Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 基板の表面を作製する方法であって、作製されている表面を非水性液体に曝すことを含み、表面が、0.1ミクロン〜1000ミクロンの範囲のサイズを有する粒子状材料を含む、方法。
- 基板の層をパターン化することをさらに含み、粒子状材料が、パターン化の際に発生し、表面を曝すことが、層をパターン化した後で実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 非水性液体が、フルオロカーボン、ヒドロフルオロカーボン、または非水性界面活性剤を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 非水性液体が、1〜12個の炭素原子を有するパーフルオロアルキル基を有するフルオロカーボンを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 非水性液体が、活性含量に基づいて重量基準で1ppm〜50,000ppmの範囲のフッ化物濃度を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 表面が、シリケートガラス、非シリケートガラス、結晶、アモルファス半導体、ポリマー、コポリマー、液晶ポリマー、無機材料のフィルム、有機材料のフィルム、または有機材料と無機材料との複合体を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 表面が、エレクトロクロミックデバイス、電池、光起電デバイス、サーモクロミックデバイス、液晶ディスプレイデバイス、有機発光ダイオードデバイス、または天頂双安定デバイスの導電層である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。

- 非水性液体が、作用する表面から粒子を取り除くのに十分な速度のストリームまたはジェットの形態で表面に送達される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 表面が、エレクトロクロミックデバイスの導電層である、請求項1〜7および9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 非水性液体が、10%未満の水、5%未満の水、1%未満の水、0.1%未満の水、または0.01%未満の水を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 非水性液体が、0.0デバイ〜1.1デバイの範囲の極性を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 非水性液体が、1.4デバイ〜5.0デバイの範囲の極性を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 粒子状材料が、1ミクロン〜500ミクロン、または2ミクロン〜250ミクロンの範囲のサイズを有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- エネルギーが印加され、該エネルギーが、液体の超音波撹拌、バブルジェット(登録商標)撹拌、液体の熱的加熱、またはこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
