Claims (10)
- 撚線(10)と接続要素(20)との間の恒久的な機械的電気的接続(100)を作成する方法であって、前記撚線の一端部(12)が前記接続要素(20)に溶接される方法において、
溶接前に、前記撚線(10)の前記端部(12)が前記接続要素(20)の圧着凹部(22)に挿入され、前記接続要素(20)が前記撚線(10)と一体に圧着されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、先ず圧着接続を提供するために前記接続要素(20)が前記撚線(10)と一体に圧着され、その後圧着溶接接続(100)を提供するために完成済みの圧着接続が溶接されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、圧着接続が超音波によって溶接されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記接続要素(20)が前記撚線(10)と気密に圧着されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から4の少なくともいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記撚線(10)の前記端部(12)が前記接続要素(20)の好ましくは実質的に円筒形の止まり穴(24)に挿入されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、圧着中に、前記撚線(10)の個々のワイヤ(14)が均一に圧迫されるように、前記止まり穴(24)の側壁(26)に周囲押圧力(F)が印加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて作成される圧着溶接接続(100)。
- 請求項7に記載の圧着溶接接続において、前記撚線(10)はアルミニウム製の個々のワイヤ(14)を備え、および/または、前記接続要素(20)は少なくとも部分的に銅で形成され、あるいは、その逆であることを特徴とする圧着溶接接続。
- 請求項7または8に記載の圧着溶接接続において、前記接続要素(10)は、前記撚線(10)を相手方プラグコネクタと電気的に接続するためのプラグコネクタであり、それにより、前記プラグコネクタは、前記圧着凹部(22)の一方の側部および/または対向する側部に好ましくはソケット形態の差込形状(28)を有することを特徴とする圧着溶接接続。
- 請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の圧着溶接接続において、前記撚線(10)は、20mm2を超える、好ましくは40mm2を超える、特に50mm2以上の断面積を有し、および/または、100を超える、特に200以上の個々のワイヤ(14)を備えることを特徴とする圧着溶接接続。
