本发明公开了一种新型轻质复合隔墙板,包括面板和两层面板之间的芯材,所述隔墙板的两安装侧面分别设有形状相适配的榫头和槽口,设有榫头的侧面两边缘设有与榫头平行的固定槽,所述芯材上设有通槽;所述面板的原料包括工农业固体废弃物、保温填料、无机环保粘合剂、聚合物乳液和水,所述芯材的原料包括水泥、聚乙烯泡沫颗粒、无机环保粘合剂和水;本发明还公开了一种新型轻质复合隔墙板的生产工艺,包括面板和芯材的原料配制、成型、固化、脱模、切割、养护工序。本发明生产工艺简单、快捷环保,隔墙板整体性好,具有防火、隔热保温、防潮、防水性能,吊挂力强,轻质经济,隔音效果好。本发明隔墙板使用原料不含对人体有害物质,安全放心。

技术领域
本发明属于墙体材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型轻质复合隔墙板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
轻质隔墙板广泛应用于建筑内墙、外墙、屋面、围墙等,可加快建设速度,减轻劳动强度,降低工程造价,有效提高建筑使用面积。由于其生产工艺、安装操作简便易控,且成本低、使用寿命长、轻质隔音、保温效果好,因此具有广阔的市场前景。目前使用的轻质隔墙板强度低,防火、防水、防潮作用较差,综合性能还不能满足建筑的要求,一些轻质隔墙板还含有甲醛或石棉等有害物质,使用其将会对人体健康造成危害,此外,生产工艺复杂不易掌握且工艺稳定性差,投入资金大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型轻质复合隔墙板及其生产工艺,绿色环保,可解决上述背景技术中现有轻质隔墙板强度低,防火、防水、防潮作用较差,综合性能还不能满足建筑的要求,一些轻质隔墙板还含有甲醛或石棉等有害物质,使用其将会对人体健康造成危害,此外,其生产工艺复杂不易掌握且工艺稳定性差,投入资金大的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种新型轻质复合隔墙板,包括面板和两层面板之间的芯材,所述隔墙板的两安装侧面分别设有形状相适配的榫头和槽口,设有榫头的侧面两边缘设有与榫头平行的固定槽,所述芯材上设有通槽;所述面板的原料包括工农业固体废弃物、保温填料、无机环保粘合剂、聚合物乳液和水,所述芯材的原料包括水泥、聚乙烯泡沫颗粒、无机环保粘合剂和水。
优选地,所述工农业固体废弃物为粉煤灰、煤矸石、石英砂、尾矿砂、稻糠、麦秆、棉秆、锯末中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述通槽为单排或双排,通槽的槽口形状为圆形、椭圆形或方形。
优选地,所述面板中原料的重量百分比为:
工农业固体废弃物:20-30%;
保温填料:0.2-0.6%;

