製造するために用い、軽量パネル(2)の少なくとも1つの層を形成するために溝付きボード(6)を結合させることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記断熱材層(4)を製造するために、木材チップ(19)及び結合剤(20)が充填される少なくとも1つのキャビティを、前記少なくとも1枚の軽量パネル(2)と少なくとも1枚の更なる軽量パネル(2)との間に形成し、前記木材チップ(19)及び前記結合剤(20)を、前記キャビティへの充填の間に、互いに異なる極性の電荷で帯電させることにより、可及的に完全に混合可能とすることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、少なくとも1つの圧着装置(25)により前記木材チップ(19)をキャリアベルト(26)上に層状に押し出すことで前記断熱材層(4)を製造し、ノズル配列により前記木材チップ(19)に前記結合剤(20)を塗布し、該結合剤(20)を塗布した前記木材チップ(19)を、圧力ベルト(27)により硬化路上にてキャリアベルト(26)対してプレスし、好適には、前記キャリアベルト(26)及び/又は前記圧力ベルト(27)が、前記断熱材(4)の層の一部を分離させる分離要素を有し、塗布又は結合させるために前記木材チップ(19)及び結合剤(20)を互いに逆極性の電荷で帯電させることにより可及的に完全に混合可能とすることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、実質的に重量450 kgの1 m3木材を素材とし、該素材の30〜60重量%、好適には実質的に前記木材の180 kg分で、キャビティ部が好適には30〜50%の範囲である前記軽量パネル(2)を製造し、前記キャビティ部を形成する際に除去される材料の100 kg〜270 kg分、好適には200 kg分を使用して密度が60 kg〜90 kg/m3の前記断熱材(4)を製造し、前記木材に加えて、好適には1.5 m3〜3.5 m3の断熱材を使用して前記軽量パネル(2)を製造することを特徴とする、方法。
- 少なくとも1つの主表面(8)に互いに平行な一群の溝(9)を有するボード(6)又はボードセクション(6)を備え、そのボードが少なくとも1つの層(5)として配置され、互いに結合している軽量パネル(2)において、少なくとも1枚の前記軽量パネル(2)におけるボード(6)又はボードセクションに付される溝(9)の一部が、主表面(8)からボード(6)又はボードセクションの内部に向かって拡がる溝幅を有し、これらの溝間に形成される木材ウェブ(14)が、ボード(6)又はボードセクションから主表面(8)に向かって拡がり、主表面(8)に幅広のウェブ表面(15)を有することを特徴とする、軽量パネル(2)。
- 請求項11に記載の軽量パネル(2)において、前記少なくとも1枚の軽量パネル(2)が、少なくとも2つの層を備え、各層(5)が溝(9)を有するボード(6)により形成され、各層のボード(6)がその側縁部(7)にて結合し、直に隣接する前記層(5)を前記ボード(6)の前記主表面(8)にて接着剤によって結合し、異なる層(5)に付された溝(9)が互いに結合し、対向する溝が互いに直角に交差することを特徴とする、軽量建築要素(1)。
- 請求項11又は請求項12に記載の軽量パネル(2)において、前記層(5)の少なくとも一部において、前記ボード(6)が、両側の主表面(8)に互いに平行な一群の溝(9)を有し、好適には、主表面(8)の少なくとも一面にて互いに平行な溝(9)の第2群が、溝(9)の第1群に対して直角に形成されていることを特徴とする、軽量パネル(2)。
- 請求項11に記載の軽量パネル(2)において、前記ボードの主表面が前記軽量パネルの外面に対して平行に延在する場合に、軽量パネルと同等の長さに切断してなる短部が、90度回転しており、1つの層内で互いに隣接するように配置され、分割した前記軽量パネルの外面の一面に相互に結合することにより短部の層が形成され、結合部の切断面が短部の層の外面を形成し、好適には、少なくとも1つの前記外面に被膜層が配置されていることを特徴とする、軽量建築要素(1)。
- 建物建築用の軽量建築要素(1)及び/又は軽量パネル(2)の使用方法において、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の軽量建築要素(1)又は請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の軽量パネル(2)を使用し、前記軽量建築要素(1)又は前記軽量パネル(2)を互いに形状密着態様で隣接させ、連結要素及び/又はクランプ要素(30, 17, 18, 30a, 35)により結合することを特徴とする、方法。
- 木材パーチクル及び結合剤(20)を備える断熱材(4)において、前記木材パーチクルが、溝(9)を備えるボード(6)を製造する際に出発ボードから取り除かれる木材チップ(19)であり、前記木材チップ(19)が、実質的に短冊状、平面状、波形、ロール状、ばね状又はらせん状の形状を有し、断熱材(4)の木材チップ(19)の少なくとも80重量%が、2 mm〜40 mmの長さを有する木材チップ(19)から構成され、結合剤(20)により結合された木材チップ(19)が、実質的に緊密な構造を有し、結合剤(20)が有機結合剤及び/又は無機結合剤の少なくとも一部を構成し、好適には、前記結合剤がタンニンを含み、前記有機結合剤がポリビニルアセテート(PVAc)等のポリマー結合剤を含み、前記無機結合剤がアルカリ多ケイ酸塩系結合剤、ケイ酸ナトリウム及び/又はケイ酸リチウムを構成するケイ酸カリウムを含むことを特徴とする、断熱材(4)。