一种新型轻质复合隔墙板的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将面板的原料配制后均匀布置于隔墙板的成型模具上形成面板层,所述面板层的厚度为4-11cm;
步骤二,将芯材的原料配制后均匀布置在所述面板层上形成芯材层;所述芯材层的厚度为100-200cm;
步骤三,另取配制好的面板的原料均匀布置所述芯材层上形成面板层,所述面板层的厚度与所述步骤一种面板层的厚度相同;
步骤四,进行成型、固化、脱模、切割、养护工序后获得成品。
优选地,所述面板层的厚度与芯材层的厚度比为1:(15~20)。
相比于现有技术的缺点和不足,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明环保,防火,整体性好,隔热保温,吊挂力强,轻质经济,防潮防水性好,隔音效果好,本发明生产工艺简单、快捷。本发明轻质复合隔墙板使用原料100%不含对人体有害物质,在1000摄氏度的高温下的耐火极限超过4小时,而且不散发有毒气体,结构紧密,不变形,墙面不易松散,抗震性好;隔墙板能在不做任何防水饰面的情况下,用水泥粘结成池体装满水,墙体背面能保持干燥,不留痕迹,在潮湿天气里也不会出现冷凝水珠,由于隔墙板的面板是专业的防水板,有良好的防水,防潮性能;施工时运输简洁、堆放卫生,无需沙浆批荡,大大缩短了工期,而且材料损耗率低,减少了建筑垃圾。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种新型轻质复合隔墙板,包括面板1和两层面板1之间的芯材2,隔墙板的两安装侧面分别设有形状相适配的榫头5和槽口6,设有榫头6的侧面两边缘设有与榫头6平行的固定槽4,芯材2上设有通槽7,为进一步减轻隔墙板的重量,同时增强保温和隔音性能,通槽设计为单排或双排,通槽的槽口形状为圆形、椭圆形或方形,如图2-4所示,隔墙板的形状可根据需要设计成│形,如图1-3;┴形,如图4;也可设计成└形。
面板1的原料包括工农业固体废弃物、保温填料、无机环保粘合剂、聚合物乳液和水,工农业固体废弃物为粉煤灰、煤矸石、石英砂、尾矿砂、稻糠、麦秆、棉秆、锯末中的一种或多种,面板中原料的重量百分比为:
工农业固体废弃物:20-30%;
保温填料:0.2-0.6%;
无机环保粘合剂:40-50%;
聚合物乳液:0.2-0.4%;
水:30-35%;。
芯材的原料包括水泥、聚乙烯泡沫颗粒、无机环保粘合剂和水,各原料的重量百分比为:
水泥:65-75%;
为了增强芯材的保温、隔音效果,聚乙烯泡沫颗粒:1-5%;
无机环保粘合剂:5-10%;
水:25-35%。
芯材中聚乙烯泡沫颗粒的重量含量保持
生产新型轻质复合隔墙板时,先将面板1的原料按照相应的重量含量配制后均匀布置于隔墙板的成型模具上形成面板层;然后将芯材的原料按照相应的重量含量配制后均匀布置在上述面板层上形成芯材层;再另取配制好的面板的原料均匀布置在上述芯材层上形成面板层,最后进行成型、固化、脱模、切割、养护工序后获得成品;上下两层面板层的厚度相同且均为4-11cm,芯材层的厚度为100-200cm;面板层的厚度与芯材层的厚度比为1:(15~20)。
由上述生产工艺生产的轻质复合隔墙板用作内墙板或外墙板,内墙板厚度以90-150mm为最佳,常用的内墙板厚度为90mm、120mm、150mm;外墙板厚度以120-240mm为最佳,常用的外墙板厚度为120mm、180mm、240mm;两种隔墙板的常用宽度为600-1200mm。
由于本发明轻质复合隔墙板是装配式施工,本体三合一结构,隔墙板与隔墙板连接成整体,抗冲击性能是一般砌体的1.5倍;用钢结构方法锚固,墙体强度高,可做层高、跨度大的间隔墙体,整体抗震性能高于普通砌筑墙体多倍。施工时运输简洁、堆放卫生,无需沙浆批荡,能大大缩短工期,而且材料损耗率低,减少了建筑垃圾,施工简单快捷,降低劳动强度,加快施工进度,节约工程总造价15-30%,满足了不同客户对现代建筑室内外环境的要求。复合墙板隔墙系统结构紧密,整体性好,不变形,墙面不易松散,抗震性好。本发明隔墙板进行了防水实验,实验证明,墙体能在不做任何防水饰面的情况下,用水泥粘结成池体装满水,墙体背面能保持干燥,不留痕迹,在潮湿天气里也不会出现冷凝水珠。面板采用硅酸钙板,具有有良好的防水、防潮性能,可适用于厨房、卫生间、地下室等潮湿区域。隔墙板的水泥纤维及其内部的组成材料都具有良好的隔音效果,90mm厚的墙板隔音量达43dB,其隔音效果符合国家住宅的隔音要求,大大高于其他砌砖墙体的隔音效果。
轻质复合隔墙板可以直接打钉或上膨胀螺栓进行吊挂重物,如空调机等,单点吊挂力在45kg以上,吊挂力强;而且墙板的面板表面平整光滑不会产生粉尘,可直接粘贴瓷砖、墙纸、木饰板等材料做饰面处理。

2.如权利要求1所述的新型轻质复合隔墙板,其特征在于,所述工农业固体废弃物为粉煤灰、煤矸石、石英砂、尾矿砂、稻糠、麦秆、棉秆、锯末中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型轻质复合隔墙板,其特征在于,所述通槽为单排或双排形、椭圆形或方形。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的新型轻质复合隔墙板,其特征在于,所述面板中原料的重量百分比为:
